Suicide is a permanent solution for temporary problem. Suicide is not a solution for this problem. Sometimes problems comes in our life. It is unbearable in some aspects. But all are not commit suicide. They will come out of this problems. Fever is a normal to everyone. You are suffering from injuries it is cured slowly wait up to. Use proper medication. You will come out of this problem. Your age is very young age. Generally emotional disturbances comes in this age. You should control yourself. Do not sit alone. And do not think alone about this problem. Better to read inspirational books. Be share your personal feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. Better to develop busy schedule. Develop a good goal on your career aspects. Do some work regarding that. Do not maintain one place change the place from time to time. Better to spend most of the time with friends. Watch t v good programmes. Spend before internet. Watch good movies. Go friends home and relatives homes. Go temple and parks. Always busy yourself. Do not think too much about health aspects. Be sociable all the time and be happy all the time. You have so much age to enjoy the remaining beautiful life situations. Ok all the best.

The word depressed is a common everyday word. People might say" i'm depressed" when in fact they mean" i'm fed up because i've had a row, or failed an exam, or lost my job" etc. These ups and downs of life are common and normal. Most people recover quite quickly. With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks The common symptoms are (few might be present in a person with depression) Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, such as sex, hobbies or sports Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort Changes in appetite — often reduced appetite and weight loss, but increased cravings for food and weight gain in some people Anxiety, agitation or restlessness Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or blaming yourself for things that aren't your responsibility Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things Frequent or recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts or suicide Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches General medical conditions and substances causing depression also needs to be ruled out.

Dear , this is best called performance anxiety. There are many methods to cure this problem. We usually try systematic desensitization and it works 90% of time.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

The most frequently asked question by prospective or new homeopathic patients is related to the time required for recovery. Most patients are worried about the length of time involved in homeopathic treatment to make them fit and fine again.

Homeopathic treatment does not deal with any independent or isolated symptoms. It helps in analyzing and assessing a complex entity involving both unknown and known indicators. Homeopathic healing has to be given time to happen at its own pace. Unconscious and conscious participation of the patients is badly needed in this treatment.

  • Vitality level: This is the most important factor which contributes to making an effective homeopathic forecasting. There are two types of vitality-high and low. Low vitality people have the attitude of breaking down under stress and tension. They are largely oversensitive and unresponsive to challenges. On the other hand, people with high vitality have the tendency to bounce back within no time. They are positive, strong and are ready to respond even under a stressful situation.
  • Social background and nature: People who are highly expressive and respond to their body signals can avail the benefits of homeopathic treatment to its most. In fact, these people have a good chance to get cured within a short time span. On the other hand, people who have the tendency to suppress their emotion or who are highly intellectual may have to invest more time in this treatment. Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid exposure to cold weather, avoid cold fluids, have warm water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - to improve your immunity have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, protein foods like eggs, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, legumes, sprouts, have whole grains, lean meats, nuts - have a teaspoon of honey daily at breakfast - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, also do yoga, deep breathing for 5-10 min daily in the morning - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, try to keep sleep & wake up time fixed - have at least 8-10 glasses of water daily for proper hydration.
