•If your cavity in the tooth is caused by decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling.
•If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.

No, not matmalo, please don't listen to people with no knowledge and listen to dr, who are dentist, please get all your teeth filled up, or else they will increase and will give you pain, and swelling in future and then you have to go for rct, of all those teeth for sensitivity, use sensoform paste twice in a day, for one month, stop the other paste for one month, use soft tooth brush,
before sleeping, use a thin layer of paste on sensitive teeth, leave it overnight and brush in morning
use fluoridated mouth wash twice in a day for one month.
You have three options according to your conditions
1st ceramic braces- it is not visible from a distance
2nd lingual orthodontics- here the braces are on the inner surface of tooth so not visible.
3rd is clear aligners, it is like splints that is removable, so in those social gathering you can remove it, though it is a very costly treatment.
The best way to treat gum disease is to practice good oral hygiene, although additional dental and medical treatments are sometimes necessary.
Good oral hygiene involves:-
1. Brushing your teeth for two to three minutes twice a day (in the morning and at night), preferably with an electric toothbrush
2. Using toothpaste that contains fluoride (fluoride is a natural mineral that helps protect against tooth decay)
3. Flossing your teeth regularly (preferably daily)
4. Not smoking
5. Regularly visiting your dentist (at least once every one to two years, but more frequently if necessary)

You are on correct treatment with cefixime & ofloxacin, mouth wash. Take multivitamins also and eat fruits .Apply Zytee gel
First thing your brushing was improper that is why yellow color spots came on teeth. Next is if you had this problem before braces that should have been treated before starting with braces and proper scaling has to be done before braces.
For full mouth implants you need to know the bone condition coz implants are placed in the bone. Can you post me your full mouth xray so I will suggest you more precisely.
