Sir I m 34 yrs male. I had knee pain from last 6 months. Now feeling little better after taking vitamin D3 injection + homeopathic & ayurvedic medicine, but swelling and little sensation (including some sound while sitting) is still there. One thing more, is there any side effect of masturbating/sex along with back pain. Thank you sir.

Rest. Take a break from your normal activities. Ice. Place an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day. Compression. Use a compression bandage to reduce swelling. If masturbation is causing you more pain, you should avoid it for a few days.

Thats good to follow your diet chart and its better you too startt going in for a walking regularly and do exercises in morning session. Strech your calf muscles also and keep ice fermentation around your knee joint.

M 32 years unmarried female. M having a desk job, my tummy is bulging out as a result am worried. M anemic and have regular periods for 11/2-2 days maximum. Few days back pelvic ultrasound reveal normal result. Thyroid, diabetes, uric acid results within limits. Cholesterol slightly rise can such conditions result in cyst development. Hello. Lybrate user lack of exsercize result in bulging of tummy. Your all reports are normal slight increase in cholesterol will not be a reason to develop pcos but it may become cause of increasing fats. So I can suggest you that if you don't have time for exercise just do bending down (padpachimotanasan) twice a day it require less time. It will help you lot.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
