Mam, Get a MRI done to pin point the cause and site of pain . Meanwhile go for Ayurveda's Panchkarma Therapy - We have many option for u - Kati Basti (Specialised Panchakarma procedure for Backpains), Localised Massgae with Herbal oils, Localised Medicated Steam, Pottali Massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax ur back muscles and give strength to ur nerves and muscles of back. also start some Yogic exercises - Tadasana, Dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Hi, You might have picked some intestinal infection after eating outside food. Be on bland diet, drink plenty of water and take tab. Kutaja 1 tab 3 times a day and tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1 tab 3 times a day. If the symptoms do not subside, then get your routine stool examination done and revert back with the reports.

Hi, you can follow these advice- 1. Rest on bed which is not too hard and not too soft. 2. When you are lying on your back, keep pillow under your knees. 3. When you are side lying, keep pillow between the knees. 4. Take rest as much as you can. 5. Add dairy products and calcium components in your meal. Send me your x-ray report and other investigation report if available. It will help me to diagnose the route cause of your pain. Thanks.

You can take muscle relaxant drugs like zerodol-TH one tab twice daily... Do regular exercise for best results... Physiotherapy exercises for frozen shoulder are available on YouTube freely...

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

27 yrs. Female. I feel very much worked up and worried all d time. My shoulder muscles and knees remains stiffed all d time. My body muscles aches a lot. I can not concentrate properly. I have been put on to anxiety and anti depression pills but it has not improved my condition. I have stopped the medication. I need peace and relaxation. I feel awkward to visit a psychiatrist. Pls help I can not visit psychiatrists again and again. I feel my body has been affected by anxiety a lot. I Do not have any mental issues. I try to be happy and think positive but still d physical symptoms of anxiety is not reducing. Pls help.

Dear lybrate-user. I suggest you to sit in correct posture. Sitting for long duration and not sitting properly will cause back pain.

Hi give more details about your occupation. Mostly musculo skeletal pain comes from a misuse or disuse of muscles. Your pain may be due to work stain (if you left hander). Or due to Vit D deficiency. Do warm up (small stretches) before and after your job. Take milk products. Add more vegetables in diet. Expose your self for morning sunny to get Vit D. As Physio aspects just you have to take Physio therapy for elbow stain. And Myotherapy. Myofacial Physio will needed. Please consult with Physio who very nearer to you.
