Hello, Measure your temperature and tell me reading Tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3.Typhidot 4. Malarial antigen 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken consult me again with reports

Hello doctor, I am 26 year old female. Since two months I m not feeling well. Went to doctor he said I have high bp. But said that he can't prescribe medicine for bp because it's not right to use in this age. I had anxiety problem last month. This month I have no anxiety problem. But the problem is I am unable to burp after having meals. I have undergone sugar, cholesterol, haemoglobin and thyroid tests when doctor asked me to undergo. Except for low haemoglobin and thyroid everything was normal. I am using thyronorm 25 mg tablet now. Haemoglobin is 9.5 the problem is I have to walk everyday for 30 mins. But I am unable to walk because of dizziness. I come back to home within 10 mins. I am also having gas problem. Unable to burp and cannot resist hunger. Sometimes palpitations occurs whenever burp is coming. I m worried about my health doctor. Please tell me whether anything is serious. I want to continue walking for 30 mins and start good exercises. But unable to. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

you should be avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Hello Mr. lybrate-user. You have not mentioned the drug you have taken for 3 days and is there any ulceration. For Spreading or ulcerative lesions topical acivir is not sufficient and you require systemic drug. You must take Oral Aciclovir 800 mg tablet 5 times a day for both cure and to prevent recurrence for 10-14 days. Take plenty of water as aciclovir is capable of causing kidney stones. But consult a physician for exact diagnosis and management. Herpes is uncommon in adults. And represents stressful life style and some underlying immune related disease. Try to do some physical and stress relieving exercises. If there is recurrence you need to test further for proper treatment. Please contact if still need further assistance.

There are no home remedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. You may need transplant, prp, laser, meso.

There is no need to start top milk but mothers milk and home made mashed easily digestible food should be gradually introduced. They are sufficient to meet the nutritional requirement of baby for proper growth and development. Introducing top milk in a breast fed baby at 6 months is MYTH.

Night knee knee pain is due to arthritis. Only pain during rest is arthritis pain. Sciatica pain may relief if you bend your knee during sleep. Please try some quadriceps hamstring strengthening exercise for knee and low back muscle exercise for your back.

This sounds like urinary tract infection. Drink cranberry juice 150 ml per day and start tablet norflox 400 mg twice a day after meals for 5 days. If no improvement get a urine routine and microscopy and show a general physician nearby.

Hi here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. If the sperm count was 6 million then there is no obstruction and surgery may harm. Sperm counts can decrease with or without treatment. He needs investigations. Meanwhile he should keep away from heat, chemical, smoking zones. Avoid laptop on lap. Wear loose undergarments and keep testes cooled by pressing them with wet towel for 5-10 minutes daily.

1. Male boob is due to a medical condition called gynaecomastia which is some times seen in adolescent age group or young adults 2. It is due to elevated level of blood estrogen and decrease level of testosterone. 3. It is not serious and sometimes go away on its own otherwise has to be treated by medicine or surgery 4. It is due to excess accumulation of fat in the chest 5. Regular chest and arm exercise like dumbbell exercise and push up exercise will help reduce the gynaecomastia 6. Reduce intake of fatty food like red meat, cheese, butter, ghee, cream, whole milk etc 7. Avoid alcohol since it decreases blood testosterone 8. Apply gynexol cream containing natural ingredients like aloevera juice, retinol, vitamin a, extract of ginkgo biloba or take gynexin pills containing green tea extract, caffeine etc 9. If no relief, consult surgeon for advice.

Give enough time for the body to adjust. Take enough water ( maintain good hydration ). If it is minor stomach upset then you should feel better by next day. Eat simple, easily digestible food in small portions.
