Deep underwater can have the weight of waterbody weigh on you and give variable discomforts like this. If outside water you don't have such problems, do not worry and avoid going so deep. If you have them even out of water, please consult a doctor.

If you are having trouble feeling positive about how you look, here are some tips to help you begin to love your body:

• Accept there is a no exchange-no return policy where your body is concerned! You have only one body – so make the most of it.

• Start with the top of your head and list the things about your body that you like – your hairs, eyes, shape of your nose, skin, ears, length of legs, ankles, shape of your fingers, etc.

• Look at ways of enhancing your best features and dressings to suit your body and size.

• List the things about your body that you would like to improve.

• Now list those improvements that are within your own control and require the intervention of a reasonable diet, or some lifestyle changes.

• Start making those changes and celebrate each step towards improving your body images.

Hello, slight pain does happens around ovulation time which sometimes can happen and sometimes doesn't. Relax. Wait for your next menstrual date. Let me know about the same. Medication: take homoeopathic general tonic- schwabe's alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both to be taken thrice daily for 1 month.

How to become taller smarter and stronger for child of age more than 12 and be disease-free?
Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Avoid use of oil shampoo n soap on scalp. Fr hair fall try arnica n jaborandi in homoeopathy. It's very effective. Avoid oily n spicy food. Tk light diet green vegetables n fibrous fruit. You need constitutional homoeopathic medicine fr permanent cure. It's very effective.

If you are underweight, the goal for healthy weight gain is a gain of ½ to 1 kg per week. This can usually be accomplished by eating at least 250-500 more calories per day than you normally do. If your doctor or dietitian has told you that weight gain is appropriate for you, the following tips may help you achieve a healthy weight.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.
