Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello- medicinal treatment of gall bladder stone can cause severe complications as the stone after breaking can obstruct the common bile duct and can cause fatal pancreatitis. >so if the stone is not giving any problem (diagnosed accidentally) than keep that as it is and do not go for any treatment. >if the stone resulting in pain and vomiting thn you must go to surgeon for opinion.

My mother is suffering from osteoporosis since many years and is now at an acute stage. The doctor has advised her to take an injection called terifac which needs to take for 6 months. My question is whether the same is required..

बात करें जैतून के तेल के हेल्थ बेनिफिट कि तो इसके प्रति बढ़ती जागरूकता के साथ, इसकी लोकप्रियता दुनियाभर में बढ़ती जा रही है. जिसमें सबसे अच्छे क्वालिटी का अतिरिक्त शुद्ध जैतून तेल शामिल है, सबसे अच्छे किस्म का जैतून तेल कोल्ड-प्रेस्ड होता है और इसमें अच्छे स्वाद के साथ गंध भी होती है. जैतून का तेल, स्वास्थ्य के साथ सुंदरता के लिए भी अलग- अलग रूपों में उपयोग किया जाता हैं. इसके अलावा आप इसे दोनों आंतरिक और बाह्य रूप से उपयोग कर सकते हैं.

इसमें क्या क्या मौजूद होता है
जैतून का तेल हमारे त्वचा के लिए एक बहुत अच्छे मॉइस्चराइजर का काम करता है. विटामिन ए और ई के साथ ही कई अन्य खनिज और फैटी एसिड में भी ये समृद्ध होता है. इसलिए ये यह त्वचा को नर्म और चिकनई से युक्त बनाता है. जैतून का तेल त्वचा की एजिंग से रोकने के साथ ही झुर्रियाँ और फाइन लाइन्स से त्वचा की रक्षा भी करता है. इसके अलावा ये स्ट्रेच मार्क्स से छुटकारा दिलाता है. नियमित रूप से नहाने से पहले गर्म जैतून के तेल के साथ शरीर की मालिश करने से, रक्त परिसंचरण में सुधार होता है. इस वजह से आपकी त्वचा युवा दिखाई देती है. आप सर्दियों के दौरान फटे होठों को रोकने के लिए एक लिप बाम के बजाय जैतून के तेल का उपयोग कर सकते हैं. इसके अलावा, एक प्राकृतिक मेकअप रिमूवर के रूप में जैतून का तेल का उपयोग करें. जैतून के तेल को स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य और त्‍वचा के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद माना जाता है. लेकिन आप त्‍वचा के लिए इसके दुष्प्रभावों को नजरअंदाज नहीं कर सकते हैं. आइए जैतून के तेल का चेहरे के लिए किस तरह का असर रखता है आए इसे समझें.

एक्ने की समस्‍या
जैतून के तेल के इस्तेमाल से आपकी त्‍वचा पर एक्ने की समस्‍या भी हो सकती है. अगर आप इसे त्‍वचा पर लगाते हैं तो जैतून का तेल भारी होने के कारण त्‍वचा में आसानी से अवशोषित नहीं होता है, जिससे त्‍वचा की ऊपरी सतह पर परत इकट्ठी हो जाती है और त्वचा पर धूल-मिट्टी जमने के कारण कील मुहांसे हो सकते है.

ड्राई स्किन पर नुकसान

ऑयली त्वचा और शुष्क त्वचा के साथ जैतून का तेल भी नुकसानदायक होता है. कुछ शोधों में तो ऐसा देखा गया है कि जैतून के तेल में ऑलिक एसिड की मौजूदगी ड्राई स्किन के प्राकृतिक नमी को खत्म कर देता है.

काले धब्बों की समस्या
ज्यादा ऑयली त्वचा होने के कारण त्वचा पर ब्‍लैक हैड्स की समस्‍या का कारण भी बन सकता है. जैतून के तेल को लगाने से त्वचा में रोम छिद्रों में मिट्टी जम जाती है और सेल भी मृत हो जाते हैं.

चेहरे पर एलर्जी की समस्‍या
एलर्जी की समस्‍या होने पर जैतून के तेल को त्‍वचा पर इस्‍तेमाल करने से बचना चाहिए, नहीं तो आपकी समस्‍या ज्‍यादा हो सकती है. अगर आपने इस्‍तेमाल कर लिया है तो किसी भी तरह की एलर्जी से बचने के लिए डॉक्‍टर से सलाह लें.

चेहरे की त्वचा पर रेश
ये सही है कि जैतून तेल को लगाने से चेहरे पर एक तरह की चमक आती है. लेकिन सिबम के अतिरिक्‍त स्राव के कारण ऑयली स्किन वालों को इसे लगाने से बचना चाहिए क्‍योंकि जैतून के तेल के इस्‍‍तेमाल से त्‍वचा पर चकत्‍ते, खुजली या लाल निशान हो सकते है.

जैतून के तेल का नुकसान

वैसे तो हर उपभोग की वस्तु के कुछ फायदे होते है और साथ ही कुछ नुकसान भी होते हैं. अगर बात करें जैतून के तेल की तो इसके साथ भी यही होता है. हालांकि, जैतून के तेल को स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य और त्‍वचा के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद माना जाता है. लेकिन आप त्‍वचा के लिए इसके साइड-इफेक्ट का नजरअंदाज नहीं कर सकते हैं. बाजार में मिलने वाले जैतून के तले में कई प्रकार के केमिकल होते हैं, जो त्‍वचा के लिए बहुत नुकसानदायक होते हैं. अगर आपको त्‍वचा पर इसके होने वाले साइड इफेक्‍ट की जानकारी हो तो आपको सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए और इसे सही तरीके से प्रयोग करना चाहिए.

There is no harm in applying evion mixing in oil as Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that can possibly stop hair loss, and protectyour body from damaging free radicals. You can use it for 20 days approx to see the results. And abuse of anything can lead to possible side effects.

Seems like a gum inflammation.Clean the area properly twice a day with toothbrush and use a mouthwash twice daily for a week. If bleeding does not stop, please consult a dentist for a professional clean-up

Using a moisturizer greatly reduces the chances of split ends and promotes hair growth by diminishing breakage. However, to avoid overtly oily hair, use only a little moisturizer or try lubricating your hair a couple of hours before hair wash. Moisturized hair will attract dust if you go out.
