Hello, take triphla churan at night with semi hot water drink any fruit juice n vegetable soup twice a day use face wash gel n aloevera calendula cream 3 times a day (bakson pharma) / mix milk n rose water into pure chandan powder, make a paste n apply at bed time n wash with semi hot water in morning I like you interested in home remedy instead of otc stay healthy.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to inadequate sleep stress and strain, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, avoid pronged use of cell phone 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7. Revert back.

Dear abishek, this is very common thatg semen culture comes negative even though there is infection. Just complete the coures you have been prescribed. One has to find out underlying cause. It may be that you had sex with an infected woman, stone urinary infection, obstruction, t. B. Or some congenital defect for which sonography would be very helpful.

You need to visit the dentist and get a deep scaling and polishing done. Brush twice a day. Maintain proper brushing technique. Rinse after every meal. Floss regularly. You can also go for bleaching or whitening for more brighter teeth.

Hi, Yoga asanas not only keeps you physically fit but also improves your mental health by keeping away from stress and anxiety. 1. Dhanurasana (Bow pose): Lie down with your belly on the ground. Your chin should be touching the ground. Keep hands beside you with your palms facing upward. Your legs should be placed at a 6 inches distance from one another. Bend your legs at the knees and bring the heels close to your hips. Now grasp the ankles with both your hands. Slowly lift your chin, head and neck backwards. Your chest should be still on the ground. Now inhale deeply and lift your legs, thighs, chest till only your abdomen is touching the ground. Balance yourself on the abdomen only. Pull your legs with your hands as much as possible so as to arch your body completely in the shape of a bow. Bring your feet together. Now look up and gaze at a point on the ceiling. This is your final position. Hold your breath while in this position. When you feel a strain on your back, exhale fully and return to your original position. 2. Urdhava Hastotanasana: This is a good stretching asana that not only gives you a lean waist but also a broad chest. Here’s how to do it. Stand erect with your feet together. Raise your hands above your head in a namaste. Now keeping your legs grounded, bend your body to the right as much as possible till you feel a strain on your left waist. Stay for 15 seconds. Return back to the original position. Now bend left. Retain this position for another 15 seconds. Slowly you may increase the holding time to 30 seconds 3. Baddha Konasana (Cobbler pose): A perfect asana to shape up your thighs and buttocks. Sit on your yoga mat with a straight spine. Bend your legs at the knees and the edge of the soles of both your feet touching each other. The heels should be touching your inner thigh. Now grasp the ankles of both your legs. As you inhale deeply, straighten your spine and draw your shoulder blades backwards. Exhale and press the soles together. Maintain this posture for as long as comfortable taking deep breaths. If possible, bend forward from the waist to touch the chin on the ground. 4. Balasana: End the asanas with Balasana or child pose. This yoga not only gives you a chance to rest after having done with all. This is also called the child’s pose. Sit on the floor with bent knees. They should be separated from one another. Your hips should be resting on your heels. Place your hands on your thighs. Now start bending forward such that the upper torso is on your thighs. Bend further down to make your forehead touch the ground. Bring your hands back and let them lie freely on the ground beside your feet with palms facing the ceiling or you may also hold your heels with your hands. 5. Vrikshasana (Tree pose): Stand straight with your feet together and keep your hands by your side. Lift up your right leg up with bent knees and place your foot on your left inner thigh as in the picture. Your hands should be in a Namaste position. Lift them up above your head. Don’t bend your elbows. Balance your whole body only on your left foot. Breathe normally. When you want to exit, put down your hands and your legs and stand in normal position with hands by your side. Rest and repeat on your other leg too.

Hello, I guess by the word 'toilet' you mean to say you r having burning sensation after passing stools. If that's the problem then more or less you r probably suffering from Fissure. It's a sort of abrasion at your anal region whenever you pass hard stools or pass stools after eating too much spicy o folding regular basis. You will get relief by doing sitz bath that is take hot water fomentation after passing stools. U can add savlon in it. You can also apply Jatyadi Ghrut locally to relieve from that burning sensation. I hope you are ok with these simple measure. Tk care.

Your BMI is 24.6 which means you are in 'Normal' range as for your weight and height ratio is concerned. You should aim for fitness by walk/jog/yoga or any other regular exercise. Depending on your body frame/fat% you can reduce about 2-3 kgs at maximum. So you must do regular exercise, eat healthy, stay fit and stay happy. You are doing fine.

Flaunting a fair and flawless complexion is everyone's dream. There are many readymade fairness creams that can lighten your complexion instantly. However, if you want healthy, fair and glowing skin, then you need to work hard and have patience follow the ctm (cleansing, toning and moisturizing) routine daily exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with spf 40 will help to prevent tan in the indian climate? drink adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin. Indulge in home remedies like face packs and scrub for natural fairness fruit pack: fruits can work wonders for your skin and also provide you with naturally glowing skin. Prepare a fruit pack by combining the pulp of an avocado, papaya and cucumber. Then add 2 teaspoons of cream or malai. Mix well to form a paste and apply all over the face. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. People with oily or combination skin can avoid adding cream, they can add multani mitti instead into the pack papaya: papaya fruit contains an enzyme called papain that helps to exfoliate the skin, and this makes way for new skin cells to emerge. Papaya also contains vitamin c. Choose a green papaya to make your face mask, papain is most concentrated in a green papaya. To make a papaya mask peel and slice the papaya put it in a blender to make a smooth paste apply it on your skin and leave it for 20 minutes rinse it away with warm water. Any queries inform me.

Below 18 avoid heavy exercise or gymming because it stop the height. Do yoga for increasing height or eat high protein diet or healthy diet. Do not skip the breakfast or any meal.

Acne or pimples is a chronic disease involving the pilosebaceous follicles. Sebaceous glands are found most abundantly on the face and scalp, though they are present on every part of the skin except the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Though the sebaceous gland is a mini organ, it is anatomically and functionally related to the hair follicle. Cutaneous disorders attributed to the sebaceous gland are really disorders of the entire pilosebaceous unit. The areas most commonly involved in acne are the face, upper chest, and back. Other less common areas include the upper arms, buttocks, and upper thighs. Acne arises from the interaction of 4 factors 1. Excess sebum production caused by androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands; 2. Outlet obstruction of the sebaceous follicle arising from excess production of keratinocytes (the basic cell of the epidermis); 3. Increased proliferation of the bacteriaPropionibacterium acnes that normally live in the sebaceous follicle; and 4. Inflammation caused by sebum escaping into the surrounding skin. Excessive manipulation by the patient, causing the primary lesions to disappear and leaving excoriated, raw-looking marks. This is called acne excoriée and can cause scar formation. For removal of black marks you can apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping, don't apply while going out in sun together with this constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan under the guidance of yoga expert. * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. * if the headache is very severe & untolerable then you can take a tablet of paracetamol or ibuprofen. * you can take 2 teaspoon of shankhpushpi syrup in the morning.

Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. You can also use a natural face pack of orange, honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off. This vil decrease the the oil, whiten and moisturise your skin.
