Green tea/coffee is just another good health drink which has certain other benefits. However there is no scientific evidence to show that Green Tea or Coffee can reduce any weight. These are all myths created by marketing companies. There is no medicine or mix or herbs that can burn body fat.  Body weight is due to extra oils/carbs which gets stored as fat. This fat can only be reduced by burning it with Exercise + Light Natural Diet. If you want to reduce weight 1. Follow a 1600 calorie diet plan. 2. Do 60 mins intensive exercise daily. 3. Walk a lot. Use steps instead of lifts. 4. Be more active.

Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily eat balanced diet avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night for 8 hours avoid fast food and restaurant food take less oily and less spicy food practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice morning and evening walk necessary go for ayurvedic panchkarma procedures go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results hope better health.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Green tea also effective in weight lose. You should do brisk walk. Eat raw fruits and green vegetables. Take fruits in breakfast 3 to 4 times a week.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

You have to adjust your sleeping timings, you have to take day sleep at least half of your night working hours. 2-3 hourly eye wash with clean water, light diet during night working, not more than one cup of tea / coffee but may take fruit juices or fruits. After three hours of working have a walk in room for 7-9 minutes.

Hi, There could be two potential reasons behind these symptoms: First- you may have a decayed tooth which is damaged up till the nerves and causing pain, and the same pain is radiating to the ear and neck. Second- Your third molar may be in the erupting stage. It commonly erupts between 17 to 25 years of age and causes trouble to the patient until it has erupted fully. Hye. Weight loss is not about a particular food, it's about your whole lifestyle. Eating the right foods at the right time is crucial. If you skip meals or follow fad diets, eat a lot of junk, whether you eat rice or not, you will surely gain weight. So, set a routine. Eat smaller more frequent meals. Eat as much as your body needs, not less, not more. Exercise at least thrice a week.

All About Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a durable autoimmune disease defined by patches of irregular skin. These patches of skin are usually scaly, red and itchy. Its symptoms vary greatly in severity, the coverage might be small and focused or it could spread all over the body.

Types:
There are mainly five types of psoriasis:

  1. Plaque: also called psoriasis vulgaris, is the most common kind of psoriasis (90% of cases). It affects the skin behind the forearms, over the navel, shins and scalp, usually presenting itself in red patches with white- colored scales over it.
  2. Guttate: has lesions that are drop-shaped.
  3. Inverse: red patches show up in the folds of your skin.
  4. Pustular: pus-filled blisters form. They are non-infectious.
  5. Erythrodermic: the rash spreads wider. In some people, even fingernails and toenails get affected as pits may form on them or their colour may change.

Causes: 
Anything from emotional trauma and stress to streptococcal infection can cause psoriasis. Sometimes you might carry predisposition for psoriasis in your genes and stress may aggravate it. Environmental factors may also lead to psoriasis. And then again defects in the immune system may also be the underlying cause. Even after thirty years of research, the exact cause for psoriasis remains a mystery. There is no age limit to psoriasis. It can show up from anywhere between infancy to old age.

Symptoms:
Common symptoms include

  1. Pink or red scaly bumps that are smaller in size, but become plaques later, show up on the skin. Although these scales can show up anywhere, they are mostly common on sites where there is much friction, abrasion or scratching.
  2. Small pinpoint depressions or pits might show up on toenails and fingernails. Distal onycholysis, which refers to large brown/yellow divisions on the nails, shows up as well.
  3. Sore throat may follow if it is guttate psoriasis.

Treatment:
Psoriasis is not curable. But its symptoms can be managed with steroid creams, ultraviolet creams, vitamin D3 creams and with medicines that act as immunosuppressants. Creams alone can help control symptoms in 75% of patients with psoriasis.
