Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

According to height you should calculate your bmi rate and 10kg losing will be more than enough for you. Sedentary lifestyle tend to gain weight as your intake is more than your calorie burning. First of keep an eye as what you r grabbing. Do not exceed your calorie intake more than 1200 if you want to really lose around 1kg in a week. When our calorie burning is more than intake your weight will start droping. Add more of yogurt chicken paneer eggs to your daily intake. Try to have dinner only with soup or salads this will cut down your calorie ratio n start walking for 15 min a day. Will help you transform your self.

Your BMI is 24.99, that means you are on the Borderline of Normal and Overweight category. It implies that you need to start a daily exercise routine for 30-60 mins depending on when you can find time. If you can't find time in morning then you should go to gym in the evening. If you don't have time in the evening, then go to a gym and pay 3 months fees. Automatically you will feel motivated to get up and go because you have paid the money. 50% of gym time should be spent on Cardio i.e Treadmill or CrossTrainer. DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods 4) avoid coffee and tea 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during dinner. Carrot and beetroot. Amazing foods. I'm daily having in breakfast. But my doubt is how to have them? Juice form or just eat them. One of my friends told me to have in juice form as it is easily absorbed in blood and other frnd told me to eat just like that without juicing them because some nutrients will be lost while blending them. So pls clear my doubt.

Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest.
