Mr. Yash. As I have gone through your problem I have to tell you that With lung tuberculosis you had cold abscess in chest wall Which occurs due to involvement of chest bones like mid chest bone sternum ribs joints of sternum and ribs this can be single or multiple this happens due to low immunity of the patient,as for treatment is concerned you are taking proper treatment some times surgical evacuation of the pus or underlying bone is to be taken out to get rid of repeated problems. Plz take care of your diet take high protein diet fruits milk as told by your treating doctor. I hope you will improve I don’t think you have any other diseases.

For conceiving you must know your fertile period or ovulation calender.(before this rule out if any pathology present) You're most likely to get pregnant if you have sex within a day or so of ovulation (releasing an egg from the ovary). This is usually about 14 days after the first day of your last period, if your cycle is around 28 days long. An egg lives for about 12-24 hours after being released. But sperm can survive for up to a week inside you, so there is a six-day window for sperm to wait for and then meet an egg. However, its tricky to pinpoint the exact day or two just before ovulation. Benefits of Custard Apple
Eye Care: Benefits of Custard Apple

1. This fruit is packed with plenty of vitamins such as vitamin a and e to improve your eyesight. In addition to it, custard apple has vitamin b2 and riboflavin that protect your eyes from vision problems.
2. Facilitates digestion- Rich in copper and dietary fibre, custard apple helps keep your digestive tract in the pink of health. The digestion of food and its passage through the gut and intestinal tract becomes smoother.
3. Treats arthritis- Magnesium in custard apples maintains a healthy balance of fluids and electrolytes in your body. This removes the excess of acids and fluids in your joints which leads to inflammation.

In order to get pregnancy when and what time have sex and what are the precautions to take while having the sex.
Hello Be positive. Have alternate day sex with your wife after her periods. Tell her to rest for 30 minutes after sexual intercourse. Good luck. You can visit a Gynaecologist for her examination.

Hello We had unprotected sex for several times after my last period was over (last period on 31 th December. And expecting the next period on 29th jan but it appeared earlier on 26th jan, 26th jan-evening, light pink spots 27th jan-evening, few red drops 28th jan-normal flow (pad needed) 29th jan-heavy flow with clots 30th jan-normal with few drops One thing I assumed the this bleeding was differ from my regular menses, in regular period I feel pain all over my abdominal parts n legs but this time I felt pain only at my lower back and lower abdominal. 4 days prior then I got that bleeding I was suffering from lower and middle back pain and no other symptoms which indicates any pregnancy. But I was not expecting my period as we tried for baby for the first time. Very honestly I am afraid that if this is any early miscarriage or unusual period or implantation bleeding. I asked this question yesterday but today wanted to elaborate by further information and update. Pls response ASAP as I am very Much Tensed. Thank you.

Going through information you supplied, it doesn't seem to be miscarriage as you need to conceive first to have miscarriage nor is pattern looks like implantation bleeding. Since you have been trying to have baby and your Periods have come before against your expectations, it is causing you distress. You can meet your gynaec to further clarify issue.

See the chances of getting conceived during periods is very very rare. Still if by chance you get pregnant it is absolutely fine, and the baby will be normal.
