I am a consultant gynaecologist with expertise in Menopause and Sexual health. I help women to master the menopause and beyond without wasting time, energy or money on disparate approaches that do not work by using a systematic health enhancement plan.

Dr Neelima Deshpande is a Consultant Gynaecologist with expertise in Menopause, Sexual and Reproductive Health care and Urogynecology. She has worked with over 10,000 women over 29 years treating and managing various gynaecological and sexual health problems. She obtained her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from BJ Medical College in Pune, India and her Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, London UK. She is also a Member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare UK. She has trained in a variety of techniques to treat sexual dysfunctions and anxiety states, including hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT, NLP and The Lefkoe Method. She worked in the NHS, UK as a Consultant in Urogynaecology and Obstetrics and an Associate Specialist in Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare till 2012 after which she returned to India to work as a Consultant Gynaecologist in private practice. She worked as Associate Professor at the Jigme Dorji Wangchuk National Referral Hospital in Thimphu, Bhutan in 2019. She is currently based in Pune, India.

Yes you can. Other than severe liver disease and existing breast cancer there are no contraindications to using ipill. You should see your gynaecologist for advice about ongoing reliable contraception.
