Toothpaste should never be applied on skin. You skin has inflammated due to reacrion. Put some ice 2-3 times a day till it gets better. After skin is properly treated, use aloe vera gel daily.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. 3. In early morning apply clindac gel. 4. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement. Hii. Most of the time this problem happens because of reduced flexibility of the neck and improper sleeping position. It can also happen if you use too much of computers or mobile in a wrong posture especially before going to bed. The muscles do not relax properly and next day they are in spasm. Try to reduce using of computers and mobiles before bed time, stretch those muscles, relax your neck and then go to bed. Using pillow will not be a problem. Mr. Lybrate-user, as you have stated these are called" lifestyle" diseases, meaning if we adapt a more positive and healthy lifestyle, these can be prevented. A healthy lifestyle means: exercising regularly, (everyday of the week, at least 1 hour), maintaining near normal weight, maintaining a bmi of 23 kgs/m2, refraining from alcohol, smoking, high fat foods, bakery items, pastries, aerated sweetened drinks, red meat, egg yolk etc. Also controlling excess salt intake. This kind of lifestyle is helpful in keeping those conditions mentioned by you.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

Tips for keeping normal blood pressure

Exercise. One reason exercise is so effective at controlling blood pressure is because it stimulates your body to release a substance called nitric acid. Nitric acid causes blood vessels to open up, which reduces blood pressure. Exercise also helps to strengthen your heart muscle, reduce stress, and aid weight loss.

Lose excess weight. There's no getting around the fact that blood pressure goes up as the pounds pile on. Being overweight increases your risk for heart disease and diabetes, too. Losing even 10 pounds can start to make your blood pressure go back down.

Eat healthily. Eating the right type of diet can lower your risk for high blood pressure or help you return to normal blood pressure. Clinical studies show that a diet high in fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, whole grains, poultry, fish, and nuts really works. You also need to avoid fats, red meat, and excess sugar.

Shake the salt habit. Your body only needs about 500 milligrams of salt a day, but if you are like the average american you may be consuming up to 9, 000 mg a day. Studies show that high salt leads to high blood pressure. Current recommendations are to limit salt intake to 2, 400 mg per day, the equivalent of about one teaspoon.

Put the brakes on smoking and drinking. These are two other bad habits to avoid if you want to keep a normal blood pressure. Alcohol raises blood pressure and adds empty calories. A safe amount of alcohol is only one drink a day for women and two for men. Smoking is not safe in any amount. Nicotine causes blood vessels to constrict and that raises blood pressure. Quitting will also lower your risk of cancer and heart disease.
The only way to know if you have high blood pressure or normal blood pressure is to have a blood pressure reading done by a trained healthcare provider. The american heart association recommends a blood pressure reading at least once every two years. If you have had a recent blood pressure reading and you have normal blood pressure, don't take it for granted. Remember hypertension is a common and sometimes silent killer. Push yourself away from the computer, turn off the television, get active, eat your fruits and vegetables, and kick any bad habits.

I have joined aerobics and Zumba class for getting in shape. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Because I'm doing it regularly. I'm still unable to loose belly fat or waistline. My instructor did suggest not me anything. I'm 48 kg but I'm only 4'11" I'm so worried I do every thing still I'm unable to achieve a good waist and a flat belly. Should I quit aerobics. Pls suggest.

I hope this message finds you in good health. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges.

Hi take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

First of all I want to explain something, which is very important Most common cause of hair fall is – Hereditary, Lupus, Anxiety, Thyroid Problem, Systemic problem, During stress and Pregnancy, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Fe deficiency, Excessive Styling and lastly the Product you use without the knowledge of doctor. do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep.
