That is good for reducing belly fat. You also drink green coffee itself. Either take it at night or sometime before u start exercising. Crunches and plank are the best exercises to reduce belly fat.

There is no magical treatment for loosing weight. It has to be a well planned journey. You should start by reducing your diet by half for the first week, continuing with the same kind of meals that you have been taking. In the second week you should reduce the potion by 25% more. Take multi-vitamins to compensate the reduction in your diet. Also, exercise (moderat) for 20 minutes in the morning and evening and keep adjusting your exercise speed as you get used to it. This should help you to reduce 3-5 kilos in a month.

Hello, Fitness is about a healthy mind and body. Its a holistic approach involving a well balanced diet with regular intervals of eating at 3-4 hours. Exercising for 45-60 minutes atleast 4-5 days/week and taking good rest for 7-8 hours/day. 1.Have small frequent meals with 2 ½ -3 hours gap between each meal 2.Have fresh raw salad & greens before meals 3.Cooking methods like- Roasting, Boiling & Baking should be initiated rather than deep or shallow frying 4.Chew every morsel of food thoroughly & avoid eating in anxiety 5.Prefer consuming food in Small plates & portions.

Hello, first you decide how much weight you have to loss. Accordingly that start your diet and exercise. Exercise is must for weight loss along with sincerely hardworking n devoted mind. Like I will surely losse my weight you can start with three simple steps. 1-drink 3-4liters of water. In any form like juices 2-walk minimum 40 mins daily. 3-do not eat anything after 7 pm strictly. Dinner should be before 7 pm otherwise skip dinner n replace it with fruits. These are initially treatment.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi lybrate-user, Do not plan for long term when you not comfortable with your current job, schedule or eating pattern. Target a goal on daily basis and set it very small like. 1. Excercise for less time may be 10 to 15 minutes 2. Eat just 1 or 2 healthy meal 3. Drink enough water 4.Start your exam perpration with just 30 minutes at any time of day like while travelling 5.Avoid stress When the schedules are not fixed or when you want to change the current schedule, Just aim for today. Next day you can again change accordingly. Hope this helps.

Dear sir I feel happy regarding you are health conscious which in turn youngsters doesn't have. Regarding you are parkinsons acgording to ayurveda it's sarvanga vata and for it follow below things 1) combination of ashwagandha choorna 50 grams+ kapikacchu choorna 30 grams with milk daily twice before food for 1month it will improve your tremors. There after revert me back I will suggest some medications.

Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Overweight and Obesity-Related Health Problems in Adults

Coronary Heart Disease


As your body mass index rises, so does your risk for coronary heart disease (CHD). CHD is a condition in which a waxy substance called plaque (plak) builds up inside the coronary arteries. These arteries supply oxygen-rich blood to your heart.

Plaque can narrow or block the coronary arteries and reduce blood flow to the heart muscle. This can cause angina or a heart attack. (Angina is chest pain or discomfort.)

Obesity also can lead to heart failure. This is a serious condition in which your heart can't pump enough blood to meet your body's needs.

High Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps blood. If this pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways.

Your chances of having high blood pressure are greater if you're overweight or obese.

Stroke

Being overweight or obese can lead to a buildup of plaque in your arteries. Eventually, an area of plaque can rupture, causing a blood clot to form.

If the clot is close to your brain, it can block the flow of blood and oxygen to your brain and cause a stroke. The risk of having a stroke rises as BMI increases.

Type 2 Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease in which the body's blood glucose, or blood sugar, the level is too high. Normally, the body breaks down food into glucose and then carries it to cells throughout the body. The cells use a hormone called insulin to turn the glucose into energy.

In type 2 diabetes, the body's cells don't use insulin properly. At first, the body reacts by making more insulin. Over time, however, the body can't make enough insulin control its blood sugar level.

Diabetes is a leading cause of early death, CHD, stroke, kidney disease, and blindness. Most people who have type 2 diabetes are overweight.

Abnormal Blood Fats

If you're overweight or obese, you're at increased risk of having abnormal levels of blood fats. These include high levels of triglycerides and LDL ('bad') cholesterol and low levels of HDL ('good') cholesterol.

Abnormal levels of these blood fats are a risk factor for CHD. For more information about triglycerides and LDL and HDL cholesterol, go to the Health Topics High Blood Cholesterolarticle.

Metabolic Syndrome

Metabolic syndrome is the name for a group of risk factors that raises your risk for heart disease and other health problems, such as diabetes and stroke.

You can develop any one of these risk factors by itself, but they tend to occur together. A diagnosis of metabolic syndrome is made if you have at least three of the following risk factors:

  • A large waistline. This is called abdominal obesity or 'having an apple shape.' Having extra fat in the waist area is a greater risk factor for CHD than having extra fat in other parts of the body, such as on the hips.
  • A higher than normal triglyceride level (or you're on medicine to treat high triglycerides).
  • A lower than normal HDL cholesterol level (or you're on medicine to treat low HDL cholesterol).
  • Higher than normal blood pressure (or you're on medicine to treat high blood pressure).
  • Higher than normal fasting blood sugar (or you're on medicine to treat diabetes).
  • Cancer

Being overweight or obese raises your risk for colon, breast, endometrial, and gallbladder cancers.

Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a common joint problem of the knees, hips, and lower back. The condition occurs if the tissue that protects the joints wears away. Extra weight can put more pressure and wear on joints, causing pain.

Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is a common disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths while you sleep.

A person who has sleep apnea may have more fat stored around the neck. This can narrow the airway, making it hard to breathe.

Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome

Obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS) is a breathing disorder that affects some obese people. In OHS, poor breathing results in too much carbon dioxide (hypoventilation) and too little oxygen in the blood (hypoxemia).

OHS can lead to serious health problems and may even cause death.

Reproductive Problems

Obesity can cause menstrual issues and infertility in women.

Gallstones

Gallstones are hard pieces of stone-like material that form in the gallbladder. They're mostly made of cholesterol. Gallstones can cause stomach or back pain.

People who are overweight or obese are at increased risk of having gallstones. Also, being overweight may result in an enlarged gallbladder that doesn't work well.

Overweight and Obesity-Related Health Problems in Children and Teens

Overweight and obesity also increase the health risks for children and teens. Type 2 diabetes once was rare in American children, but an increasing number of children are developing the disease.

Also, overweight children are more likely to become overweight or obese as adults, with the same disease risks.
