Yes. Stop masturbation. Increasing penis length, girth and enhancing overall appearance is quite possible. This is because the male organ consists of muscles and no bones. As you can develop your biceps, muscles can also be developed present in penis. However, for this, you need to nourish the male organ from both the sides; internally and also externally. There are many homoepathic medicine available. The muscles present in penis are very flexible and strong when they become straight and erected. They are otherwise flaccid in resting position. For this, you should do exercises advised and homoepathic medicines to nourish the entire structure. You can consult me by clicking on consult option for homoeopathic treatment or you can buy package of penis enlargement offered by me which includes medicine and consultation..

Take Ipills for precautions as u have released the sperms , some sperms may have travel through vagina. As only 1 sperm is required for pregnancy. Still if u want u can share the day after menstrual cycle when u have done intercourse. as 8 to 20 day is more fertile for pregnancy.

A sleep disorder (somnipathy) is a disorder in the sleep patterns of a person or animal. Some sleep disorders can interfere with mental and emotional function. A test commonly ordered for some sleep disorders is the polysomnogram.

3 Common causes of sleep disorders
4 General Principles of Treatment

The most common sleep disorders include:
Bruxism
: The sufferer involuntarily grinds his or her teeth while sleeping.
Delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS): A sleep disorder of circadian rhythm, characterized by the inability to wake up and fall asleep at the desired times, but not by inability to stay asleep.
Hypopnea syndrome: Abnormally shallow breathing or slow respiratory rate while sleeping.
Narcolepsy: The condition of falling asleep spontaneously and unwillingly.
Night terror or Pavor nocturnus or sleep terror disorder: abrupt awakening from sleep with behavior consistent with terror.
Parasomnias: Include a variety of disruptive sleep-related events.
Periodic limb movement disorder (PLMD): Involuntary movement of arms and/or legs during sleep. See also Hypnic jerk, which is not a disorder.
Rapid eye movement behavior disorder (RBD): Acting out violent or dramatic dreams while in REM sleep.
Restless legs syndrome (RLS): An irresistible urge to move legs while sleeping. Often accompanies PLMD.
Shift work sleep disorder (SWSD).
Sleep apnea

Sleepwalking or somnambulism: Engaging in activities that are normally associated with wakefulness (such as eating or dressing), which may include walking, without the conscious knowledge of the subject.
Snoring: Loud breathing patterns while sleeping, sometimes accompanying sleep apnea.

Hi, thank you for sharing your concern with us at Lybrate. Mild increase in estrogen occurs when you put on weight. Sometimes there may be other hormonal or metabolic disturbances as well> Majority of these conditions can be cured or brought under control. So, do not be upset, but consult a general physician (MD or above) to start with, who can help you overcome your problem. Once any metabolic, hormone, or other disorders are ruled out, the sexual problems can be taken care of.

Is there any way to increase length of penis? Would you please suggest something?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
Is there any way to increase length of penis? Would you please suggest something?
The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

Be more relaxed. Do not hurry up for sex. Spend time with your partner in fore play. Small penis is not a problem because the outer part of vagina is most sensitive, and if you excite that part, then the partner is satisfied.

Usually in winter people go through low mood, sometimes it can even be mild depression. I would suggest you consult a psychiatrist, to evaluate if it s usual low mood, dysthymia or a mild depression. If you don't feel these symptoms are not interfering with your daily routine, ignore. All the best.

LCPS, BAM&S

Stop taking Losartan and change to a safer drug by consulting your doctor. muscle cramps may be because of dehydration. So drink plenty of water and salts like common salt. Losartan has side effects on cardio vascular system. So changing the drug is more prudent.
