Dear user, as you mentioned your weight, it is not suitable for your height, I suggest you to reduce it. Heat fermentation and back strengthing excercises reduces the pain.

My father is 66 years old. He is a diabetic and has 3 stents. He also has dentures since 6 years. He is not happy with them, always says they are coming off. Have been to many dentist but everyone says its the best dentures available. Because of it, he is ruining his health. Can anyone please suggest a solution.

Consult a prosthodontist or show in dental college if some alternative can be provided it is not safe to go for any surgery, tell him to explain his problem clearly and we have to find out some compromising solution keeping in mind satisfaction of patient and posssible treatment.

Kidney stones usually occur as a result of recurrent infection of urinary tract because of which the bacteria, some pus cells and mucus membranes clumps together and the crystal of stones are formed. Other factors like diet deficient in vit. A, some metabolic disorders, obstruction of the urinary tract, recumbent position for long tym may precipitate renal stones. Dietary advice:- take plenty of water as much as 5 lits per day. If water is consumed in large quantities, it helps in fast stone removal. Avoid certain food items like spinach, red meat, cabbage, tomatoes etc. Try to control metabolic disease if present any. (hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism) if the stone is of 5mm or less than 5mm it is successfully removed by homoeopathic medicine. Large stones, it is true, cannot be dissolved homoeopathically, but belong to the domain of surgery. Use of homoeopathic medicine not only removes the stones up to 5-6mm but also prevents their reoccurrence.

I'm a men ,mostly my hair looking like dirty but not really dirty .I'm suffering from ears my hair looks like a crack and smash. Pls tell me why happen this .I think my hair is death .I'm using lots of creams and stuff .but they didn't work on me.

I think you are using too many chemicals on your hair. Follow these natural remedies for two months regularly and your hair will grow a lot better. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Please do fomentation with water bottle over pedu (at uterus site). Drink clove and ginger boiled in water twice or thrice a day. May add holy basil leaves too. At night hot milk and pure turmeric powder may be taken.

Start yoga exercises and hit water drinking with medohar guggul 2 bd for two months initially. In food daliya, khichri etc should be opted. At night take turmeric powder mixed hot water or milk daily. Report after two months.

Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent.
