Hello, now your weight is 7-8 kg excess, you have to aware for balance weight because in hypothyroidism most of people suffer and now you are in better condition. Start daily basis exercise 30 minute at least. And concentrate on your eating habits its very important part for manage weight. Increase protein and fiber rich food in diet. And avoid maximum refined flour food items and simple carbs.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Simply, start by cutting out refined carbohydrates, bakery items, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. For your height of 5' your weight should be about 55 Kg. Your BMI is 34 which falls in Obese category. You are carrying about 40% (24 Kgs) extra weight on your body, hence your legs have started paining. You need to urgently get on to a fitness program. ¶ Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. ¶ Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. ¶ Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. ¶ Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. ¶ Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. ¶ Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  ¶ Don't just focus on Weight. Please do treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. If your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6.
