Dont indulge in self exercises Always do it under guidance if you are doing for correcting postures Anyhow if you are doing a exercise for first time For few days some pain is fell as your body isnt habituated for that After that it subsides gradually Tips for coping up the pain Do mild physical activities under guidance Have a calcium rich diet Drink milk daily With some calcium supplements Dont massage over the sprain Take rest Avoid the things that gives you muscle sprain Dont sit or walk for long period Have protein rich food with some protein supplement too Eat vit c in food form Like lemon oranges etc If no relief Go for homeopathy As it showsgood results

I am suffering from adenomyosis for last 3 months and having severe back pain and knee pain and thigh cramps suggest. Doctor says I need to go for uterus removal kindly suggest.

Adenomyosis, gynae. Doctor will deal with. Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It is because of stiffness of the interphallangeal joint. You need to take physiotherapy sessions to regain the normal range of motion ot joint.

I am a 41 year old woman. I am having a nagging pain on my right shoulder for the past few months. I am a working woman with a tight schedule during weekdays. Is there anything I can do to alleviate the pain. I do exercise of the hands and shoulder 3 to 4 times a week. But if there is a break, the pain increases.

Well ma'am, exercises r vital every day. Shoulder pain can b due to muscular problem or arthritis. I would recommend see a good physiotherapist asap and learn some ergonomics. Thank you.

I am a 20 year old female and I had been having pain in my knees and lower leg for months now. The pain comes and goes, and sometimes it is strong enough to affect my daily life. I drink adequate amount of water and I also started taking calcium supplements since 3-4 months now. I also walk at least 2-3 miles every day. Massaging eases the pain only for a very short time. Please suggest me something.

Pain in Knee and below at this young age can be due to various reasons such as Overweight/Obesity, recent or old injury to meniscus, ligaments, joint Biomechanical Misalignment, for which you need to go through detailed evaluation and examination by a Competent Physiotherapist. Pain at calf can also be due to deficient in Iron, ferrtin, haemoglobin, Vit E, tortuous veins (Varicose vein ), Myofascial trigger points at Gastrocnemius Soleus muscle, Lumbosacral Misalignment causing nerve pressure going down the knee. So, a Proper Assessment is MUST. Secondly, Ostocalcium sometimes may not be sufficient if your deficient in Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Vit K2. These three nutrients are the essential and most vital and key factor for healthy bones/muscles/nerves. So going for a 25 (OH) Vit D3 level test would be needed too for proper dosage of Vit D3 along with Magnesium and Vit K2. Feel free to connect for detailed information. Stay Healthy. Thanks.

You will majorly have to work with your posture. On your office chair first completely touch your buttocks to the chair, then take a single bedsheet roll it n place dat role at your belt level in sitting. Make sure your hip n knee joint are in same level if not then use a small stoll under your feet. After every 15-20 mins just get out of your sitting posture. Use drawings n pop ups on computer as: sit straight; get up.
