Hye when you exercise your body demands more energy hence you eat more. If you skip exercise then you don't. Try to maintain consistency in exercise and diet to feel better.

Symptoms of high blood sugar are increased thirst, increased frequency of urine, weight loss, feeling tired, non healing wounds, repeated skin infection etc. But many times diabetes has no symptoms.

  1. Connect with an old friend
    • Connecting with a friend from the past is ideal for bringing up topics and memories which are sure to make you laugh.
    • Remembering funny incidents, stories, and hilarious moments can make you revisit old days and laugh.
  2. Humour in your everyday life
    • Laughter and fun can be found in all places. You need to find them out.
    • There can be a lot of common, ordinary things which are ironically or sarcastically funny. Observe humorous moments from everything around you and share them with your people.
  3. Watch your favourite television shows
    • Watching your favourite comedy shows and programs on the tv will bound to loosen you up.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Rhinoplasty - What You Must Know?

Rhinoplasty, more commonly known as Nose-Job, is a cosmetic procedure designed to change the shape and size of the nose. 

A Rhinoplasty can effectively change the size and shape of the nose to complement the facial balance. It also helps improve nasal symmetry efficiently enhancing your facial features.

How is the surgery performed?

We prefer General Anaesthesia for the surgery to make patient pain free and most comfortable. It’s a Day-care procedure or may need overnight stay.

The operation involves an incision which is made for easy access to the cartilage and bones of the nose. These incisions are generally placed inside the nose, so that they do not appear as scar marks after the surgery is done. Moulding, removal or replacement of the bone or cartilage depends on the demands of the restructuring of the nose. Once the reshaping of the nose is done, the nose tissue is put back into place and a splint is temporarily placed to support the new structure of the nose. The splint is removed at 5-7 days. 

Precautions to take after a nose surgery

After a nose surgery, the area around your nose will stay swollen and bruised for around 10-15 days. Thus you have to ensure that-

  1. You get adequate period of rest.

  2. Use cold compresses over the swollen face, this will reduce the swelling and ease the pain.

  3. Do not indulge in relatively vigorous physical activity for 15 days. 

  4. Take you medicines regularly.

Risks of nose surgery

Every surgery or medical procedure involves certain risks, and so does Rhinoplasty. Along with some puffiness and bruising around the eye and nose region, you may also experience-

  1. Some amount of bleeding 

  2. Injury to the septum area

  3. Irritation of the skin and skin problems 

  4. Infections 

  5. Nasal blockage due to swelling in the inner nasal area 

  6. Complications resulting from anaesthesia

Please help?
Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hey sedentary life can cause obesity, belly fat is hard to reduce, for reducing belly fat you should manage some point. 1- you should take proper diet like (heavy breakfast but not take fatty food like cheese, paratha, and other oily food). 2- you should take light lunch (avoid potato, sugar, rice, oily food). 3- you should take more lighter dinner. 4- with this diet doing yoga, crunch up, and walk at least 30- 45 min daily. 5- you will see diffrence in your belly fat within 10-15 days.

Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Dry cough per say has no relationship with diabetes. It is usually associated with either throat irritation, infection or problems related to lungs Please tell me is she on any drug for high BP like Ramipril or Lisinopril? Because these drugs (ACE - I) can produce dry cough as a side effect. In your information there is absolutely no information on blood glucose control - like Fasting, PP glucose levels, & HbA1c%, so no way to comment on that aspect. Thanks.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight.
