Spine extension exercise must and avoid toward bending long sitting and computer work. Tk physiotherapy treatment for muscle flexibility and mobility cure is not permanent but you can maintain this.

Kindly show me the x-rays of feet & knee. You may Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 22 years old. Getting back pain once in a month and stays for 1 day. I have this problem from 1 year. When I bend I get a nerve pain which is streched from back to foot.(right leg. Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine

Do not sit in chair for longer times. Move around for few mins and again start working. Do back muscles strengthening exercises. Avoid lifting heavy weight and bending forward.

*Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Consult privately (Prime-Rs.149/)

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hey, back pain can be due to wrong posture (occupational) or stiffness in your back or lack of strength. What you should do is start doing stretches and strengthening exercise for your back. Take ift sessions from nearby physiotherapist and start exercising on regular basis. Understand ergonomics from physiotherapist.

Hello this pain may be caused by certain activities. In order to get relief do hot fomentation 3 times a day & don't lift weight. Do some exercises which includes moving wrist & fingers through their normal ranges. Revert me after 7days.

Yes, there is simple remedy. You need to strengthen your back muscles. Posture modification is required. Exercises regularly. Milk intake and sunlight exposure.
