Teen age is most important about anyone. Because at this age there are so many changes occurs e. G. Hormonal, physical, mental, social etc. For the prevention of Hairfall you must have to be careful for regular washing of hairs, avoiding various types of soaps & shampoo. Take proper & balanced diet with good supplements of trace elements also with proper sleep. Don't worry about facial fat. Homoeopathic treatment GLOW CARE CREAM (LORDS) Apply during daytime AQUIPLUS CREAM (HAPDCO) apply thick coat on face at night CLEANO FACE WASH (LORDS) Wash face with this face wash before applying creams 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily Avoid fast food, Junk food, Fried food, Chocklates, Dry fruits, Ketchups, Cold drinks Take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily 1. Baking Soda Baking soda is an effective treatment for blackheads as well as acne. It helps clear the skin of impurities such as debris and dirt. 1.Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. 2.Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. 3.Repeat this remedy once or twice a week. 2. Cinnamon Cinnamon can be used to remove and prevent blackheads •Mix one teaspoon each of cinnamon powder and lemon juice with a pinch of turmeric powder (optional). Spread it on your face, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it off. •Alternatively, mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and honey to form a thick paste. Apply it on the affected area before bed and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your face well with normal water. For best results, follow this remedy daily for about 10 days. 3. Oatmeal The combination of oatmeal and yogurt is great for keeping your skin free of blackheads. 1.Mix one teaspoon honey and the juice of four tomatoes in sufficient oatmeal to make a paste. 2.Scrub it on your skin. 3.Wash it off after 10 minutes. 4.Repeat regularly for clear skin. You can also make a paste by mixing together two tablespoons of oatmeal, three tablespoons of plain yogurt, and small amounts of lemon juice and olive oil. Apply the paste to your entire face, leave for a few minutes and then rinse your face with water.--------------------------- Once your Blackheads problemis normal, then consult me for your white hairss problem-------------------

Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy. Chilli. Nd fried food Take tab. Manmath Ras. Tb. Pushp dhanva Ras. Nd tb pooranchndra ras one tab. Each morning & evening for 3 months. Wd hot milk. See d results or otherwise consult a sexologist personally.

Hello I have some problem going on with my breathing. When I breath I feel bit unpleasantly and I can not take a breath. Also there is always a cough there in my throat. I do not know why it is there. When it is vold the cough is severe but at normal it is not so much.

Your ideal weight should be around 55 kg. You can not reduce weight by exercises only. Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a.m) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a.m - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p.m) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p.m) – Daal, roti,mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p.m – 5 p.m – Cup of Green Tea f.Evening (4-6 p.m) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p.m) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal.

Personal Hygiene Tips For A Healthier Sex Life!

Although having sex is important, maintenance of a few proper sexual hygiene standards is of equal importance. A low standard of sexual hygiene can cause infections which can lead to serious diseases. Some tips for hygiene during sex are suggested below:

  1. Take a Bath: Of course, no one would feel like getting intimate if you smell bad or you are completely wet with your sweat. So it’s suggested that you take a shower and feel fresh before you get going for a sexual quickie. With this feeling of freshness, you would feel more aroused and can perform the sexual act with better energy.
  2. Clean Up: Couples always want to enjoy oral sex as a foreplay act or during the sexual stint but if you have not washed your sexual organs properly, your partner could get put off and reluctant to give you the oral pleasure. Also, you must wash off your sexual organs properly before and after having sex for your own personal health.
  3. Get Rid of Brittle Hair: While enjoying sexual acts, one tends to touch their partner all over their body and if they are too hairy on certain parts, it may put your partner off. So make sure you have shaved off brittle hair or at least trim them neatly, so that your mate can enjoy to the fullest and give you maximum pleasure.
