Hello Lybrate User, Disturbed sleep,Insomnia is commonly defined as the habitual inability to initiate and maintain sleep, or the experience of nonrestorative sleep.Insomnia is a heterogeneous problem, taking many forms, including difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking at night, early morning awakening and the inability to fall back asleep. It is extremely common. Here are some tips to will help you to have a good sleep - 1. get into a bed time routine. 2. avoid caffeine, tobacco or alcohol in the late evening. 3. make your bedroom an attractive place to sleep and a quiet room without tickling clocks, etc. 4. have the room temperature just right / maintain moderate temperature. 5. if you can't sleep after half an hour get up and do something feel good until you feel sleepy. 6. Do exercise regularly. 7. Darkness will help you, reduce the light in your room. 8. Pack up your work at least an hour before going to bed and be relaxed.      You can consult me on lybrate privately to find a constitutional remedy to treat not only your sleep disorder but also other health problems that bother you as well. 1. Move. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. 2. Avoid all sugar and ‘hidden’ sugars like high-fructose corn syrup. 3. Keep your immune system in great health. 4. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. 5. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent.

I use my cell phone a lot till approx 12'O Clock and I also feel less sleepy in the morning & irritation in eyes and throughout the day I feel sleepy. Is it due to this reason? If it is so then kindly suggest me how to avoid the excess use of cell phone? And one thing more in today's era most of the task are being done with the help of Technology, this is fact. But I am failing to balance my life with technology. Kindly suggest me some tips.

You have to balance technology and life by using it only for essential things and reduce the games and the like. You turn off phone and lights and all sounds 2 hours before bed time. You also have to check your eyes.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.

I presume that you were tested for Malaria and it came positive ( initially ). I need to know what exactly the report said because there are different types of malaria for example Falciparum / vivax. Treatment differs for these . Also let me know what medications you are on . There are certain medications of malaria for which resistance have come , if you are on those medications you need to be changed to newer medications .

Lybrate-user, diet start karna easy hota hai par maintain karna hi sabse difficult task hai issi liye zaruri hai ki aap aisi cheezein apni routine main incorporate kijiye jo sustainable hain. Agar aap zada ambitious diet banayengi to chances hai ki aap usko follow nahin kar payengi issi liye pehla step hai ki aap apni diet ko dheere dheere change ki jiye. Aap apni diet ko teen mahine main sustainable way main change kar sakti hai agar aap yeh steps follow karein to 1. Changes to be made in the first month: pehle mahine main aap siraf commercial snacks give up kar di jiye jaise ki biscuits, cakes, chips aur high sugar wale drinks ko bilkul chorr di jiye jaise ki coke, pepsi, commercial juice. Fresh fruit juice ki intake bhi kam kar di jiye kiunkii ismain bhi bohot sugar hota hai. Apni water intake badha ke 8-10 glasses per day pe le aayen. Iske ilawa first month main kuch change nahin karna hai. 2. Changes to be made in the second months: doosre mahine main apni chaye, coffee ya koi bhi aur beverage jo aap consume karti hai uski intake siraf 3-4 times a day tak limit kar di jiye. Agar aap apni chaye, coffee ya milk main sugar daalti hai to is added sugar ki quantity ko half kar di jiye - 1 chamach ki jagah half chamach. Apne har meal ke saath aap ek katori raw vegetables start ki jiye. Raat ke khane ki quantity bohot kam kar di jiye aur raat ko sone se 3 ghante pehle tak kuch nahin khana hai. 3. Changes to be made in the third month: apni chaye coffee main sugar ki amount fir se half kar di jiye (1/2 chamach ki jagah 1/4 chamach). Apne meals main roti sabzi dal ki amount ko ghata kar raw vegetable ko zada kar li jiye. 3 baar khaane ki bajaye 4 bar khana khaiye par kam quantity main. Raat ke khaane main siraf raw fruits aur vegetables li jiye aur minimal roti/sabji khaiye. Agar aap is taraha se gradually apni diet change karengi toh teen mahine main aapki life badal jayegi.
