Lybrate-user, it is good to know that hypothyroidism is in good control. Usually all symptoms like tiredness and fatigue disappear on good control of hypothyroidism. Since you still feel tired and less energetic, it better to get hb checked. Get a cbc done, which will give full blood cell details. Plus take healthy diet and exercise daily for 1 hour. Also do pranayam. Most often tiredness is more a mental problem. Once you start exercising you will start feeling better. For back pain to there are specific exercises to strengthen those muscles, I am sure once you start doing it you will feel better. Thanks.

Hello- Weight gain and irregular period, can be due to PCOD. Its a hormonal disorder which affects both the aspects of female. Please perform a abdominal ultrasound for PCOD detection and start the treatment.

Hi Yashoda, you should get basic blood work up done to rule out other associated conditions. Please as your husband to check for semen analysis. If everything is normal then you can plan for pregnancy with follicular study and ovulation induction.

Post maturity is a known condition. It all depends how many days you are over due. If it is more than 10 days you need to be examined and subsiquently medically induced for initiating labour pain.

- सिर पर 20 मिनट तक निंबू के रस से मसाज करें और फिर सूख जाने पर बालों को अच्छी तरह से धो लें। इसके बाद कलौंजी का तेल बालों में लगाकर उसे अच्छे से सूखने दें। फिर बाल धो लें। 15 दिनों तक लगातार इस्तेमाल करने से बालों के गिरने की समस्या दूर हो जाती है।

- कलौंजी ऑयल, ऑलिव ऑयल, और मेहंदी पाउडर को मिलाकर हल्का गर्म करें. इसे ठंडा होने दें। ठंडा होने के बाद इसका इस्तेमाल हेयर पैक की तरह करें. सूखने पर बाल अच्छे से धो लें। हफ्ते में एक बार इसका इस्तेमाल करने से गंजेपन की समस्या दूर हो जाती है।

- कलौंजी की राख को तेल में मिलाकर गंजे लोग अपने सिर पर मालिश करें. कुछ दिनों में ही नए बाल उगने लगेंगे. इस प्रयोग में धैर्य की आवश्यकता है। थोड़ा समय लगता है, लेकिन नए बाल उग आते हैं। गंजेपन की समस्या से छुटकारा मिलता है।

If it is breech , chances of normal delivery are nil. Earlier, some maneuvers were practised for reversing breech but they are not practised now. They carry certain risks for the baby. Do not panic. The most important thing is to have a healthy child and a happy mother :)

As much as we take a dip in the bucket of blues and sing happy- sad songs to float and fall for the theorem of love; we are but orderlies to the emotion. Loving is as significant as is living; the reason being, it keeps you happy until you falter and with every faltering foothold, you emerge out as a stronger being.

A strange fact about the emotion is its tryst with wholeness. Love doesn’t necessarily need an object or receptor under its radar. It could be experienced as a self - sufficient feeling. You may be full of love for a family, for a dear friend, for your lover or you could also be in love with your passion or yourself. At 5 ft 3 in, and at your age, this present weight of yours is not overweight at all -- normal for this height would be between 55 and 58 / 59 kg. However, if you have gained fat in the body or gained inches - say around the tummy - then your concerns are understandable. The approach then should be to increase activity -- including light weights and / or little gymming - to increase muscle mass and to strengthen bones -- and to convert fat into lean mass in the body -- along with general low fat, adequate proteins and carbs diet -- mostly from plant origin which will have enough fiber, vitamins and minerals naturally in the foods. I am having regular periods from starting onwards whn im 13 years old. Nw im 26 years still im hvng same prblm im unmarried. Im having pcod problem, thyroid level is 4.2 & haemoglobin is 14.2 consulting Dr. Sirisha fernandis hospital Hyd in month f jan 2015 she proscribed me yasmin pils for 6 months. Aftr dat too I nt get period normally. Again I visited to her she proscribed me continuously same pils fr my entire lif if you nt getting periods. I did fr 6: months more still the same problem then I stopped fr 1 month then I got periods but aftr thar same problem arisen again. I took period tab fr 5 dys dn I got my periods and the blood is only fr hardly 3 dys having not flow during night tme aftr dat frm past 2 months no periods so im started again taking same yasmin pils. So I hve to continue further same pills or suggest me sme good remedies or tablets or diet which helpful fr my continues periods and no problem getting pregnant aftr my marriage too. Hope Dr. Solves my problem.

Dear lybrate-user I understand that you are tired of taking pills. Pcos is such a disease for which lfetime diest n lifestyle modification is the best treatment. You need to get peroods at least every 3 months. Which you can get by pills. Do exercise, take calcium, follow diet. Marry early n paln pregnancy early. Diet is like 3 small mesls n 3 major meals per day. Satrta with lemon water sugar free tea with marie buiscuit breakfast. Idli upma, brown bread with boiled egg white buttermilk, coconut water lunch with one or 2 chapati, no rice. Daal can be taken in ample. One serving veggies, curd n salad fruits light night meal with one chapati, or khichdi of sprouts. Protein shakes. Hope this was helpful to you regards thanks

As you have missed the period date by 20 days already, please get urine pregnancy test. By this time it will come positive definitely if you r pregnant. If white fluid is not causing itching or fowl smell then it could be start of your menses which can get delayed by hormonal changes also.

I am 43 years old female. I have a 25 days period cycle. My periods have always been regular. I had got my period on 7 th march. I had to take prednisolone 1mg once a day for a week from 19th - 25th march (as prescribed by my doctor) for severe rash on my skin. After that I got my period on 27th march. I haven't got my period after that. Pregnancy test is negative. Can you please advise. Thanks.

If its not onset of menopause, it could be because of other simple reasons too like anaemia, nutritional or harmonal reasons. Please take raj pravartini vati 2 tds for 5 days and then 2 bd. If m. C. Starts stop it. Otherwise may take for 2 weeks. Mandoor bhasm 10 gm + kapardika bhasm 10 gm + prawal pishti 5 gm + sitopaladi 100 gms = mix well and take 1tsp with honey thrice a day. Rodhrasav 10 ml + ashokarishta 10 ml + lohasav 10 ml+ 30 ml water after meals. Twice. Taruni kusumakar powder 1 tsp at night with warm water. Lot of leafy veg. Salads. Light food recommended. Walk 30 - 45 minutes daily. Have fun. Chill and enjoy. Report after a month. Cont other med even after m. C.

Hi there ~ please have your mother consult a gynecologist. Usually the use of a vaginal lubricant cream is all that is necessary to have painless enjoyable sex at that age. Patience is the key. It took nine months for your tummy muscles to stretch to accommodate a full-term baby. So it makes sense that it can take that long, or longer, to tighten up again. The speed and degree of this tightening up depends on a few factors, including: • What shape and size you were before you conceived your baby. • How much weight you gained during pregnancy. • How active you are. • Something you can't do anything about: your genes. You may find it easier to shed the weight if: • You gained less than 13.6kg and exercised regularly during pregnancy. • You breastfeed. • This is your first baby. NOTE you shouldn't aim to be back to your pre-pregnancy weight until about six months after your baby's birth. How can you safely lose weight to help your belly look better? Breastfeeding may help, especially in the early months after giving birth. If you breastfeed, you'll burn extra calories to make milk – about 500 calories a day. You may lose your pregnancy weight more quickly than mums who bottle-feed their babies. Breastfeeding also triggers contractions that help to shrink your womb, making it a workout for your whole body. However, if you eat more than you burn off, you will put on weight, even if you breastfeed. It's fine to lose weight while you are breastfeeding. Your body is very efficient at making milk, and losing up to 1kg a week shouldn't affect the amount of milk you make. However, if you have a newborn to look after, you'll need plenty of energy. Trying to lose weight too soon after giving birth may delay your recovery and make you feel even more tired. It’s especially important not to attempt a very low-calorie diet. So try to wait until you've had your postnatal check before start trying to lose weight. Eating healthily, combined with gentle exercise, will help you to get in shape. The following general guidelines will help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight: • Make time for breakfast. • Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. • Include plenty of fibre-rich foods, such as oats, beans, lentils, grains and seeds, in your diet. • Include a starchy food such as bread, rice, pasta (preferably wholegrain varieties for added fibre) or potatoes in each meal. • Go easy on high-fat and high-sugar foods, such as biscuits and cakes. • Watch your portions at mealtimes and the number and type of snacks you eat between meals. There's no right answer about how many calories a day you should have. The amount you need to eat depends on your weight and how active you are. What else can you do to help regain your pre-pregnancy belly? Exercise can help to tone stomach muscles and burn calories. If you exercised right up until the end of your pregnancy, you can do some light exercise and stretching from the start. If you stopped exercising during your pregnancy or are a newcomer to fitness, it is better to start exercising more slowly. Fitness aside, all new mums can begin pelvic floor exercises and work on gently toning up lower tummy muscles as soon as they feel ready. This may help you to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape and help to flatten your tummy. When you feel up to it, take your baby out for walks in his pushchair. Getting out and about will help to lift your mood and exercise your body gently. You may find there are pushchair workouts with other new mums in your local park.

Most likely you have a urine infection. Please give a urine for RE and C/S . After that use a single dose of AF-KIT4 to help with your symptoms. Further treatment required will depend on your urine culture report.
