Dear, do not panic gall stones r common in fair, fatty, female s 90 % common and fatty leaver is not a big issue, do regular exersize like walking, skippin, sit ups, and take fiber diet like oats and fruits, do not skip meals. Do regular exersize. All the best.

Lips cannot be normal by any means if smoking continues. They will become normal in few months once smoking is stopped. You may take help of de addiction centres. There is nothing wrong in that for good reason. Smoking causes all types of cancers now well proven.

Hi lybrate-user you need to take a balanced diet with good protein and good fats more about 2200kcal eat more proteins like milk and milk product, meat, soya, tofu, pulses, eggs eat good fats use oil blended 20-25 ml. Day eat butter, ghee 1. Avocado avocados have a high fat content but the good news is that most of this fat is monounsaturated which means it lowers bad cholesterol. It is still important to only eat them in moderation, however, because one medium avocado has around thirty grams of fat. 2. Eggs eggs are a great source of protein as well as fat. Although the egg yolk is fatty, it also has crucial nutrients and in fact of among the five grams of fat found in an egg, only 1.5 grams are saturated. Entire eggs also contain choline (a b vitamin which regulates the cardiovascular and nervous systems as well as the brain). 3. Olive oil olive oil can help reduce your risk of certain cancers, blood pressure problems and heart disease, but there are 100 calories in each tablespoon so it is crucial to use it sparingly. You can either add a little in salad or use it in cooking. 4. Nuts people who eat nuts tend to have a lower risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Nuts which contain healthy fat include almonds, walnuts and pistachios. Almonds contain vitamin e, walnuts have an omega-3 fatty acid and pistachios contain carotenoids that are essential for eye health. 5. Fatty fish oily fish (including tuna, trout and salmon) contain omega-3 fatty acids which are great for the body. Because of this, the american heart association recommends having two servings a week of fatty fish.

Looks like a fissure in ano. Fissures may be caused by constipation, passing of large, hard stools, by prolonged diarrhea etc. It has been seen that fissures are associated with increased resting anal pressure due to spasm of internal sphincter muscle of anal canal. You need a surgical consultation for evaluation & treatment.

Stent is place in narrowed locations of blood vessels so as to resume the normal blood flow through the narrowed portion of arteries and thereafter a person can lead a normal life with few medications.

You should use sunprotection such as good sunscreen and covering the face while out in sun. Also, procedures such as chemical peels and lasers help in clearing the marks.

Try putting hot packs to the painful area for 15 mins then do stretching exs for calf hamstring snd quadriceps muscles and then put ice for 15 mins also find the root cause pf pain. Sometimes its referred from the back. Physiotherapy can help. Good luck.

Causes of oily skin ? hereditary, diet, Hormone levels, Pregnancy, Birth control pills, Cosmetics you use, Humidity and hot weather . Because of the hormonal shifts of adolescence, oily skin is common in teenagers, but it can occur at any age. In general, skin tends to become dryer with age. The flow of sebum or oil increases during adolescence and starts decreasing with age. During pregnancy and menopause, hormonal imbalances can also upset the oil balance and increase the activity of sebaceous glands. Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. To cleanse oily skin, use oil-free products as they dissolve sebum effectively. Keep your skin very clean. Limit washing your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil.Try using a clay or mud mask. If you have sensitive skin, use white or rose-colored clays.Half an hour before taking your bath apply on your face half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together. To clear away excess oil, use a clay or mud mask. Blend together well 1 teaspoon green clay powder and 1 teaspoon raw honey. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for fifteen minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water. Do this at least three times a week--or more. Along with this, take Homoeopathic treatment - Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day, both for 20 days and give your feedback

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

The eruption of pimples, black heads and oily face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face.. Precautions- * Don't scratch or pinch your pimples This will cause more damage and scars. . * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Avoid constipation. Avoid eating maida based bakery items and junk foods. Drink plenty of water.

MERS-CoV is known as Camel-Flu (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) caused by coronavirus.The signs and symptoms includes cough, fever, expectoration, muscle pain, and shortness of breath. There were also frequent gastrointestinal symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, severe pneumonia leading to kidney failure. Disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) and pericarditis.
As of July 2015, MERS-CoV cases have been reported in over 21 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Turkey, Oman, Algeria, Bangladesh, Indonesia (none were confirmed), Austria, the United Kingdom, South Korea, the United States, Mainland China, Thailand, and the Philippines. In June 2015, WHO and the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Public Health and Welfare presented the results of their joint assessment of the MERS outbreak. Moreover, Doctors describe MERS-CoV AS A FLU-LIKE ILLNESS WITH SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF PNEMONIA.
Prevention WHO currently recommends
Wear a medical mask. Wear eye production. Wear clean non sterile, long sleeved gown and gloves. Perform hand hygiene before and after contact with infected person. Perform procedures in an adequately ventilated room.
Wonders of homoeopathy
Those who had died in hospitals with CAMEL-FLU (MERS) AND SWINE FLU HAD LUNG FAILURE: DISEASE OF LUNG THAT KILLS THE PATIENT IS “PNEMONIA”. In the homoeopathic reference book HOMOEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS by Dr Samuel Lilienthal on page 874-875 (in the chapter PNEMONIA) we find the words “epidemic pneumonia” under two remedies only viz Ferr. Met and Merc.Sol. The two remedies were studied in the 10 volumes Hering’s materia medica and the symptoms of the remedy Merc.sol agree with the symptoms of patients afflicted by Camel-flu (MERS) and Swine-flu. In this juncture, we hope that Merc.sol alone would be almost a specific for pandemic camel-flu.
For prevention, the same remedy Merc.sol 1000x may be given one dose once a month for three months. This prevents camel-flu for six months from the date of taking first dose. No diet or other restrictions.
Foot note Patients who had come to me after being tested positive for Swine-flu were given single dose of the homoeo medicine Merc.sol, and in just an hour’s time they got complete cure and after a week when they were tested for swine-flu, the result was negative.(The rate of success:99%).

Suggested you should control your sugar nd bp. In addition if you r overweight try nd reduce it. Do some quadriceps strengthening exe. Roll a towel put it under your knee. Lie down straight. Press the roll of towel under your knee with knee hold it for 20 sec. Repeat it 15 times. Twice a day.

I am a 31 years old woman allergic to pollen dust, cobwebs and humidity. My medical check-up showed bronchial asthma. I have been suffering from the same for the last 23 years. I use asthalin inhaler daily i. E. Whenever I do household chores involving rigorous activity. In short, I am addicted to the inhaler. If the wheezing does not stop then I take a tablet. Since last 3-4 years I am taking Okacet and Betnesol Forte. Please tell me the substitute of both these tablets as I have heard Betnesol is kind of a steroid. I also feel very sleepy after taking this.

Hi lybrate-user, your bronchial asthma is triggered by allergy. I suggest, first and foremost you appropriately figure out and make a note of all the allergen (s) that possibly trigger your asthma. Dust, smoke, pollen, fungi, animal hair, insects, certain food items like wheat, egg, chocolates, flesh foods etc, cold/ hot air, humidity, stress, acidity etc all are common allergens that might precipitate bronchial asthma and the triggers vary from person to person. In your case, as I understand, it is dust, pollen, cobweb, physical stress and humidity. Do you have any other triggers apart from the above-mentioned? so, once you identify all the right trigger (s), try your level best to avoid the same. You need to continue the prophylactic medications as advised by your doc until he finds it ok to withdraw any of your medications. Additionally, please check with your pulmonologist if he would like to advise any preventive puffs as appropriate that you may use irrespective of breathing issues for a longer duration, and one that shall also help prevent any precipitation of asthmatic conditions. Apparently, you also need to have a emergency puff with you, that you can use sos, basis your doc's advise/ prescription. Also, make sure your diet/ nutrition, lifestyle including bowel habits etc all are streamlined. Learn to relax and keep your stress levels, both physical as well as mental, low. Its advisable to eat in moderation and less than your full capacity than eating to your full. Try avoiding tea, coffee, spices, chilies, pickles, extremely hot & cold/ chilled foods for they cause acidity and trigger asthma too in some people. Do consume citrus fruits/ vegetables rich in vitamin c as they help strengthen immunity. Warm saline gargling, at least once daily, shall help protect you from throat related afflictions/ allergies that often trigger asthma in certain people. Mostly, fresh air, dry climate, regular exercise go a long way in helping avert precipitation of an attack. Daily consumption of ginger-tulsi tea helps as well in these conditions, unless you have any specific reservations. Similarly, freshly ground turmeric (1/4 tsp) taken along with honey (1 tsp) and black pepper (1 - 2 nos) helps control allergies and inflammations systemically. You may take the same post dinner, in a glass of warm water, daily for about a week to 10 days first, and see for improvements, if any. Just ensure that you are keeping a gap of at least a hour between your allopathic medications and the safe home based herbal remedies as suggested above. Should you feel your condition worsens still, upon taking home made herbal remedies, just stop taking them. Inhaling the scent of honey during an asthma attack may also help breathe easier. On a daily basis, as well as during attacks, you can continue steam inhalations as advised. Learning well & practicing yogasanas/ postures and breathing techniques/ pranayams help streamline/ regulate breathing patterns, and increase the airflow to the lungs, increases its air capacity, exercises the respiratory muscles etc, thereby improving the lung function overall. It also helps de-stress and relax thereby facilitating breathe easily, and properly.
