Try quadriceps drill and isometric hamstring exercises. Exercises of stomach and hands can be done in excess amount to compensate walking e. G. Pranayam and yoga ask her to walk in neck deep water in a pool for 1 hour [if feasible] as the buoyancy will off load her knees static cycling does not put much load on the knees.

Actually some white fluid is always there on my wife's vagina from last 2 months! she has had sex till now! we are gonna have it for the first time! and I don't know whats this white thick liquid! first I thought it was because of excitement but later its been seeing everyday! so what should we do?

I would advice both of you to use a single course of AF-KIT4 provided you have no known drug allergy and are generally fit a well .It may be due to local infection

1. You take carot juice daily 1 glass for 3 months. 2. Take a very close snap 3. Take another after 2 weeks. Report me after 2 weeks for further advise.

Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water.

HEIGHT GROWTH IS UNDER CONTROL OF HGH Human growth hormone (HGH) is a vital component of the human endocrine system. It is secreted by the pituitary gland, a small gland located at the base of the brain that produces several hormones. In childhood and adolescence this hormone is necessary to promote growth in height.  In adulthood, its presence leads to a healthier body composition and is responsible for such important jobs such as: Keeping your body lean Decreasing fat accumulation Strengthening your bones Protecting your organs from the decline that occurs with age Promoting more rapid hair and nail growth Improving circulation Giving a more favorable cholesterol profile Helping protect you from the consequences of aging Unfortunately, natural production of HGH declines as you get older. This progressive deficiency, beginning for most in our 20s, leads to a reduction in lean body mass and bone mineral density, an increase in body fat – especially abdominal, and a worsened cardiovascular risk profile. I am very less energetic What should I do to increase my stamina and body growth?

Do exercise to increase stamina.Eat extra than before.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Use nuts,seeds as snacks.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take protein rich foods.Take quality sleep.These are helpful but for more quick result consult me privately on Lybrate.

I am 27 years old female I am suffering from pcod and thyroid so I am taking thyronorm 37.5 mcg my tsh value is 2.71 after taking thyronorm. My lh is 6.11, fsh is 5.15, prolactin 27.92 and hb is 11. My doctor has prescribed me metformin 500 mg twice daily. I want to know how long I have to take these medicine I have been taking it since 6 mths. Kindly help me. I am frustrated.

what is your weight ? pcod is the most common endocrine disorder nowadays and it is a lifestyle disorder. there is usually obesity and insulin resistance associated with it. the complex entity is known as metabolic syndrome. the treatment lies in changing your lifestyle ,eating foods of low g.i. index (low calorific value) and doing exercises to lose weight. try to start them (if not already) and maintain your bmi at 22 as it can only help . as for thyroid , it is usually not curable , so you have to take medicines for that.

You are probably not getting adequate, restful sleep at night. This causes drowsiness in day time, decreased concentration and attention, and irritability. This will affect your work and studies and general well being in the long run. Try to get proper sleep at night. Avoid coffee or tea for up to 5 hours before sleep. Maintain same time for waking and sleeping. Avoid watching TV before sleeping. You can consult me for further management if required.
