Due to more tea, coffee, smoking or any tobacco habit , age factor also leads some discoloration . Because all these factors also contribute in staining of teeth instead of this you clean your teeth properly.yellowness also varies person to person.Do scaling of your teeth. If yellowness is due to bad oral hygiene it gets cure but yelllowness is internal then you have to do either bleaching or veneer or crown .

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Dear headache can have multiple causes form a trivial flu to life threatening conditions like meningitis or brain tumors, fortunately most headaches are not due to life threatening conditions. Headaches can be primary, secondary or referred primary headaches are usually, migraine, tension type headache, cluster headache etc. Secondary headaches can be due to meningitis, intracranial bleed, giant cell arteritis, glaucoma etc. Referred pain from tooth, ears and neck etc. Can also present as headache however it mandates that we have to find out the exact cause of the headache and treat accordingly. Please answer the following questions such that we can make a proper diagnosis and proceed accordingly. 1. Age 2. Sex 3. Duration- hours, days, weeks or months 4. Frequency- every few hours or every day or how many times a week or months 5. Character- try describing it like- burning throbbing, pressure etc. In your own words 6. Dear...... Gargle with warm water, drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, take vit.C diet. A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , feel high cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, Cold sponging if get high fever with cold and cough. Use nasal spray otrivin for sneezing or running nose. If eye goes red then clean them with cold water. Whenever vomiting persist with cold/cough/fever. Then take tab. Perinorm-5mg sos. For relief take over the counter medicines i.e. tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal. Tab. Flucold once a day after meal. Never take asprin medicines in now a days or fever/cold/cough. It causes of low platelets counts. . Now seasons of viral infections/ flu - cold/ cough/ fever. If symptoms occurs again go for tests..cbc, ns1, blood c/s. X-ray PNS, X-ray chest. Try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. 1. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times daily after food 2. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 3-4 times daily 3. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily 4. Take viscodyne d syrup 2tsf thrice daily 4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief 5. Consult me for further advice.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Dear, Shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. “PROTIEN RICH DIET” Veg: Dhal, soya beans, mushrooms, sprouts etc…. Non Veg: Egg whites, Fish, Chicken (non fried items) Dry fruits – (Almonds 5-6 (badam), Dates (3-4), Walnuts (1-2), Raisins (kishmish)) majority of dry fruits are good for health & hair especially. Fresh Fruits - Green grapes with seeds (please crush seeds along with grapes while consuming) and Skin of Green Apple. Vegetables - Green Leafy Vegetables.

Dear lybrate user, first of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/nocturnal emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day's work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that an unmarried person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation after marriage if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i. E. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. One of the common causes behind the loss of control of pelvic muscles is digestive troubles. Slow digestion compels the blood to circulate around the organs of digestive system until the ingested food is fully broken down into soluble food molecules. Hi lybrate-user take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.
