I have the repeated problem of throat infection on once in week for last 2 years. Need your advise to control this.
Cold, cough and throat problem can happen due to weather changes, exposure to cold air or rain, dust and pollen allergy and certain sour food. *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. Take Belladonna 200 –once in the morning and once in the evening.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.

Dear Lybrate user. The problem you have described is the story of every other person in 20s and 30s today. The world around us has drastically changed since the industrial revolution and more so after the technology boom in 21st century. Today there is no limits to earn but also a huge competition to face. We have created a virtual reality of targets around ourselves and we live every moment to fulfill them. We create goals for every day, every week, every month, every year and justify them by thinking that we want our future secure and happy. But when we achieve the goal we instead of enjoying it and living our present, set another goal to achieve. This is how we forget to live in our present and get stressed out. Simply bringing Stress Management Techniques to your everyday life in form of a good 30 minutes aerobic exercise everyday (swimming, morning walk, jogging, skipping as per your choice), a fixed sleep wake schedule with night sleep time not later than 11 in night, healthy and timely diet, and keeping some time everyday exclusively to talk and enjoy with your loved ones. Along with this I would suggest Relaxation exercises and mindfulness therapy to you. What you have described are some symptoms of depression and so my suggestion would be to have a detailed interview with a psychiatrist to have a good intervention i.e. If medications are required. Hoping for your best. Take care.
