Although there is no specific treatment for the same but I will advise you certain steps u should follow. May be these can help, drinking water before, during and after meals. Eating small bites of food. Chewing thoroughly before swallowing. Avoid talking while eating. Eat slowly. Walk, stand and sit upright for at least 30 minutes after eating. Dear lybrate user, I think you feel chocked. There are lot many things going on in your mind but you are unable to express it. You might be scared and probably feeling shameful about something in life. You might be angry with someone or something. You need to express your feelings which will relieve your anxiety and stress. Once you are relieved of your troublesome thoughts and feelings, you will start feeling lighter. You will start taking interest in life and may have more appetite and eventually put on more weight. If there are any problems at home, try to discuss with concerned people and try to resolve them. You may talk to your school or college counsellor. The counsellor will help you. Take care.

Dear Lybrate User, *Any kind of physical trauma—surgery, a car accident, or a severe illness, even the flu—can cause temporary hair loss. *Pregnancy is one example of the type of physical stress that can cause hair loss (that and hormones). *Overdoing vitamin A-containing supplements or medications can trigger hair loss. *If you don't get enough protein in your diet, your body may ration protein by shutting down hair growth. *caused by a combo of genes and male sex hormones, usually follows a classic pattern in which the hair recedes at the temples, leaving an M-shaped hairline. *Heredity :“If you come from a family where women started to have hair loss at a certain age, then you might be more prone to it, *Emotional stress is less likely to cause hair loss than physical stress, but it can happen, for instance, in the case of divorce, after the death of a loved one, or while caring for an aging parent. More often, though, emotional stress won't actually precipitate the hair loss. It will exacerbate a problem that's already there. *Almost one in 10 women aged 20 through 49 suffers from anemia due to an iron deficiency (the most common type of anemia), which is an easily fixable cause of hair loss.

ECg will give a direction to the heart muscle and electric activity. 2D Echo will give a better understanding of the same in depth. Both tests are usually enough to detect heart disease. Symptoms vary from breathlessness, severe fatigue, pain in chest, arms, back and stomach. Sometimes Cardiac problems may cause stomach acidity surges and problems.

Hi, it is gastritis. Gastritis/ gastric (stomach) problem are very common problem, and are related to lifestyle and dietary habits. Therefore, in this case, modification of your food habits will have greater role in relieving your problem. Each of advice of doctor important than any medicines you are taking. 1. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods/ excessive tea & coffee. 2. It is better to avoid / moderate smoking and alcohol for rapid and long term relief. Tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol are important causes of gastritis / stomach problems. 3. Eat homemade food. Include more fibres in your diet (plenty of salads, vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread etc.). 4. Eat frequent meals. 5. Eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals which might result in flatulence. 6. Take a light and early dinner. 7. Try to keep yourself active. Exercise, do brisk walk, take a break between works and stretch yourself in between. Medication - 1. Take Digene 2 teaspoonful whenever feel discomfort but not more than 3 times a day. 2. Tablet Pentaprazole 40 mg one hour before food once a day for 5 days. Consult If symptoms persist ***Get Well Soon*** “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”
