Dear user. I can understand. Foreplay definitely help in loosening the vaginal hole so that you will be able to penetrate easily. Moreover, foreplay promotes lubrication of the vagina so that the penetration and movement of penis inside vagina is smooth and painless for both the partners. Take care.

Hypoglycemia - Can It Be Prevented?

Hypoglycemia - Can It Be Prevented?

Hypoglycemia is a condition in which the sugar level in the blood falls drastically due to some external factors. This is generally seen in people suffering from diabetes but may also be experienced by otherwise healthy individuals as well. Here is all that you need to know about the causes, symptoms, prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia.

Causes of Hypoglycemia
There are many reasons that can lead to the drastic fall of blood sugar level. In people with diabetes, hypoglycemia may be caused due to excess insulin shots. This can reduce the blood sugar levels far below normal. The same can also occur due to an excessive restriction of glucose in diet and exercise.
Hypoglycemia may also be caused in individuals without diabetes. Excessive alcohol consumption, liver disorders and some medications can be the other reasons behind hypoglycemia among these people.

Symptoms of Hypoglycemia
Symptoms of hypoglycemia may vary from one person to the other. Generally, heart palpitation, shakiness, sweating, excessive hunger, anxiety and irritability are the most common symptoms related to hypoglycemia. However, if the condition is not rectified immediately, the same may deteriorate and lead to severe conditions.
With the worsening of the condition, the symptoms may include seizure, blurred vision, loss of consciousness and general confusion. Sometimes, people with chronic hypoglycemia, act as if they are under the influence of alcohol; they tend to talk with slurring speech and move clumsily.

Prevention for Hypoglycemia
If you suffer from diabetes, ensure that you strictly follow the diet that the doctor has chalked up. This will ensure that the blood glucose levels are maintained. Diabetes patients are also advised to carry something sweet and edible with them at all times. If they feel the onset of hypoglycemia, they can quickly ingest this item to maintain the sugar level.
If you do not have diabetes and yet are suffering from hypoglycemia, make sure that your stomach is never completely empty. This means that you have to eat meals in smaller proportions more frequently.

Treatment for hypoglycemia
There is no separate treatment course that needs to be followed in order to treat hypoglycemia. The best way to treat the disorder is to maintain a diet with enough glucose, so that the body can maintain its regular sugar level and perform all the regular activities. Doctors may sometimes rectify the dosage of insulin if hypoglycemia tends to be a recurring condition in diabetic patients. The intake of any food item having a high concentration of glucose is effective during a hypoglycemic episode. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hi I am 34 weeks pregnant and yesterday noticed that there is cavity in my teeth and deep inside. Had been to dentist and doctor took X-ray and advice me for root canal. Since there is no pain and upon extra care can I postpone it till my delivery or is it better to get it done? As am worried about the safety of anesthesia and antibiotics and also just one month to go for delivery.

Hi I am 34 weeks pregnant and yesterday noticed that there is cavity in my teeth and deep inside. Had been to dentist...
First of all there's no need to take medicines after root canal. Mild discomfort will be there but you can bare that as you don't want to take medicines.. We can't say exactly when it will start paining but ya if you'll keep that cavities free of food after meal and gargles property after every meal and brush twice a day specially just before sleep at night then surely you can slow down the progression of cavity. It will be better if you postpone the R.C.T. till your delivery. Have a warm wishes for tout upcoming baby. God Bless Her/Him... Jay Swaminarayan.

Online Dating - Pros And Cons!

Technology affects every aspect of our lives including how we date. Today, the first interaction a couple has isn’t over a cup of coffee, but through the internet. While some people swear by online dating others are still vary of it. Like a coin, online dating has two sides; pros and cons. Here are some of the advantages and disadvantages of online dating.

Pros

  1. Easier way of meeting people: If you’re new to the city, online dating can be a great way of introducing yourself to new people. Even if you don’t find a relationship, you might end up with a number of new friends. Online dating can help you meet new people even if you’ve lived in the same city all your life. It broadens your search and introduces you to people outside your friend circle. You might even meet someone who can help you network better professionally.
  2. Convenient: Careers can be very demanding and leave a person almost no time to socialise. Online dating helps people who have no time to socialise in person, meet people virtually. Today, most online dating websites and apps have filters through which you screen people. hence unlike when a friend sets you up on a blind date, you already know something about the other person and have something in common with them. Online dating also makes optimal use of time; taking a ten-minute break between work - you can easily scan through dating profiles and find someone you’d like to meet.

Cons

  1. Dishonest profiles: Unfortunately, the internet makes it easy to lie and pretend to be someone you are not. While small white lies like pretending to like outdoor activities when you don’t really care for them are okay, some people may put up profiles that are nothing like their actual personalities. This can make online dating slightly unsafe and hence whenever you meet someone from our online dating world, it is best to do so in a place where there will be other people as well.
  2. Different understanding of relationships: Not everyone who makes a dating profile is interested in a long term relationship. For some people, this may just be a way of meeting people to have a fling with or to simply make new friends. Online dating makes it difficult to understand a person’s true personality and hence you may not realise that you and the other person have a different opinion about relationships until quite late. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.
