Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back & neck pains. If you have localized neck and lower back pain with no other symptoms like radiating pain in limbs, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back & neck region while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and neck region and few blood tests for evaluation. Hello physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. Why foreplay should be the most important part of your sex life

It is no gainsaying that for most men in this parts, sex involves getting an erection, jumping on the woman. humping about and roll off to sleep, even before the woman is yet to enter second gear.

Most men think about sex and have an erection, but for most women, wanting sex is not enough. For them, foreplay serves a physical and emotional purpose, helping prepare both mind and body for sex.

Many women need to be kissed, hugged, and caressed to create lubrication in the vagina, which is important for comfortable intercourse.

It's particularly important for women to have successful foreplay because it takes a woman a longer time than a man to get up to the level of arousal needed to orgasm.

Foreplay also helps the clitoris fulfil its "O" so important role. It has the same characteristics as the penis.

What is foreplay?

Foreplay is that delicious lovemaking you do before you move on to intercourse itself. It is especially important for women to get their vagina's wet and slippery, and to get them ready for real sex.

Know the hotspots

During foreplay, do not focus on the penis and the vagina only. Every person has different hotspots. And stroking, kissing, nibbling or licking those hotspots feels amazing and is a real turn on.

Try the nipples, the neck, ears, back and buttocks. But everyone is different, so be creative when you explore your partner's body. Maybe your partner likes having the armpits stroked or feet played with, so you can work on these extra-sensitive spots.
And keep exploring – don't rely on the trusted hotspots alone. Surprise your partner by going to unexpected places. Now that's a turn on!

Mix it up

Nothing is more boring than doing the same routine every time. Deep kiss, hand on breast, some stroking of the penis, and that's it. Instead, be creative! Try different things! Tease your partner with your touch, your lips, your mouth. You can even use some props, like feathers or gloves.

Don't think that foreplay only happens in bed

Even flirting and teasing with words can be part of foreplay. And we don't just mean dirty talk. Letting your wife/husband know you are attracted to them and would like to make love to them can be very sexy and a huge turn on.

But just as with physical foreplay, watch your partner's reactions. If what you are doing and saying makes them uncomfortable, stop! And if they like it, keep going and enjoy the foreplay!

I am 48 years old having weight 83 kg and height 182 cms recently I got thyroid test done. The results are: t3:91 t4: 5.9 tsh: 5.82 my t3 and t4 are within normal range but tsh is on higher side. Supportive treatment is very important in scabies. Dip all clothes and blankets in hot water and then wash. Treatment of all family members with the anti scabies cream is necessary. Otherwise scabies spreads amongst each other like a ping -pong ball. Example of antiscabies cream is Permethrin cream which should be applied to whole body from neck to toe at night only once a week for 2 to 3 weeks.

Dear , Yes, PSA can come down.When this test was introduced it was mainly for the screening of prostatic cancer but it rises in many other conditions as well. If the test is none within 48 hours of per rectal examination or any periurethral procedure like catheterisation, dilatation or cystourethroscopy. Besides it rises in prostatitis. Hi -you need high protein diet. You can drink double toned milk one at break fast 150 ml as well at bed time same amount. Apart from cereals add protein on every staple meal like bf. Lunch. Dinner add 50 gm paneer / cheese/ chana with sprouts/ mix vegetables rich in gourd family vegetables. This same amount protein you must repeat at both times meal. Apart from this you can add always sprouts 25 gm, pulses (dal, legumes, flax seeds, tofy, soyabeans, etc.
