Hi lybrate-user, I am sire you have received the diet you wanted for the multiple problems you are going through including pcod. One thing I am sure and can guess is that your emotional life is in turmoil. Pcod is only treatable and curable with homeopathy. It is a very common scene in the clinic that pcod got cured with homeopathy. I am not talking about relief, I am talking about cure. If your emotional state matches the homeopathic remedy you will certainly get cured. Diet and therapies are just an aid. They just help.

Not getting pregnancy. Two years over. We both took all scan and test everything. All normal but till no pregnancy.

Not getting pregnancy. Two years over. We both took all scan and test everything. All normal but till no pregnancy.
Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle-ovulation day. This means you had 24 trials if tried each month without any family planning. This shows that it is slow time consuming process. You need to follow advise of Gnecologist or infertility specialist with patience.

5 ways sex makes you look more beautiful

5 ways sex makes you look more beautiful

5 ways sex makes you look more beautiful

If you haven't noticed the glow yet, check yourself out in the mirror before and after sex.

Regular sex can do so much more than give you toe-curling orgasms, it can actually leave you looking and feeling good.

Here are 5 ways this happens.

1. You glow:

When you have frequent sex, the production of estrogen, a hormone which contributes to healthier hair and skin increases. In the process, the collagen production also increases keeping your skin firm, soft. If you haven't noticed the glow yet, check yourself out in the mirror before and after sex.

2. Great workout:

Good sex is dirty, sweaty and can leave you panting with the kind of exhaustion you get from hitting the gym. Recent research suggested that women burn 3.1 calories and men burn 4.2 calories for every minute of sex that they have. So, more sex means more weight loss, and this will cause you to feel great and confident in your body

3. Beats depression:

The orgasms can be your ultimate antidepressant. When you reach the climax your body releases the compound serotonin which is responsible for making you feel happy and content. When you are less depressed, you feel happier. When you are happy you smile which does a lot to improve your beauty.

4. Reduces stress:

Stress can show on your face and make you look dull and tired. When you reach the climax during sex, a huge amount of oxytocin is released in your body. Oxytocin can lower the production of the stress hormone, cortisol.

5. More attractive:

When you have sex, you release pheromones which make you look very attractive. So know that sex is only making you appear more beautiful to the opposite sex

What Causes Shaky Hands?

MBBS
General Physician, Himatnagar
What Causes Shaky Hands?
Tremor is an unintentional, rhythmic muscle movement, most often affecting the hands. In some cases, tremor can be a sign of a neurological disease but the most common type of tremor occurs in otherwise healthy people. Today's health tip will focus on this common type of tremor, known as" essential tremor.

Causes for tremor

There are a variety of causes for tremor, some serious, but most relatively benign or temporary.
Neurological diseases including multiple sclerosis, parkinson's disease, and stroke are some of the most serious causes.

A number of drugs including amphetamines, corticosteroids, antidepressants, thyroid replacement, and asthma medication can produce tremors.

While the exact cause for essential tremor is still being studied, there is some suggestion that it is related to mild degeneration of an area of the brain (cerebellum).

Hello doctor Am 12 weeks pregnant. And due to morning sickness eating very less food will it affect my baby? And also stress and crying so much at this point of pregnancy will it harm my baby? After crying I had little pain in my abdomen. How to know my baby is fine or not? I had scan at 11 weeks and everything was fine in it.

11 weeks scan is fine. So it's reassuring. Now regarding morning sickness- if excessive it can cause dehydration and affect growth of the baby. Avoid spicy food and plan your meals accordingly. Do not stay in empty stomach for long time. If it persists, you need to consult doctor and check blood reports.

Most important symptom of pregnancy is missed period. There r other symptoms but all of them appear 2 weeks after the missed period. Those r nausea, vomiting, breast fullness and increased urination. If you have a missed period then you should get urine pregnancy test done at home after 7 days of missed period to confirm it. I. E. On 17-19 march you should test with home pregnancy kit.

Dear user. Do you expect her to be pregnant? FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

Common Sexual Disorders in Men & Women

M.Ch - Urology/Genito-Urinary Surgery
Urologist, Guwahati
Common Sexual Disorders in Men & Women

Sexual problems are very common in men and women. There are various reasons because of which sex may not be as pleasing as it can be. The reasons for this could range from the emotional connect that is shared with the person to actual physical issues which stop you from performing. Read on to know the 3 most common sexual problems in males and females.

Males

  1. Impotence: When the male cannot attain and/or sustain an erection to allow for a good intercourse, it is termed as impotence. This is one of the most common problems, and it could be due to strained relationships, performance anxiety, smoking, diabetes, hormonal problems, etc. Most often, it is psychological and easy to cure.
  2. Reduced libido: A man not being “in the mood” may be something hard to associate with, but many a time, it happens. This is largely due to psychological causes, and if the partners don’t strike a chord, that could be the reason too. Other reasons could be hormonal imbalance, high blood pressure, etc.
  3. Ejaculation issues: There could be disorders which could be due to ejaculation that is premature, inhibited, or retrograde. These lead to improper release of sperms, either premature or delayed or back into the bladder. The underlying problem usually is easily identified by the doctor and is treatable.

Treatment:

  1. In all of these, admitting the problem is the first and most effective step towards treatment.
  2. In addition to counseling, which usually involves the partner, hormones may be needed in some.
  3. Quitting smoking, beginning exercise, blood sugar and pressure control, etc. are also required.
  4. In very rare cases, vacuum devices and penile implants may be required.

Women

  1. Dyspareunia: The most common sexual problem in females is painful sex, which makes it difficult for the couple. This could be due to vaginal dryness, UTIs, pelvic area infections, etc. This is one of the main reason for reduced libido. Topical lubricants are often useful, in addition to counseling to allay fears and improve overall relationship.
  2. Reduced libido: This is very common in women, and could be due to relationship issues, painful sex, hormonal imbalance, etc. This is also possible due to the multiple roles that a woman plays, so much so that she never has time to think about it.
  3. Anorgasmia: Women have more difficulty in achieving orgasm, which is also more psychological and often a combination of sex education and counseling helps.

Treatment

  1. Includes combination of medications, hormonal therapy, and sex education.
  2. Vaginal dryness is improved using lubricants
  3. Supplement hormones are very useful.
  4. Sex counseling also involving the partner
  5. Infections or inflammation in the pelvic tract need to be treated with medications.

Hi, Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all. Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. Illegal drug use. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month.

It is difficult to give advice in such cases from a long distance and we need to examine you properly and analyse the previous papers to give any opinion, but looking at the history as you have narrated, it seems that you may be having an incompetent cervix. It is a condition where the cervix is weak and is unable to hold the weight of the growing baby as the pregnancy advances. This may need application of a cervical stitch in the third month in next pregnancy but final opinion can be given only by the Gynaecologist who is examining you.

I agree with the gynaecologist. Irregular periods often cause confusion in whether the girl is pregnant or not. After one pregnancy, the hormones will get balanced and won't be so problematic.
