Dear friend, there are many things you can start. A good protein rich, balance diet. Some physical exercise under guidance of a trainer. Proper rest some medicines also may be given to achieve the desired goal.

my name harish khanna My fasting blood sugar was when i checked 5 month ago from dr. parth lab was 151. but after my report i started exercise and pranayam daily an stop to take sugar contents now my fasting sugar level is in between 90-99 last. and my blod sugar lever is after meal (2hrs. later)127 to 140. is this normal blood sugar level and can i take sugar now?

you are a classical case of borderline sugar ....it's because of your strict control and good habits sugar has been in control....it would be intelligent to continues the same with Karela juice ...you can have occasional little sugar. but keep monitoring...you may need medicines if sugar is persistently high

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste.

Is chemical peeling for skin pigmentation for a 12 year old girl safe? its loaded in the chest and upper back area. Will this help remove the scar and will it reappear after getting the chemical peeling done?

Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Take tab. Crocin sos to relieve headache.

variation in periods is quite normal. the delay may be due to stress or if she has put on a little weight or lost some in case she is having pcod. drinking lots of water and de stressing herself will do.

Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. 3. Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks. For split ends and increased shine, you can use the oil as a conditioner once weekly. Be careful not to use too much of it (a pea-sized amount should do) or you can end up with an over-oily scalp. For best results use unrefined castor oil, as it contains more nutrients and healing properties.

Hi You need to eat an apple or half a banana before going to gym. Drink some lime water before going to gym. Vomiting may be due to acidity or due to empty stomach.

Obesity is a condition where a person has accumulated so much body fat that it might have a negative effect on their health and if the body weight is at least higher than it should be he or she is considered obese and body mass index (bmi) is between 25 and 29.9 as considered overweight. And if bmi is 30 and above is considered as obese.

What is Acne ?

Both males and females suffer from acne.

Acne means a condition when you have blackheads, white heads ( small white bumps on skin giving uneven look ), pimples that may eventually lead to pus filled painful large pimples that leave marks and scars on face.

Why does Acne occur?

It can occur due to improper diet, hormonal fluctuations, using inappropriate cosmetic products and sticky creams, humidity, sweating and dead skin collection causing blocked pores or due to some medicines.

Include food rich in good calories. Salty peanut butter on bread. It gives you approximately 192 calories plus it is extra high in protein. One serving of cheddar cheese packs a good 69 calories. This is not a kind of leakage which can be plugged! get one thing straight. That thoughts are seeking pleasure all the time either through sex or something else like ambition, entertainment etc. Your strong current of sexual thoughts will result in semen discharge, if not through sex or masturbation then through night fall. And your guilt and continuous thinking about it is causing weakness and these vague symptoms more than anything else. Just do not force yourself into doing something which you actually do not want to. Relax and everything will be fine.

Within how much time a non diabetic person injected with heavy dosage of insulin should be treated before it becomes fatal. From internet I saw a person with weight 79 kgs injected 1500 units of lantus was treated and was back to normal. But within what time the treatment started for him wasn't mentioned for not becoming it fatal. So can someone please clarify me.

Urgent treatment with intravenous glucose and glucagon injections can control severe hypoglycemia. In case of lantus (glargine) basal insulin action lasts for 24 hrs and starts after 2 -4 hrs. So we can prevent severe hypoglycemia if we start glucose infusion within 2 hrs and maintained for 24 hrs. Different insulin have diff actions.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.
