I went to an orthopedist for knee pain and difficulty while getting up when sitting on the floor. He asked me to get a bunch of tests one of was TSH. Everything was normal except TSH. First report conducted by Thyrocare TSH Level was: 12.78 After 3 months I got the test done again. Now the results were TSH: 15.602 T3, FREE: 2.76 T4, FREE: 0.9 The surprising fact is there no symptoms. I have read a hundred symptoms but I feel nothing different. Infact my weight has reduced in a period of 3 months from 51.9 to 51 kg. My weight has remained in the range of 50-53 for the past 4 years. I don't feel lethargic, I recently went for a track and climb 4 flight of stairs daily without any hassle. Eyes are not popping out, no scaly skin. I just have pain in my knees. Looking for a genuine suggestion. I don't want to start kids for Thyroid as then the body becomes dependent on external sources and one has to take it life long. So kindly help me out.

You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there after gym activity due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain. You have to reduce the weight by walking minimum 3-4 kms per day. Slowly reduce the weight and slowly avoid adding salt in the diet which will help you to prevent water retention in the body. Excess salt in general leads to water in the body which might be the reason for you legs to pain as the leg will automatically become oedematous.

Shoulder pain that comes from the joint usually worsens with activities or movement of your arm or shoulder. Shoulder pain that arises from another structure is called referred pain. Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine.

There is a new term known as sitting disease which has many bad effects on our body so try to understand your problem. Please apply towel roll or cushion for your back support to maintain natural back curve and make sure you r getting up from your chair for atleast 1 min after every 45 min as you need to break your sitting pattern. Do not take so muh medicines coz your root cause is diffrent. Do not depend on medicines.

Sir I am suffering from ankylosing spondilitis. Hla b27+ve. Crp+ve. Esr 22. Uric acid-6.5. I am taking ayurvedic medicines like himalaya rumalaya fortie, trayongshang gugull, kaishore gugullu, rymanil (charak) and rumarex golf for last four month. Now doctor has stopped rymanil and rumarex gold. In addition he has adviced r compound, maharashnadi kadha & castor oil with milk. Rumalaya fortie, kaishore gugullu & trayoshang gugullu will continue. I am having stiffness in neck and my back. Pls suggest me what should do. I am doing regular yoga with walking.

Dear, you are taking a lot of guggulu based medication. Please share the dosage. For local application try using a combination of vishgarbha tailam 1 part with narayan tailam 2 parts and massage gently in the the back muscles which have stiffened. Post this application you can try fomentation by using a dry sand wrapped in a thick cloth heated on a tava or steel plate. Incase if you experience pain post application of oil avoid using the same but the fomentation would help.

tennis elbow ya golfers elbow may be possible so do physiotherapy treatment for few days and strength exercise after relief avoid strain full activity
