Dear Lybrate user, Provide her 1-2 cup of desi cow milk daily. -5gm Amla powder daily early morning. - Provide one fruit every day in her diet - Skip late night sleeping and awake late at morning - Do alternate day head massage with Ayurvedic herbal hair oil.

Hai lybrate-user it is not good to have a heavy meal soon after an exersize so do few breath outs and breath ins then drink a little water wait for some time and you can take a normal diet with lots of cerels and vegetables thank you and take care.

You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Crush 3-4 cardamom seeds to powder 2. Take ½ tsp of this cardamom powder 3. Add to 1 glass of water 4. Mix well 5. Sieve the mixture 6. Drink 1 glass every day Causes: • Anxiety • Tension • Mental stress • Drug addiction • Deficiency of vitamin B complex it will surely help you.

I am 26 year old female. I fell on the stairs 3 weeks ago and have hurt my back on right side. The pain is not much, but it has not vanished ever since. It is subsiding gradually, however, if I do any strenuous activity like washing clothes, the pain reoccurs. Please advise.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many reasons for pain in lower back region, so it can be due to a bony issue or a soft tissue injury at the back region. Normally even soft tissue injuries will take around 3 weeks to heal properly, but you can take gentle anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol during this time. Also you can start with physical therapy, avoid lifting any heavy weight or lifting any heavy object especially when you get up in mornings. If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to give your body time to shed weight. Ideally you should lose 3-4 kgs in a month with a wholesome diet and exercise. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Yes mostly it is because of the hormonal problem... but it is not a disease.. and avoid taking any medication for that.. leave it alone... it will grow with the age.. Even if it does not then you will save some money for shaving(Kidding) But my request is not to do anything..

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Hi here im giving some tips to reduce fat, and improve your personality. Remember one thing avoid dieting for weight loss, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1. Try to take our research oriented holistic medicines for assures, fast and permanent weight loss. Without surgery, without gym, without crush dieting, with out side effect. People are loosing 2 to 10 kg weight per month. 2. Take 1 glass warm water with lemon. 3. Eat plenty vegetable and fruits. 4. Eat 5 to 6 servings of food per day. 5. Drink 10 glass water per day. 6. Avoid deep fried, cold drinks. 7. If your non vegetarian you can eat egg, fish, chicken in limited quantity. 8. Avoid hormonal treatment, steroid, stress.
