Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

No but if you use it for an year does make any differenence as it contains abrasive silica which has the tendency to roughned the polished surface of the teeth. Roughness -directly proportion to more plaque accumulation.

Practise stress level management techniques. Because of stress level you feel depressed. Guilty feelings come when you feel internally negative aspects. Why do you feel guilty. This guilt feelings all are coming because you keep internally without telling others always you feel and maintain secrecy each and every thing for that reason. You feel guilty. Be express others. There is no secrecy everyone have the same feelings. Better to be friendly with family members and maintain good relations with others. Do not be alone. Develop busy work schedule. Better to plan every work. Take rest and recreate your own channel of recreations, go to movies, temples, visit friends home, relative's home. Go to beach. Enjoy the each and every movement of life. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.

Premature greying is greying of hair. There are various reasons for getting grey hair. Genetic inheritance is the major cause involved in it. Apart from that there are other reasons like stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid problem adds up to it. It is important to eat food which is rich in proteins, minerals and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts. Soya are excellent source of protein. Green leafy vegetables are good source of iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3 /week.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. In the month of April I smocked gangaa, flake, never, tobacco. And one day while smoking. Gangaa I take heavy dose and got Faint there for 6 hours. Now. I had stopped smoking since a month. This could be a symptom of cannabis related psychiatric disorder. cannabis can induce or precipitate a number of psychiatric conditions including psychotic disorders. many of these may need medications and obviously, complete abstinence from ganja/ bhang/ charas/ sulfa/ weed/ marijuana. If you can elaborate a little more on this fear I can suggest medicines that will bring rapid relief.

No just you are on boundary line. Control sugar in tea take without sugar avoid all types of liquid containing sugar 3-avoid over eating. 4-walk 2to3km daily after dinner. 5-in this way you can avoid diabetes.

Dark circles can be caused by heredity, poor sleep, improper nutrition, stress,Smoking, Hyperpigmentation caused by sun damage, Caffeine consumption, Alcohol consumption. Medical conditions (eczema, thyroid problems, etc, Heredity. Treatments include eye cream, intense pulsed light therapy, skin resurfacing and injectable fillers, but before you choose one it's important to determine the cause. You should avoid staying up late at night. You can try applying cucumber slices on your eyes when you have time to relax and close your eyes. Apply a mixture of lemon and potato juice twice a day. Try to increase intake of vitamin A rich foods. Cucumber and potato are best for dark circle removal. So you can either slice or make a juice and apply it daily when going to sleep. Don't strain your eyes by looking at computer/TV/laptop for long times. Consult a nearby dermatologist for medicinal help.

Hi, Start with homoeopathic medicines which will dissolve the scar tissues and reduce the colour of the injured area. Take Arnica 30 and Calendula 30 - both thrice daily and Causticum 30/ twice daily. Apply Schwabe's Topi-Heal on the affected area.

Dear Doctor, I am thirty years old and have been suffering with the problem of frequent urination for several years. I could not go to a doctor because of some responsibilities. But now the problem has become persistent causing me go to bathroom each 15 minutes. Through USG process I have come to know that I have a grade-II fatty liver with other organs being in normal condition. I have gone through blood and urine tests. But there is no problem of diabetes, urea and creatinine. What else can be my problem?

Dear lybrate-user Nothing to worry. I am sure you will be definitely happy if you follow my advise. Stop taking nonveg if you are non vegetarian. Stop Alcohol if you consume. Stop taking hardly digestible ,spicy more oily food. Do meditation regularly with exercise .Take following Soubhagya Shunthy (Baidyanath company) 2Teaspoon morning and evening with water. Arogya vardhini 2tabs morning and evening twice daily with water. Review after one month. Take with good faith you will be alright. Don't think much.

Prolonged Sore Throat - Can It Be Chronic?

Are you suffering from a sore throat that is prolonged in nature? Although, a sore throat is not very severe, being prolonged in nature indicates that it is chronic. You should not ignore a sore throat that does not heal over a long period of time. This might be an indication of a serious problem, and you will require proper diagnosis.

When is a sore throat termed as chronic?

  1. A sore throat may take various forms. It can be itchy, burning, scratchy in nature, and can also cause difficulty in swallowing food.
  2. It is likely for a sore throat to be accompanied by a form of pesky cough that leads to further irritation of the throat.
  3. Sore throats can also occur from common colds and several viruses. These usually resolve on their own.
  4. However, when your sore throat is persistent and you cannot find relief, it is referred to as a chronic sore throat. The primary cause of sore throat includes strep throat, allergies, tonsillitis or the infection of your tonsils, inhaling air pollutants, influenza, cigarette smoking, and inhaling via the mouth.
  5. Among these conditions, strep throat and tonsillitis may turn into severe problems, if not treated properly.
  6. Smoking is a major cause of chronic sore throat. You should control your smoking to eliminate these sore throat symptoms.
  7. Snoring is also a major cause for sore throat.

Relief from chronic sore throat
No matter what is the cause of your chronic throat pain, or sore throat is, you should follow some steps and undertake simple home remedies for soothing your scratchy, itchy and painful throat. Some of them include the following:

  1. Do hot water steam inhalation daily, which will help
  2. You must stay well hydrated and should moisten your throat by drinking lots of fluids throughout the day. You should add honey to warm drinks and hot tea.
  3. You may take over the counter pain relievers.
  4. You should install a humidifier in your home for preventing dry air that causes irritation to your throat.
  5. You may try gargling regularly with warm water and salt, at least twice a day.

It is difficult to diagnose the exact cause of a sore throat, but when it worsens or does not tend to leave, something serious is indicated. You must consult a doctor and undertake a physical examination of your throat in order to detect the cause.
