First of all avoid fatty food probably it's due to indignation. Properly chew the food. Avoid water after meal for an hour. Take small quantity of water at small interval. Take salad in your meal.

My sister has a problem called sacroiliitis. She had undergone a pain procedure by a neurosurgeon. The pain has gone, it's been 20 days the procedure has done she is experiencing tiredness above the left hip and also along the entire left limb. This tiredness subsides after sometimes but again comes after few days. She is on bed rest these days but also do some walk thrice a day of about 25 minutes. please help.

this might due to procedure. get done Xray lumbar spine AP+LAT. 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

My mother is 75 years old and she she gets pain in her shoulders which moves towards her jaws when she climbs stairs her angiography reports ate normal lately her legs below the knees especially the calf muscles pain a lot she suffered a mild stroke a few days back she has thyroid hyper.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello Lybrate user. It seems that you hav done the related diagnosis. As you mentioned above ther r possibility you have developed early osteoarthritis in both knee. Increase intake of natural sources of calcium n protein. Reduce all activity which r pain aggravating. Apply cold packs or icing for 20 min 2 time a day .do quadriceps static n slr exercises. Put towel roll under your inme ,press roll down using knee ,it's surrounding muscles. Hold it for 1 5 sec for 10 repetition for thrice a day n do hamstring stretches. Today I am having 99 fever and nausea and tiredness. My LMP is 12/2/16. I have done iui on 27//2/16. Today is my 33 day of menses still don't have my periods but hpt is negative today. Its a PMS or early pregnancy sptoms. I have severe low back ache nausea decreased appetite joint pain.

Hi lybrate-user. The symptoms which you mentioned may be of both as doubted. But to confirm, you didn't mention like how many days cycle is urs, whether 28 days or 30 days etc. And are your periods regular or not? this is because, based on that you need to get the iui done during your fertile window only and hope that's done too. But sometimes though hpt is negative, there are chances that you can be pregnant. So better you wait for few more days and get the test done once again, orelse meet a gynaecologist for further advise.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help.

It is definitely not related to your bone density, but may be related to your lifestyle, your work and maybe lack of some vitamins. My advise will be to initiate a conservative management approach initially in which you start with intensive physical therapy, adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation, short course of anti inflammatory medication, local ice and hot packs and see how you are doing in next 10-14 days, and if you are not improving, then we will get some investigations done for you.
