Hello. As far as the oil is cincerned, try neeli bhringyaadi tailam. It would be of much help. Also have rasayan tablets 2 twice a day. Try to avoid curd, and spicy food. Do regular anuloma viloma pranayama take care.

Un protected anal sex with unknown partner carries risk of transmission of std. Ensure that non of you has past history of std. If in doubt you have to do lab tests to confirm after consulting skin and vd specialist.

It's because of enamel loss due to abrasion erosion or attrition if cavities get them filled use thermoseal tooth paste twice daily.

Hello You need to exercise regularly. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Drink plenty of water. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Thank you

Hello ... take tab. paracetamol in fever thrice a day after meal. tab. perinorm-5 mg for vomiting.tab. oflox-oz for loose motion. drink ORS LIQUID. drink warm water. take liquid diet, dalia, juice, veg. soups, plenty of water. if symptoms persist then do tests ns1, cbc, mp,widal , blood sugar, urine r/m. and consult again. welcome in lybrate.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi lybrate-user go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

It can be due to acidity , so avoid foods which are too bitter , oily , and pungent, and make fruits and vegetables your daily eating habits and drink warm milk of cow every night about two hours after dinner. Avoid non-vegetarian foods

You hve to do both upper and lower back strengthing exercise followed by breathing exercise like deep breathing.

Rapid weight loss is unhealthy: stay away from fad diets

The problem with crash dieting is twofold. One, the majority of the weight lost is water weight, and will rapidly return once the person hydrates themselves. The second problem is that in an effort to lose large amounts of weight in a short time is that people will essentially starve themselves, and possibly do so while adding in exercise.

In the very short term, this may not pose any problems for a healthy person, but if the dieter is compromised in any way health wise, or the practice is continued for a longer period then nutrient deficiencies can start arising, which can later introduce a long list of health problems.

Another problem is that people that lose large amounts of weight in a short time tend to binge eat once the diet period is over, and regain most if not all the weight. Many even end up weighing more than they did before they did the extreme dieting.

There have been studies comparing many of the popular fad diets such as atkins, south beach, china study, paleo, gm and on and on. They have all shown that weight loss is a simple factor of calorie reduction which should ideally be done by a qualified expert who understands nutrition. Hence dont fall for fad, crash or self-dieting instead consult a registered dietitian if you think long term.

I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

Your diet evaluation can be done only after taking your diet history. However, Do you feel hungry? How often? How many meals / short meals a day? Either your BMR is too high or you have iron deficiency.

Start with change in your food habit. Add more of protein rich foods. Add more of dates to your daily intake. Start 15walk with excersice like pulling n streches. Make a food plan to get good results.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
