Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk... Treatment- 1-Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night.... 2-take arogyavardhinii vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner... Diet-take 5-7 munakkas with milk...eat papaya in fruits ...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....avoid alcohol consumption...

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. To tell the truth, not possible. There are many websites claiming oils and tablets to do the trick, they all swindle money with no use. Penis grows maximum from 12 years to 20 years and then grows somewhat before stopping. It is genetic and learn to be happy with your size. Women are not as bothered bout their partners size than men, they like the performance and how you satiate them rather. All the best

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful.

Hi Good Evening im 33 years suffering with depression panic attacks anxiety disorder for the last 4 years. Had been to many psychiatrists took many advices and medications but the problem is still the same. I have lost interest in medicine and need a better suggestion. There is no day in my life these days wherein im experiencing panic attacks rushing to hospitals checking my bp levels (obviously high levels) and ecg (normal till date) and when I see my bp levels to be high I always feel that im having hypertension, doctors convince me not to worry as it common in anxiety disorder patients, is there any doctor who can help me come out of this anxiety, depression and panic attacks. I want to Live not to die like this daily. Earliest and positive response will make me smile at least.

Dear lybrate-user, Earliest and positive response - you got many times when you rushed to the hospitals, "High BP is common in anxiety and ECG is fine" But it did not bring a smile in you since you are suffering from anticipatory anxiety also apart from Panic Disorder. Instead of going to many psychiatrist, if you decide to continue at least for 6 months to the same doctor without checking BP, ECG, second opinion or third opinion, you can smile and enjoy not only jokes, even life.

Basic diet breakfast- two bajra ka rotla with a cup of milk lunch - one green vegetable bhajji with four thin chappati with one katori rice mixed with dal dinner-- one bhajji with two chappati with rice and dal.

निरोग रहने के लिए शरीर के भीतरी अवांछित विषाक्त पदार्थ (toxins) को निकालना भी बहुत ज़रूरी होता है, क्योंकि इसकी अधिकता शरीर के नियमित कार्य में बाधा उत्पन्न होता है । अगर आप नैचरल तरीके से डिटॉक्स (detox) करना चाहते हैं तो अपने डायट में डिटॉक्स फूड्स को शामिल करें। लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि डिटॉक्स फूड्स कौन-कौन से हैं?

  1. अंडा- अंडा एक ऐसा अमिनो एसिड युक्त प्रोटीन फूड है जो शरीर से विषाक्त पदार्थ को निकालने में बहुत मदद करता है। इसलिए अपने ब्रेकफास्ट में रोज एक अंडा शामिल करना न भूलें।

A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

I think you should not self medicate yourself. Augmentin duo 625 is an antibiotic which should not be consumed without doctor's advice. And it might not reduce your throat problem always. For your question about dolowin, it doesn't cross react with augmentin usually. See the doctor if the pain is on left shoulder, this can be grievous.
