Hi, take complete bed rest. Avoid spicy and oily food for about 1 month. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, etc. Take tab. Arogyavardhini 1-1-1 after food and tab. Liv. 52 ds 1-0-1 and kumari asava 2 tsf 3 times a day with equal quantity of water. Take all these medicines for about a month and repeat the blood and urine examinations to assess the bilirubin levels.

Blood deficiency is the main cause. Mainly liver blood deficiency. Because liver maintains all joints. You just take your meals on time I.e. 8-2-8 also have pomegranate juice thrice in week. Wheat grass powder one spoon mix in lukewarm water daily in morning empty stomach for at least 4 months.

Hi * stop playing completely or decrease your training. *apply ice to reduce inflammation. *gently stretch your achilles and your calves. *consider cross-training for a while swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *when you return to cricket, increase your practice slowly. *make sure you wear the correct shoes do reply for detailed treatment plan. Low back pain is caused by injury to a muscle (strain) or ligament (sprain). Common causes include improper lifting, poor posture, lack of regular exercise, a fracture, a ruptured disc or arthritis. Often, the only symptom is pain in the lower back. Most low back pain goes away on its own in two to four weeks. Physiotherapy and pain relievers can help. A few cases may require surgery.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart..

Hello lybrate user, weight loss is by no means simple you know it! sweat it out is the key! any number of diets and fads won't do any good in the long run! aim to have a healthy lifestyle by daily doing lots of cardio exercises in the form of running, swimming, cycling, treadmill use etc. Basic rule is simple: you will have to keep your metabolism active by having small meals 6 times a day followed by workouts in order to burn out more calories than that you consume. Vitamin d deficiency on the other hand will be dealt with medications and lots of morning sunlight between 7 am to 9 am falling on your skin naturally synthesizing natural vitamin d. God bless you.
