Popping sound came from my knee when I squat and I have no pain in my knees so why these sound came? How to stop it.
The popping sound in the knees is due to the spasms of ligaments in the knee joint. This is an early sign of degenerative changes in the knee joints or possibility of ligament injury. Try to do a simple but effective remedy of warm oil massage and hot water bath to the knee every day for at least fifteen days. Also try to do stretching exercises of legs.

Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy.

For knee, most probably it's a osteoarthritis so you have to avoid low sitting, squatting and if possible avoid stair climbing as less as possible. Do some exercises for knee to strengthen the muscles surrounding the knee like: below knee keep a bed sheets roll and press on it, hold for 10 sec and release again after 5 sec repeat the same for 10 times, morning and evening. Than lift your leg up up-to 45to 60 degrees and hold for 10 sec and repeat the same for 10 times. Use hot pack for 15 min daily for back and also for knees. For back You need to improve your core muscles strength. Avoid forward bending activities. Sitting on soft sofa, Bean bag etc. Avoid low sitting. For spinal exercises you can contact me . Wish you happy New Year 2018.

Hello lybrate user, please try to find out what exactly cause you a big pain like is it because of riding bike, over strain while lifting any weight, or due to any improper posture while sleeping etc. Please try to elicit what causes you more pain. Try applying an oil named murivenna on back. Do apply oil hot. And apply heat in the form of hot water bag to back.
