What I should do to improve my strength and fitness. Sometimes when I run then I have problems to breathe.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /8-10 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Avoid smoking, consumption of tobacco and Alcohol 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9. Go for detail Annual Health check up.

Go for an evening walk. Exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips.

I'm 69 years now but suffering from hair thinning & fall since many many years so much so that showing baldness. Having itchy scalp all the time, sometimes very intense. Not using any medication, local or systemic. Started Tinfal (Biotin & Folic acid) tabs OD since more than 1 year. I'm Hypothyroid since last 29 yrs. But always well controlled. Also using Godrej hair colour (something I won't like to stop). Please suggest something for this itchiness in scalp, hair thinning & fall, at least so much so to cover the baldness. Itchiness and hair fall could be because of the hair dye you are using. You can try using a herbal non ammonia dye. Also hypothyroidism, vitamin B deficiencies, iron deficiency and increased stress lead to hair fall. Ensure that you consume a nutritious diet sp rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, proteins .Try to drink a lot of healthy fluids. Massage your scalp gently with coconut oil once or twice a week. For homoeopathic internal and external medication, please contact privately.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Take a sleep for a minimum of six hours at night and also one hour in afternoon and also can drink coffee in between and also can start with tablet folvite once a day

Dear Doctor. I am male aged 44 years height 175 cm weight 78 kg working in the Central Government office. Since childhood I have been suffering from Anxiety problem (specifically social anxiety) and I have been taking treatment since 1998 and till date there no respite. I took all type of treatments and therapies but no respite. My symptoms are unable to laugh freely when I talk to others and get pain the jaws. My jaws becomes freeze. It looks awkward to me.
