Hi! I'm 28 years old male. I have problems in sleeping. It takes 2-3 hours for me to sleep. And because of that I am not able to wake up early. I go to bed at 11PM and it takes approx 2-3 hours (1-2AM) when I fall asleep. Thanks in advance.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. 9.Don’t sleep in day time 10.Don’t take sleeping pill 11. If no relief consult doctor

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Well this is hypersensitive. And common in fear and anxiety. But you hv to control your fear. Do some yoga. Have a walk daily. Do meditation. Use lexanox plus oral gel thrice daily, cap ZNS twice daily for 15 days.  . Cause of the ulcer is still unknown, the following are associated with them. Stress– We have seen that many students suffer from mouth ulcers during exam time. Also many adults suffer from ulcers when they are tensed for many days. Insufficient Sleep – People who do not take a good sound sleep do suffer from mouth ulcers. Stomach and intestine diseases – People suffering from constipation or some gastrointestinal diseases also suffer from mouth ulcers. Vitamin B and Folic acid deficiency – Improper diet which is mainly due to overeating of fast foods and not having a good diet rich in green leafy vegetables often lead to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals indirectly causing mouth ulcers. Trauma and food allergy – Injury due to tooth brushing or any hot foods and beverages can cause these ulcers. Also, some people have allergies to certain foods which often cause mouth ulcers.

It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis or clitoris until an orgasm is achieved. Some women also use stimulation of the vagina to masturbate or use "sex toys, such as a vibrator. Just about everybody. Masturbation is a very common behaviour, even among people who have sexual relations with a partner. In one national study, 95% of males and 89% of females reported that they have masturbated. Masturbation is the first sexual act experienced by most males and females. In young children, masturbation is a normal part of the growing child's exploration of his or her body. Most people continue to masturbate in adulthood, and many do so throughout their lives. In addition to feeling good, masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Regular sex cannot replace sessions at the gym, but a having an active, healthy sex life is a nice way to get some extra physical activity. Sexual activity helps keep levels of hormones, like oestrogen and testosterone, in check. When these hormones are out of balance, conditions like heart disease and osteoporosis may develop. When it comes to protecting heart health by having sex, more is better. One study in men showed that those who had sex at least 2 times a week were 50% less likely to die of heart disease than their less sexually active men. Sexual stimulation (including masturbation) and orgasm can help keep pain away. Both activities can reduce pain sensation and increase your pain threshold. Orgasms result in the release of hormones that can help block pain signals. Some women report that self-stimulation through masturbation can reduce symptoms of menstrual cramps, arthritis, and even headache. The skin on the erected penis is not able to retract and it is strongly attached with front part of penis. Is it recommend to do surgery to detach it so that I do not face any trouble in the old age due to infection etc. So far I don't have any trouble in urinating or any infection. There are things you can try on your own to help your foreskin easily slide back over the head of your penis. Start with stretching exercises during your shower. You should pull the foreskin forward away from the body, then pull it back as so it feels tight without being painful and keep it stretched for a couple of minutes. Make it a routine for a couple of times a day. And do it gradually, one step at the time take a massage with olive oil.

Massage butter oil into your scalp and hair daily before your shower. Eat sesame. Regularly wash hair with a gram flour and milk/curd mixture. Rub hair regularly with onion paste, and it will turn black. Take a multivitamin containing minerals like zinc and copper, which prevent premature graying. For cold you take cold medication like Wikoryl tablet

You should look for a condition Renal Artery Stenosis, by doing Doppler study. No direct relation to ectopic kidney and BP if the function is normal and there is no reflux. BP medicine will continue for long, possibly life.

3 days ago when got up during night to relieve myself, I felt as if my both ears are blocked. There is no problem in hearing. I have gnawed mouth wide also but it does not help. Hi , your problem seems to be occuring due to eustachian tube disfunction. Take hot water steam through your nose and mouth (not ears). An anti allergic can help you. If no relief in few days visit a doctor.

Diet Plan (Appx 1200 KCal) Early morning- Plain warm water Prebreakfast- -Fruits Breakfast- Curd or milk, one fruit and one toast or oats, 30g Add 2 egg whites as well 10-12 G tea and  nuts 12 to 1 Boiled black chana or sprouts Lunch-One whole wheat roti and green vegetable and curd or Destarched  rice, 2 katori and any dal, 1 bowl or Idli and sambhar or Plain dosa and sambhar 3-4 Lemon water again 5 to 6 Any seasonal fruit 7 to 8 lemon water Dinner- Any vegetable or dal, try to avoid any carbs like chapati or rice or Try salt free dinner for atleast once a week like, milk and oats or milk and egg white or milk and fruit 9- fruits.

Hi. Erectile dysfunction, often referred to as ed, is characterized by a persistent and recurring inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. Psychological (like stress and anxiety, poor communication with your partner, unrealistic sexual expectations, negative feelings about non performance, depression), physical and lifestyle (smoking, alcohol and sometimes illicit drugs and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone) or neurologic disorders (such as multiple sclerosis or parkinson's disease) issues can all cause ed, as can trauma to nerves and arteries (for example, from prostate surgery). The incidence of erectile dysfunction increases with age, but young men can also experience it. So, will have to find out the exact cause in your case. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice pelvic floor exercise or kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

Hello - if you are diagnosed anaemic then it can be treated with the help of following ayurvedic treatment- a) dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice b) tab abhraloha 1 twice daily c) diet like anar, chukandar etc help in anaemic conditions as well. You will recover within a month by using above mentioned treatment.
