Homeopathy is one of the most important and effective therapy for back pain. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strenthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

1 if she is taking heart tablets let her continue. 2. If she is having continous pain inspite of taking drugs then you should consult your doctor - because blood flow may be intermitent to the heart.

I am 29 year old. Suffering from knee pain since last 6 month. It swells regularly. I did the X ray. Consulted an orthopedic. Doctor told me that I have narrow joint space, fluid had reduced and recommended some test. RA factor negative, uric acid level is normal. And prescribed me glucosamine sachet and painkiller. Hi, Take tab. Shallaki 400 mg 1-2 tabs 3 times a day depending on the severity of the pain. Take Balarista 2tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and Maharasnadi Khadha 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water. Apply Rumalaya liniment to the affected joints and massage in circular motion for 10-15 mins and then take hot water fomentation. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, recently harvested rice, jackfruit, etc. Which aggrevate the pain. You can even undergo physio- therapy for 10-15 days.

Dear lybrate-user do take ift and laser therapy for pain for 12 days followed by spinal extension exercise from neuro physio use firm hard and even mattress for sleep apply hot and cold water fomentation truce a day for 7 days regularly if still pain persists do consult with an x ray of ls spine ap lat view for further management best wishes.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

it may be due to hormonal imbalance or pelvic infection.but if you have doubt for pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse then do urine pregnancy test done.

My wife is getting hand pain from shoulder to elbow when she is doing household works and also getting back pain from one month. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Your knee pain could be due to certain reasons but common ones are chondromalacia, pain due to knee instability, inflammation etc. If there is no history of any injury, and no s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness or local warmth on touching, then I will like to advise you for conservative management initially in form of: - intensive physical therapy with focus on strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other group of muscles - gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol can be taken in small doses for 5-7 days - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement - ice packs at home for 3-4 times in a day and see how it goes for around 2 weeks time. If your condition does not improve, then we will have to get certain investigations done. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

You need to visit good shoulder specialist. An orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder will diagnose your problem and then you can ask for treatment. It may be impingement or scapular dyskinesia.

Ra is one of the most treatable arthritis currently and you should consult a rheumatologist if possible in person who are specialised at treating diseases like ra. The therapy of ra has advanced if you continue to get substandard treatment all your joints will get destroyed and you won't be able to reverse that. Also ra is a disease which can affect multiple systems and potentially life threatening. Its a misconception that ayurvedic drugs in ra have no side effects. Following are issues with it 1) most so called ayurveda specialists give you powder which are unlabelled which basically can be steroids/allopathy, you can never tell the difference 2) ayurveda drugs contain gold and lead (for which maggi was banned) both of which can have serious side effects 3) gold tablet are still used in allopathy outside india but they are used as last resort, not as first drug unlike ayurved 4) allopathic rheumatologists, treat ra to an extent so that all symptoms go away, they try to give you medicines with monitoring and avoiding side effects 5) most ayurvedic specialists take allopathy when they have ra.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello, everybody. I am Dr. Ashish Acharya specialist, and sports medicine specialist at Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi. Today I am going to speak on shoulder pain.

Shoulder pain is one of the very common complaints being faced by the general masses. If you don’t have an injury and still you have pain, the usual cause of shoulder pain is weakness in your muscles around the shoulder or imbalance in them which can easily be treated with certain specific medications or exercises very specific to the shoulder being conducted under the supervision of the shoulder specialist and being supervised by the shoulder surgeon. Now coming to a group of people who only complain of neck pain. Shoulder pain can and definitely in some cases present only as neck pain. Hence it is most commonly misdiagnosed as the cervical cause of pain rather than a shoulder as the main cause of the pain.

If you have neck pain persisting in spite of medications and exercise and physiotherapy and precautions being prescribed by your doctor then you should consult shoulder specialist near your area so that he can distinguish the root cause of your pain and can advise you certain specific shoulder rehab and certain specific medications which will then get rid of your the pain in the neck which is actually originating from your shoulder. I would like to emphasize that group of people who have sugar or diabetes patients. They are more prone to shoulder pain or stiffness than the general public. So they should keep their sugar level strictly under control and keep exercising for their shoulder with simple exercises like shoulder wheel or the pulley exercise which are available commonly in all the parks around your living place.

If you still have pain or persistent stiffness or decrease in movement of your shoulder in spite of regular exercise then you should consult with the doctor or the shoulder specialist near your place so that he will then give you proper medications and some other specific exercises which will get rid of your pain rather than neglecting that pain and coming to the specialist in the last stage when you have a completely stiff shoulder and we have to intervene surgical methods are advised for you.

Patients who are having shoulder dislocations should consult with proper orthopedic surgeons or a shoulder specialist even after two or three or four dislocations. As at this stage they can be managed arthroscopically minimally invasive procedure so that it will be successful at this stage but if you wait when you have 20 or 30 dislocations you are actually eroding your bone which will vacant an open, bigger, bony procedure which has a longer rehab period and which is completely avoidable if you would have come earlier after second, third or fourth dislocation.

Dear user for your condition is physical injury you should have to wear knee cap, and also avoid cross leg sitting always you have to keep your leg straight for atleast 1 week. If pain not come down consult orthopaedic and physiotherapy.
