Is there any operation or method to cure sugar. You know curing for. Life time. Please advise.
till now there is cure of any kind for diabetes. Only possibility is to transplant pancreas gland, which has not been very successful or not really done. Therefore, taking regular medicines and adapting a regulated life style are the only options.

Dear sir/madam, I am 16 year old, I am getting tons of pressure from my tutor for studies, he wants me to score 80% in 10th std but I think he is forcing me and giving lots of work to do. I am not so good student I really work hard to get 70% in 9th std but I got 60%, and now I am stress out and don't know what to do I cannot concentrate in any work. Please suggest me what to do I just cant handle this situation.

More than studying hard, you need to study smart. May be your study methods are suspect. If this tutor is pushing you too much, then you need to talk to your parents and let them talk to him. Sometimes we need to set a higher target to achieve something close to it and perhaps just below it too. It seems that that is what had already happened: when you set yourself a 70% target for the 9th, you managed 60%! you see what I mean? your tutor knows you best and so he may want you to aim higher and if you get something close to it but lower, it is still success. Memory development and methods of enhancing memory are skills your tutor can teach you too. Now that you are entering the 10th grade, it is very important for you to get good marks. The reason I say this is that this marks card will be used for the rest of your life as a document for various verifications. That being the case you do not want to have a marks card that shows you poorly! besides that to get admission in a desirable course in a college or to get into a good institution, you will certainly need a good aggregate. So this entire pressure is for your good. But if you think that this is too much, then do talk to the tutor to teach you better study/memory improvement methods; failing that you can approach your parents.

I am a 55 years old Male medium frame and weigh 75 kgs. Recently I saw elevated levels of my Hb1Ac with reading of about 6.5 6 months back to present 6.9. I lead a very active life and did my half marathon recently and quite strict about my dietary habits. I reduced my sugar and carbo intake and taking high amounts of proteins, vegetables, fruits, Millets and Ragi. My Dad was mild diabetic while in job and got over and stopped medication completely as his sugars levels became normal with in few years of his retirement. I lead a peaceful life with normal stress levels. My Doctor says now I am no more a pre diabetic but diabetic and should start medication. All my other parameters are excellent and with in range of a healthy individual. My question is there any way I can manage to get over this condition with further dietary and life style changes.

Yes its possible to reduce your sugar levels. Your BMI is currently 26.89 means you are in overweight category. You have a scope of reducing about 5-7 Kgs from your current weight. This shift alone can bring down your Sugar levels. Also you have not mentioned your FBS/PP levels. That too is taken in consideration for a proper diagnosis / medication. Though your diet seems to be balanced, I am sure there is further scope of improving it. Reduce more Carbs/Oils/ Portions size. Try and you will find a way.

My friend gets lower back pain in the backbone when he doesn't masturbate for a week. Also he gets pain in his lower abdomen if he doesn't ejaculate for a week or more. Both pain comes together. Both backbone and lower abdomen pain would go away in an hour after he masturbates. He feels relaxed after that. It feels for him like some gland which releases semen is getting loaded and its causing the pain. Which goes away once he ejaculates. Also while ejaculating when the semen is being released, he ll feel some minor pain in his lower abdomen or seminal gland or whatever. If he tries to press his lower abdomen (just below his belly) he can feel the pain. He even had ultrasound test of his lower abdomen and private area. It was found that he had varicocele in vas deferens. He says though he has varicocele but till why would he feel the pain in his lower abdomen and lower back if he doesn't masturbate for a week. Exactly on the seventh day he will feel the pain and would go and forcefully ejaculate to relieve from his pain. The pain would only increase if he holds back and doesn't masturbate. This is a very odd type of problem which not many people face. He has also met few doctors, most of them would say back pain is because of calcium deficiency, which really doesn't seem so. But they never gave an answer for lower abdominal pain occurrence and why he has to masturbate always to get relief from pain. So if anyone can understand my friends problem. Who has had treated something like this, though this surely is very complicated. Could you suggest what should be done. Whats is this problem. Thank-you in advance to every doctor who are gonna give their valuable suggestions.

Hello akhil pain in back and abdominal region is because of varicocele...this is referred pain...Varicoceles often produce no symptoms but can cause low sperm production and decreased sperm quality, leading to infertility....so you should get treatment for it...

For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 1yr. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. Aa-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance.

What you are noticing is the pre-ejaculation fluid coming out of your penis, which in slang terms is sometimes called pre-cum. When you are feeling romantic, whether talking on the telephone or even just holding hands with your girlfriend, your body doesn't know if those romantic feelings are going to lead to sexual intercourse or not. Obviously it should not until you are married, but your body doesn't know that. All it notices is that your are sexually aroused. A number of things happen inside your body in response to sexual arousal. Your heart rate rises a bit and your blood pressure goes up. This leads to your penis getting bigger and depending on the amount of arousal, it will get erect. At the same time, preparations are made for the possibility of an ejaculation.Pre-ejaculate fluid can contain a few sperm. However, it only takes one sperm reaching a woman's egg to cause pregnancy. Also, because the pre-ejaculate fluid is from your body, it can spread sexually transmitted diseases if you had picked up one from sinning in the past. This is why boys should not fool around with the genitals of a woman to whom they are not married. 1. Exercises daily. Stretching, yoga and aerobics will be helpful on regular basis. 2. Do not sleep in day time it causes increase in weight 3. High carb food like rice, sweets, cakes, chocolates, creams, biscuits should be avoided. Wheat chapati, roti, phulka are preferable with sabji. 4. Running should be done at least for 30 min daily. 5. Try not to sit at a place for long time. 6. Avoid sweet juices, pizzas, fries, cheese, butter in your diet. 7. Avoid oily, spicy, salty food to ensure steady weight loss 8. Indulge in activities like swimming, badminton, football as they help to increase your metabolism. 9. Notice your calorie intake and adjust it according to burn fat (help of a dietitian may be required) 10. Do not have curd, banana, chiku, cold food, junk food at all. 11. Use cycle or walk than using your car or bike to commute. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination and avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

You should not brush immediately after meals.

Food contains carbohydrates which results in minute quantities of acid production. This acid weakens enamel temporarily for about 45 minutes after which enamel reminiralizes itself from saliva.
If we brush within 45 mins to 1 hr, we are brushing weakened enamel which will wear off more easily, gradually leading to enamel loss and sensitivity.
Hence it is advisable to brush either before meals or after an hour of having meals.

To fight with acne and acne spots- 1. Use tea tree face wash with tea tree toner daily 2. Aha glow also works wonders for acne prone skin. You can rub your face with 1% concentration of salicylic acid in aha glow face wash daily. 3. Use sunscreen daily twice. 4. Eat a diet rich in vitamin c 5. Include green leafy vegetables in your diet.
