How do you recognize and treat dengue fever? What are some symptoms of dengue fever?

Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, the disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. The most common symptoms are – 1.High fever 2.Severe Headache 3.Pain behind the eyes 4.Nausea and vomiting 5.Swollen lymph node 6.Muscle and Joint Pain 7.Exhaustion 8.Skin rash Following tips for Prevention of Dengue fever : 1. Turn over empty pails and buckets, so that they do not collect excess water. If the container that contains water cannot be emptied, remember to cover it well when not in use. 2: Remember to clean out empty flower pots and not to over water potted plants. It is advised to not have any stagnant water around as it acts as breeding ground for the mosquitoes. 3: Apply mosquito repellents on all exposed areas, during the day as well as at night on a regular basis to prevent dengue. 4: Make sure your window and door screens do not have any holes. If so, block those areas properly to eliminate mosquitoes. 5: If someone at home is ill with dengue, try to not let the mosquitoes bite them or others in the house. 6: sleep under a mosquito net (especially small children as they sleep during the day and hence, the chance of mosquito bite is high during this time). 7: If you use a cooler remember to empty out and clean the water tray regularly, even when not in use. 8: Always cover your dustbin when not in use. 9: A natural method to keep mosquitoes at bay is to plant Tulsi near your window. The plant has properties that do not allow mosquitoes to breed. 10: Using camphor as a repellent also works wonders. Light camphor in a room and close all the doors and windows. Leave it this way for about fifteen to twenty minutes to have a mosquito free environment

Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination.

Avoid tea/coffe alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done if it persist, consult doctor.

I have oily skin. Using charcoal facewash. Some home remedies tried but couldn't remove whiteheads.

hello U can use ayurvedic ubtan for cleaning ur face. Take a small amount of ubtan, moist it and scrub on wet face for a minute. Then clean face with water. Apply this daily once or twice a day.

Your sleep is disturbed, stop worrying, take bath two times, have regular light exercise, avoid spicy and pungent diet, take fruits and fresh juices. Practice meditation, Yoga and Pranayam, cultivate positive thoughts, this will help in getting good sleep. Apply the paste on fore head of Nutmeg-Jayphal prepared in water at night If interested in comprehensive Ayurveda treatment, inform.

I am 18 and I am having problem having proper muscle growth. I mean I very slim guy. I tried out workouts for long. But it did not work. I also looked after increasing my diet but still I feel no improvement. I request to give me an advice.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient.---------------------------- 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc.------------- 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet.--------- 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories.----- 4. Have a balanced diet.------------ 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.-------------

Garlic with its multi sided medicinal qualities is also useful for arthritis. Consumption of two to three cloves of garlic work wonder against inflammation leading to aching joints. Besides garlic, ginger is also effective from the point of view of rheumatic arthritis. Consumption of at least thirty to fifty grams of ginger serves to reduce the painful conditions.

No need to worry as it is your first time and sometime it happens.Just have a control on your diet and stop taking non veg,Fried food and Dry fruits.Have a control on milk products.Please get your BP examined from a doctor.It these sorts of attack are frequent,then consult me ,being a homoopath I will guide you in right direction.

Kindly g/et the pain reduced. First.and g/et an xray done for the cavity. If its near the nerves/pulp dentist mig/ht ask you for the filling/ or if the cavity is sitting/ on the nerves kindly g/et root canal treatment done.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

There are various causes for mouth ulcers: *diet *deficiency *irritating fillings *stress/ allegries *late night *wisdom tooth *broken teeth etc. You need to find out the exact cause.
