Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. First of all capping should never be done without rct. If those teeth are causing pain then please get root canals done followed by capping again. Composite filling will not treat your pain.

You might have an anal fissure. If you have bleeding in stool while defecating it is an anal fissure. If you have Frank bleeding without pain after defecation it is hemorrhoid. So make your stool soft by having lot of fruit and fibre in your diet. Drink lot of water. You can avoid constipation by following Gud fibre diet. If you have anal fissure use diltiazem ointment that relaxes the muscle.

Though it is a well-known fact that the vertical body height is determined by genetic factors, it can be even influenced to an extent by physical factors like diet and exercise. Mostly, growth stops after the onset of puberty when the growth plates in the long bones in our body get fused. However, growth still continues for some people even at the age of 22-25 and so, it is possible to add a few inches to your height even after this stage by resorting to exercise to increase height. These exercises should be adopted and practiced regularly 2-3 times a week for best results. Mr. Lybrate-user, bp reading is systolic 100 - 140 / diastolic 60 to 90 mm hg. This is normal range. But systolic (upper) 120 to 130 and diastolic (lower) 70 to 80 mm hg is generally considered normal range. I am not able to understand the sentence" bp remains 100 - 160 (if medicine not taken)" are you saying it 160 / 100 mm hg because higher number is above and lower nuber is below. Please clarify.

Honest suggestion is to start meditation and re- discover yourself. Do deep breathing. Take palliative herbs which control the upgraded avels in mind e. G. Brahmi, jatamansi and few others. Do not take hypnotic medicines. Pl remember, depression and anger will not solve problems. You need counselling.

If you have been putting on weight and had missed your period, you need to be investigated. Get a sonography done and then consult a gynaecologist who would examine you and get certain blood tests. Please be physically very active like go for walks, do yoga and exercises. As far as your diet is concerned you should be taking its of fruits, vegetables and salad. Take less oily stuff.

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Take homoeopathic medicine - Pothos 200/ one dose daily for 20days, revert.

Dear, as you said you had tear in acl. But now you feel no pain. Therefore the ligament that injured that time has healed now. So there is no need of surgery now. You should follow these instructions to get fast recovery - 1. You can do only light and simple execises. Do normal walk. If you want to walk fast then first wear knee supporting knee cap before walk. 2. Do not run. As running can give you sudden jerk to the ligament and the pain will start that makes you feel uncomfortable. So do not give sudden jerk to legs. 3. If you are overweight then follow the diet plan to weight loss that makes the load less on your knee joints and makes you feel light. 4. Follow the simple bending of knee joint exercise for strengthing of leg muscle. 5. In future, if you feel difficulty in walk, then you should opt the surgery for the repair of ligament. Surgery is necessary only in that condition when you feel increased pain and difficulty in movement of joint.

You are addicted to masturbation. I advise you to reduce your masturbation to two times a week, more than this harmful. Take vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water to detoxify body. Do meditation for mental strength daily to increase your focus and willpower to reduce masturbation. Do masturbation when there is need for it, don't make it your addiction.

If anyone has obesity at the age between 30 and 40 , is it possible for them to become fit and healthy?
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.
