Hello lybrate user, constipation can be relieved by following few healthy measures. Take fresh& food rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables, fruits every day. Drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food. After getting up in morning drink 2-4 glass of water 15_20 min before going to bath room every day at same time (make it a habit). This conditioning making you r bowel habituated to nature cal. If there is no passing of gas and there measure does not bring change consult general physician.

Premature ejaculation is common problem and has multiple reasons starting from anxiety, sensitive penis, masterbation in a fashion to ejaculate early, lifestyle etc. With ayurveda pe can be cured however before starting or suggesting any medicine it is very important to understand root cause of problem. Once root cause is found along with medicnes and lifestyle change problem can be cured. So do not worry discuss it in details. I am sure once root cause is found and treatment starts you will feel the change in 10 days. So do not worry. Avoid allopathic medicines due to its side effects. D.

Psychologist,

You are grieving over your father's death and that is very natural because you were emotionally attached to him and he's been around you all these years. Give yourself time to feel better. Especially if you were attached, dependant on him in some ways to feel better and get along in life. His going away was definite but I don't know whether you were mentally and emotionally prepared for this eventuality. Since he has passed away, now remembering how he contributed to your life and what he stood for in life will help you to remember him and keep him close to your heart. Doing things in the way he expected you to do and adding your own unique touch will help to move the family legacy ahead. Life and death are a part of life. New life springs from the remains of the dead. That's the rule of the nature. Some spiritual and religious sermons and speeches too help people to connect with their loved ones and heal an aching longing to be with them. Some people read religious text, some see their friends, or family guru. You decide what is your way to find a space to talk about your thoughts and feel better. If you are finding it difficult to do all this on your own, then you could see a counsellor who will help you to manage this emotional time. You could get an unbiased space to voice out your concerns, fears, and any regrets from the past and what could be the best way forward now. Emotional upheavals bring stomach upsets with them. Our gut is very much linked to our emotional state. You seem to be anxious and that is causing acidity and gas. See a doctor and get it checked out. Don't miss meals and eat on time. Drink a lot of water to combat acidity. Take care.

I'm 22. I am suffering form IBS from last 2 years. What should I do. It effecting me mentally also.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. It's not clear what causes irritable bowel syndrome, treatment focuses on the relief of symptoms. Following steps should be taken 1. Eliminating high-gas foods such items as carbonated beverages, vegetables — especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower — and raw fruits. 2.Some people are sensitive to types of carbohydrates such as fructose, fructans & lactose, called FODMAPs .FODMAPs are found in certain grains, vegetables, fruits and dairy products such as wheat, rye, barley, onion, garlic, apples, apricots, avocados, blackberries, cherries, etc 3.Taking fiber supplements, such as psyllium or methylcellulose, with fluids may help control constipation. Fiber obtained from food may cause much more bloating compared with a fiber supplement. 4.Anti-diarrheal medications such as loperamide, can help control diarrhea. 5.Anticholinergic and antispasmodic medications. These medications, such as hyoscyamine and dicyclomine, can help relieve painful bowel spasms. They should not be used if you have constipation. 6.Counseling. You may benefit from counseling if you have depression or if stress tends to worsen your symptoms. 7. In some people improvement in diarrhea symptoms occurs, if they stop eating gluten (wheat, barley and rye) Don't worry you would be fine Hoping your query is solved.
