My TMT test is mild positive. However ECG, Echo, BP, Sugar, Uric Acid and Cholesterol are all within normal range. Sometimes I feel breathlessness and also slight pain in left arm. Please advise what should be the next course of action? Regards Radha Roy.

Planning Angiogram after positive TMT is a standard practice. So don't worry about that. About 15% of positive TMT are false positives (can have no blockages). Coronary Angiogram is relatively very safe procedure.

I am 45 years, few months I see ED, after blood test it showed my testosterone is lower, I am taking Aldo Tl for bp, which is under control. My prolactin, tsh, lipid, lh lah are normal. What is the cause and treatment for low testosterone and ED? What is the treatment for low testosterone?

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Hello- As the body ages, it experiences a multitude of changes, some good, others, not so much. Aging slows down your reaction time. It stymies the immune system. And it even minimizes the production of essential sex hormones. Andropause, known as Male Menopause, slows the production of testosterone. Low testosterone levels cause males to feel moody, depressed, and experience weakened erections. To counteract the effects of aging, you can take supplements that help regain your sexual function. Ayurvedic aphrodisiac herbs and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help boost your testosterone level naturally and can cure your ED permanently.
