I had little junk food last night due to which there is severe pain in my stomach.
What are remedies to get rid of this?
Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Hello. As far as the oil is concerned, try neeli bhringyaadi tailam. If your skin is oily, avoid oils. Also have rasayan tablets 2 twice a day. Try to avoid curd, and spicy food. Do regular anuloma viloma pranayama. Take care.

Using laptop does not keep decreasing the eyesight so rapidly, but avoid if you can. There is probably another reason for your eyesight. Get a regular check up. To remove blackheads, -you get a blackhead reveal tape. -you can scrub the area, give steam with hot water and massage with scrub again, then remove with a blackhead remover tool (it's a small metal tool with a head)

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

HI…1) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna before meals and on empty stomach in morning, 2) take 1 tablet of gandharva-haritaki at night before sleep along with warm water, do these things for 30 days, gives you good result, thanks.

Colour of the skin depends on the melanin pigment and it's difficult to change the color and if we suppress your melanogenesis than there is high risk of you developing rashes in sunlight lifelong.

May be there chances of calculous deposition at the cervical area of teeth. Go to your dentist. If needed get cleaned your teeth (i.e. Scaling and polishing) follow proper brushing technique (watch utube videos for brushing technique) and understand from your dentist.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Limited drinking of red wine daily is good for health but with exercise only. The benefits of red wine found in studies are all in people who do daily farmwork. Hence, just taking the red wine is not enough. Leading a healthy lifestyle is also absolutely essential. Smoking is an absolute no for maintaining good health. You will ultimately increase it further. Very few people can hold it at two per day. My suggestion if you have not smoked yet is to not start it at all.

Weight reduction program doesn't incorporate anything new. Whatever she is taking divide in 4 meals instead of binge eating like two times heavy. Take missi roti which have other grains with wheat, avoid carbohydrates/ sugar, take protein. Along with do exercises in any posture sitting, standing, lying down.
