Sexual Debility - How Unani Therapy Can Help Treat It?

Sexual debility is one of the most common sexual problems faced by the individuals. Sexual debility refers to a situation where a person is unable to perform sexual acts properly. Though, often people consider sexual debility to be nothing but a moment's lack of sexual vitality; but in reality, it's a serious sexual issue that if left untreated can cause serious trouble in a relationship, and can lead to mental stress. However, this problem can be treated with the help of medication, with or without side effects. Unani medicines help treat sexual debility without side effects.

Why does sexual debility occur in a person?
While there is no specific reason that could be stated to cause the problem, lack of energy and malnutrition can excessively lead to the problem. Also, obesity and lack of confidence can also lead to sexual debility. Sexual debility can affect one due to injury to the genitalia, excessive indulgence in sexual activities, such as masturbation, and poor lifestyle habits, which include drinking, smoking, etc.

Possible symptoms
Some of the most common signs of sexual debility include lack of sexual desire, fatigue, impotence, and low level of energy or vitality. Sometimes, people with sexual debility, also suffer from nocturnal emissions, palpitation, premature ejaculation, and nervousness during or before engaging in sexual activities. People with sexual debility often tend to suffer from lower back pain, frequent desire to urinate, and weak kidney functionality. Remember, sexual debility is not infertility; rather, it is a condition where erectile dysfunction leads to infertility if not treated.

How can Unani help get rid of the condition?
According to the ancient Unani discipline, the human body has been created with seven natural components that are responsible for wellbeing and maintenance of the overall health. And keeping in mind this very concept, Unani medicines focus on learning about the various states of the body and restoring them to their original selves by strengthening, so that the body learns to heal its own problems. When it comes to treating sexual debility, Unani treatment delves deeper into the cause and then offers necessary medications along with various healthy lifestyle changes, if necessary. In the majority of cases, different combinations of different Unani medicines are used to treat sexual debility effectively. Therefore, it is advised to consult a Unani medicine expert before opting for these medications.

Often considered to be synonymous with impotence, sexual debility can be a serious threat to a happy life if not treated at its early stages. Sometimes, other medications can lead to certain side effects. As the approach of Unani diagnosis and medicine prescription is different, the method of treatment guarantees no side effects and hence allows a patient to lead a healthy life after the completion of the course of the treatment.

If you have hypothyroidism then getting pregnant is difficult unless the condition is excellent control. When in good control tsh level should be between 3 to 4 milli units/ml. But for conception to occur tsh las to be between 0.3 to 2 milli units. Plus throughout the pregnancy also levels should be in the same range for fetal development and proper out come of pregnancy.

By what method did you do family planning. Tubectomy or vasectomy if tubectomy was done the recanalisation procedure can be done. By surgery fallopian tubes are reconnected. If vasectomy (male sterilisation) was done. Recanalisation is difficult but can be attempted if no anti sperm antibody is present. U can consult me online for further queries.

How You Feel When You Look Good?

How You Feel When You Look Good?

In today’s world, when you go to meet someone casually, or for an interview may be, the first thing that people will notice is your looks. The world has become very shallow; here your packaging matters than the content. And looking it positively we can make out that one doesn’t get to know about your inner beauty until he comes to talk to you or spend time with you, and to do that your looks should be capable of bringing people to you.

For maintaining this good look and personality you need to take efforts. You don’t need to take too many efforts so as to look like a supermodel, but some simple things and precautions to get a good look, a good personality and a healthier, prettier you!

Focusing initially on the looks of your face, you don’t need going to parlor every now and then or continuously applying tons of makeup on your face. You need to wash your face at least four times a day with a face wash, the one with natural ingredients.

Then resort to simple makeup like cream, powder, natural mascara, some lip gloss, simple accessories. For hair care, apply oil before washing and don’t use conditioner very frequently, and comb your hair at least twice a day. Don’t be stressed, it reflects on your face and body.

You don’t just need to look healthy but also feel healthy, for that the first thing you should start with is some yoga and meditation for 10-15 minutes along with your daily work out of at least 30 minutes. Working out doesn’t really help if along with that you keep eating like a baby elephant. You need to be on a healthy diet, not the starving diet.

The important thing in diet is to eat, but eat less and eat in regular intervals of like 2 hours, and whatever you eat should be less of oil, fat and spice. Don’t cut off on anything, just reduce the quantity, as everything is essential for body, the body even needs fats in proper quantity but not more than that. And try to eat salad, sprouts, and juices whenever you’re hungry. Also chew your food properly and try to avoid processed food as far as possible.

Following these simple things you’ll not look good but will also start feeling good. And when you feel good, only good things will happen with you. Also keep smiling, that’s the best way to look and feel good.

Common Pregnancy Problems - How Ayurveda Can Help You?

Pregnancy is a life altering experience for all expecting mothers. During the gestation period, each and every cell of a woman’s body undergoes a full transformation. There needs to be perfect harmony between the various aspects of the woman and her baby’s health for the pregnancy to progress smoothly. Any imbalance, however, can lead to a range of problems that will require special care.

Ayurveda is one of the most effective kinds of therapies that help deal with problems of pregnancy. During this period, using Ayurveda to support your health could be most helpful for the development of your baby. Ayurveda will help you effectively deal with all kinds of pregnancy complications such as high blood pressure, fluid retention, spotting, etc.

Following are some of the ways in which you can use Ayurveda to deal with all the various problems of pregnancy:

  1. Ayurvedic herbal massages: Opting for a daily Ayurvedic massage with herbal oils can induce well-being in both mother and child. These have a very positive impact on the sensory nervous system and you feel calmn during the period of gestation.
  2. Dealing with morning sickness: Morning sickness is a common pregnancy problem and in Ayurveda, it is known as Garbhini Charddi. There are many Ayurvedic remedies for morning sickness which include matala rasayana (10 grams of it is to be mixed with honey and consumed twice a day), eladi vati (an Ayurvedic medication that helps relieve cough, vomiting and cold), eladi choorna (with elaichi as one of its important ingredients, this Ayurvedic concoction is used to treat indigestion, vomiting and excessive thirst), etc.
  3. Balancing the vata: According to Ayurvedic principles, the growth of the foetus is aided by the energies known as apana vata and prana vata which fulfil the needs of the pregnancy. It is important to maintain a good balance between these vata for dealing with all the problems that come with pregnancy. The simplest way to do this is to adhere to a healthy and wholesome Ayurvedic diet and avoid all foods that cause harm to the system.

These are just a few examples of dealing with pregnancy related problems with the help of Ayurveda. The most important aspect of Ayurveda is that is treats all the problems at the very root and provides a holistic remedy. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
