Best thing is to control your anxiety first by practicing pranayam and meditation. Then see that all 'vaatkarak' food which include Potato, rice, urad, etc should be avoided. 'Abhishyandi' food such as curd should be avoided. Vaatnashak medicines should be given to initiate Deepan, shodhan, paachan i.e. to set right digestion and metabolism. Current state of disease that is to say blood repirts/ xray or mri, usg etc reports be sent for assessment. Till then pl take turmeric and moringa powders with warm water. After getting info, proper treatment would be initiated. Its a long term plan so be prepared. Pl avoid pain killers.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

She needs proper monitoring of her health status. Hope she is following up regularly with a doctor. Certain tests are required to assess her overall condition along with evaluation of her cardiac status. Please update the reports so that proper interpretation of your grandma's case can be done. Also mention the medicines she is taking currently. You can add Homeopathy which is safe and can be taken along with the present medications. Please contact me with all the reports if interested.

Causes And Symptoms Of Wrist Fracture!

Causes And Symptoms Of Wrist Fracture!

Wrist fracture is a medical term used to describe a broken wrist bone. Wrist is composed of 8 small carpal bones and lower ends of the two forearm bones, such as Radius & Ulna. The fracture may occur in any of the 10 bones that make up the wrist. While some fractures can be severe, most fractures are tiny in nature. The fractures, which are severe, tend to render the bone unstable and a cure for this condition might require a surgery. Open fractures occur when the broken bone spike juts out through the skin. This might lead to an infection in the wounded region.

Causes of Wrist Fracture

  1. The most basic cause of a wrist fracture is injury. Any fall on your outstretched hand (FOOSH) and you might have to nurse a fractured wrist. This type of fracture is common among sportsmen.
  2. People suffering from osteoporosis have a high risk of getting a wrist fracture.
  3. Traumatic accidents might also cause severe wrist fractures.
  4. Repetitive use of wrists leads to inflammation of the tendons present in the wrists (tendonitis).

Symptoms of Wrist Fracture

A wrist fracture has symptoms that can be extremely painful. The pain escalates whenever you try to move your wrist or flex it, even if you are just flexing your fingers. Sometimes your hand or arm may even become extremely numb when you fracture the wrist. The muscles in the area become tender and swell up. It is almost impossible to move the wrist after it gets fractured. The fracture causes the wrist or rather the hand to appear deformed. The most common deformity being a Dinner fork deformity (Colles' Fracture). The area around the fracture may experience bruising and a fractured wrist also affects the blood flow in the area. You might even injure your ligaments, tendons, muscles or nerves.

To confirm and check the level of severity, you are generally asked to get an X-Ray done. In order to get a more detailed look at the fracture, you might have to undergo CT or MRI scans as well. Usually, in order to treat a fracture, you will have to wear a splint or a cast and move your hand as least as possible. But keep moving your fingers otherwise they might get stiff.

Most cases of wrist fractures recover well with a very good return to function. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an orthopedist.

Food cure for Ligament Tear:

First of all we have to understand what are different types of joints.
LIGAMENTS: are the Fibrous tissues connecting 1 BONE to another BONE.
TENDON: are the tissues run parallel with bones & directly attached with it.
CARTILAGE: are the semi solid BONES like our external ears, nose, between 2 joints etc.

If any of them strains, stretches or breaks then their is inflammation around injured area, so Omega 3 essential fatty requirement of the body increases to repair it. Also Omega 3s are anti inflammatory.

Body requires more protein for the repair of cells. All the zinc in the body gets concentrated to repair the cells so their is deficiency of zinc in the body.
Extra vit C is required to form the collagen. Vit B is required to fasten the process of healing.

So injured person has to be given these nutrients as food concentrates because the soil is depleted and we do not get all the nutrients what our body requires.

Sir I'm suffering from hamstring injury due to that I am not able to run faster so what should I do.
Try to practise warm up and cool down exercises prior to running. Work on strengthening and stretching hammstrings. Even after that if you are not able to get any relief, then please contact a qualified experienced physiotherapist.

I was having pain in right arm, base of neck at right side and somewhat upto occipital bone on right side, blurry vision. I took it for Cervical spondylitis and took ayurvedic medicine for it, also took B complex+Vit C+Zinc capsule for rashes in buccal cavity. Last night I checked my BP and it was 160/100. Today whole day I monitored and it remained more than 130 systolic and 85 diastolic. Is the pain and symptoms really are of cervical spondylitis or some cardiac issue?

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.
