Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi Lybrate User..... for your height, your weight is already a little extra.... Your BMI is 26.2 which comes in 'Overweight' category. ... Why do you need to add more weight... It will create unnecessary problems. Please don't get carried away the bulky people you see in advertisements and films... that is all artificial... Each day we must thank God for the Gift of Life.. This wonderful body which we have... Which is able to do so many things for us... Rather than trying to look good with bulky muscles.. Just aim to be fit and strong... Just aim to be proud of yourself.. Be confident... Be Nice to people... Big Body is not important.. Big deeds are important... Look at Sachin or Virat Kohli... do they have bulky bodies? Aim to be fit and have confidence in your abilities. All The Best!

I am suffering with *INDIGESTION always (sometimes it correct sometimes not digest) *pain in joints and all over body (many times, cough always, stomach pain, loss of appetite, gastric, face swollen sometimes ,eyes yellow, Pain in eyelids when morning woke up I was ADMITTED hospital 1 year back I was tested LFT my bilirubin level was 3.3 (indirect 1.4- 1.9.direct 0.7) Liver enzymes are normal. Bt after taking medicines also I have 2-3 bilirubin level.

If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper. Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas. If nothing works, it might be hereditary. Later you can go for hair transplant. Beardo is a good product.

You have to take regular medicine for your raised sugar level and regular sugar monitoring. Do regular yoga and exercise. Avoid carbohydrate rich diet e.g. Potato, wheat, sugar, rice etc. Salads, roasted green gram, butter milk, mixed flour chappati, these are certain food items good for you.

Apply freshly squeezed lemon juice to your lips and massage them gently. Follow this ritual every night before bed. We need to control sugar levels with medication exercise and following a diabetic diet and avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and can take tablet rantac twice a day.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

Steel containers are definitely better option for food and drinks. Now a days steel bottles( Milton/ Cello etc.) are available which also keep water cool for certain period of time. you can buy then from shop or online.
