I am 24 years old male with height 172 cms and weight is 88 kg. I look big and developed than my age but I think the way my palm size and fingers length looks I feel like they are not developed to that extent as compared with other parts. My legs chest neck biceps are all good but my arms and palm are a little weak and soft. I eat a lot of green vegetables fruits milk eggs meat in a good amount. 1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2.Avoid stress, anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy, oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Please note that the diagnosis is required for his treatment. As you can understand that there are several reasons for a simple back-ache the cause needs to be identified and then treatment would follow. Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). hi my son age 11 has absent seizures since last several years ,currently he is being given sodium valproate and clonabazam , but absent seizures do continue occassionaly ,in the past dosage was increased but this led to increased level of valporic acid in blood , dosage had to be reduced. plz suggest what to do

Please consult a neurologist. asertain that drugs are taken in adequate dose regularly. 11 year boy may be forgeting or delaberately not taking drugs.so occational seizure. if not then another drug like lamotrigine can also be added. ethosuxmide is another drug which is not available in india.

Dear lybrate-user, You seems to be suffering from DNS. For which you need to get an ent consultation. However You can try some temporary measures & you will start feeling better- 1) Practice Steam inhalation 1-2 times a day. 2) Wear socks & gloves as precautionary measures. 3) Avoid late night shifts & take adequate 8 hr sleep. 4)Luke Warm saline water (Halka garm namak-paani) gargles twice daily. 5) Herbal tea in evening (with Tulsi leaves) 6) For acute nasal congestion (Naak poora band ho jaana) you need some nasal drops/sprays & antiallergic medicines. Take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

1.Keep a food diary. Chart what and when you eat every day for several weeks to learn about your eating habits and identify places to add calories. Online programs like MyFitnessPal and Fitday can make tracking easy-peasy. 2. Add it up. Try adding an extra 200+ calories a day in the beginning 4. Focus on quality, not quantity. Even when you?re trying to gain weight, burgers, chips, and milkshakes all day (?err day) isn?t great for a body. Instead, choose nutrient-dense foods from all food groups, Good options include whole grains like whole wheat pasta, fruits and vegetables, nuts, and lean protein. 5. Eat more frequently. And never skip meals! It?s easy to feel full fast when you start introducing more calories into each meal; changes in food intake might also bring on gastrointestinal issues and even acne. Make things easier on your belly by spreading calorie intake out over five to six smaller meals throughout the day. 6. Snack smart. Choose calorie-dense snacks like nuts, cheese, dried fruits, yogurt with granola, avocados, and pretzels or whole grain crackers with nut butters or hummus. If leaving the house for a while, pack snacks for calories-on-the-go. 7. Drink it down. Instead of diet soda and other low-cal drinks, choose filling, high-calorie beverages like smoothies, healthy shakes, or liquid meal replacements.
