1. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2. Put otrivin nasal drop one thrice daily 3. Take a course of antibiotic after consulting doctor 4. If you are suffering from chronic sinusitis, take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns or nasal endoscopy after consulting ent specialist to confirm diagnosis 5. If you are having recurrent symptoms, you may have to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery.

It's normal that children get infection from parents. To prevent you need to wash your hands very frequently. Below 6 months of age baby's immune system is immature, developing and you better not use antibiotics during this period unless it's emergency. Antibiotics will hinder the maturation of immune system. Actually getting infections in that age will give boost to the immune system by keeping the memory of different disease causative agents and protect the child some chronic illness in future like asthma. So don't worry, make it sure washing your hands and increase the frequency of feeding to the baby during infections. All the best contact if need further assistance.

First start with a eight day session of vasthi karma at a panchakarma centre near you. Vasthi will detoxify the body and remove excessive gas formation. After that start taking ayurveda medicine from a good expert. Take lighter food, no smoking, no drinking, avoid excess salt, spices, fermented foods. Take more milk, ghee etc.

I am suffering from continuous bleeding while during cough. Can you pls hlp me to understand the cause.

LCPS, BAM&S
General Physician, Pune
Rush to a hospital and take x ray. You could be having tuberculosis or cancer or something serious. Rarely an ordinary cause like worms is also found. But any coughing with blood means you must investigate yourselves. It's urgent.
