For Hair - 1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc. For pimples - Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA glow face wash daily Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C. For Weight Loss - 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Stress does not allow you to concentrate hence try controlling your stress. Organize yourself. Spending your time and enrgy so you can handle stress more effectively. Control your environment by controlling who and what is surrounding you. Love yourself by giving yourself positive feedback. Reward yourself by planning leisure activities into your life. Exercise regularly, listening to relaxing music, communicating with friends and loved ones. Reset yourself as regularly as possible.

Do not confuse black spots with dark circles. Dark circles can be hereditary, they can appear because of lack of sleep or some deficiency. You need to moisturize the area frequently with an under eye cream. Put cucumber slices whenever possible, it will hydrate the area. Drink more water.

Dear lybrate user, the symptoms seem to be of a mouth ulcer. Avoid consuming extremely hot, fried or spicy food. Drink plenty of water, eat salads and fruits. Consult your dentist if the ulcer doesn't heal or if it occurs quite frequently.

Hello. Follow this for acne marks: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Since dark spots can be caused by a number of different factors, learning about the different types will give you a head start when it comes to figuring out how to get rid of them. Here are the three different types of hyperpigmentation. Lentigines. These are dark spots caused by exposure to uv rays from the sun. 90 percent of people over the age of 60 have them, but many much younger men and women have sun-related dark spots as well. The spots appear scattered in no particular pattern. Melasma. This type of dark spots are caused by hormonal fluctuations. Women might see darker splotches appear on their cheeks during times when their hormones are in flux, like during pregnancy or menopause. It's also a side effect of birth control pills and hormone therapy treatments. Melasma can also occur as a result of thyroid dysfunction. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (pih). These are dark spots that occur as a result of trauma to the skin, which can be caused by psoriasis, burns, acne, and certain skin care treatments that are hard on the skin. Figure out what's causing yours. Once you know what you're dealing with, you'll be able to choose a course of treatment and start making lifestyle changes to prevent more dark spots from showing up. Ask yourself these questions to determine what's behind your dark spots: do you frequently use a tanning bed or go tanning in the sun? if you tend to get high sun exposure and you don't wear much sunscreen, you might have valentines. Topical treatments and avoidance of sun exposure are the best way to get rid of this type of hyperpigmentation. Do you have a current medical condition for which you're on medication? are you pregnant, on birth control, or taking hormone therapy? it's possible you have melanoma. This can be difficult to treat, but there are certainly methods that can make a difference. Have you had severe acne, plastic surgery, or other long-term skin conditions? you could have pih, which responds well to topical treatments and may go away with time. Figure out which type of dark spot do you have. And ask me again.

Hello, Apply Homoeopathic medicine – Thiosinaminum Q + Berberis Aqefolium Q - few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin). Also take Causticum 200 and Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water - orally twice daily for 4weeks.

Keep hair clean. Make sure that your scalp and hair are always clean. It will help your hair grow faster. Dirt clogs the hair follicles, which makes it more difficult for hair to grow. 1-Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. 2-Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

You just have to get yourself checked and can then take antibiotic accordingly. Do not use soap or dettol to wash in and around private parts as this may lead to recurrent infections. Rather use a vaginal wash for that.

The fear of people has to do with your lack of social development. We are all social animals, gregarious by nature and need each other. But if there has been poor exposure and skills around people, we become very intimidated. Surprising we are into relationships all through our lives, yet we fear people. In your head you are probably comparing yourself and worrying whether you match up or not. You may feel inferior and inadequate around them. When it comes to a girl it can get very complicated because of the sexual connotation. The depression has a lot to do with this fear. I suggest you do a personality development course and a personal grooming course too. Meet with a counselor for your depression but also deal with your emotions, extensively. The distortion about people and especially girls will also be dealt with as you develop yourself. Go to a gym and do some body building and feel your image develop into a tough and strong young man. I hope you are studying well too? education can boost your self confidence. Do a lot of deep breathing exercises to calm yourself down. The bottom-line is we all want to be loved and to love. Learn this very important need of all humans: love people. Where there is perfect love there is no fear.
