Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

You need laser treatment to help you remove the dark spots. Chemical peeling is also good. But do it with a good dermatologist.

Avoid caffeniated drink, tea,coffee, pepsy,thubs up.(cold drinks, choclates,brwney. Disconnect from electronic device atleast one hour before sleep. Do not glue to tv, laptops,androids late night. Have one glass of warm milk one hour before sleep. Walking, excercise sports activities, meditation ,yoga can help youconsult sos.

I am having a constant insomnia. I take every night trika o. 5. I want to get out of this. Please suggest a way.

I can understand how disturbing an interuppted, inappropriate or disturbed sleep can affect your day to day life. In india it has been found 55% of patients are suffering from insomnia just because of stress, distractions and anxiety. So the best way to get rid from insomnia is to reduce the stress level. A physiotherapist can help you to give you the ways to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full sleep. Consult some neurologist/neuropyschiatric and start taking medicine if it is due to some neurological discorder. And consult nearby physio who can make a perfect routine and daily life styl chart to make you relax so that you get an appropriate sleep. Please follow some points that will help you in such condition along with medical treatment: 1) use of ice packs over your eyes or frontal area for some time to give relaxation. 2) massage your head especially forehead area using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body 3) regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. 4) avoid fasting - eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings 5) make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. 6) before sleeping time do some relaxation exercises. - sit on chair with both the hands placed on the pillow placed over thighs. - deep inhale from your nose, mouth should be closed. - hold your breath for the count of 5. - exhale completely from mouth making a loud sound. Continue to do this exercise for 10 times. Before going to bed make a habit of doing this daily. Modified technique of same exercise is while inhaling extend your arms, hold for 5 count and then exhale making your arms back in the rest position. 7) room modification while sleep - make sure room should be dark with no noise. Avoid sleeping immediately after dinner or food. Take a walk for 15 min and then come back, bed should be not too soft not too hard. 8) it is recommended to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. It is also a very good habit to start and finish your day by drinking a good glass of purifying water. 9) exerices like aerobics (running) can be done to make your muscles active. Many other ways are there in order to maintain your life stress free and active so that you can continue to sleep on time and it does affect your life. For more help or instructions please consult. I lost my energy day after day and I am tired hurry. What can I do to solve this problem.

1. Eat predominantly nutrient-dense foods Optimal energy metabolism (the process that converts food to energy) requires an abundance of vitamins and minerals. Every cell in our body can unlock its energy potential with the proper fuel from food. If we do not get enough nutrients from foods, we suffer from sub-optimal cellular energy metabolism, making us feel tired and sluggish. The best way to combat this is to choose foods that have a lot of nutrition per calorie. These include vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, whole grains, and lean animal proteins. Refined breads, fried and fatty foods, sweets and desserts, and processed snack foods give us lots of calories with little nutrition, which is why youll feel so much better if you base your diet on minimally processed, whole foods. 2. Seek out foods high in antioxidants Antioxidants are the bodys scavengers of those damaging chemicals that tax our system and cause fatigue and lead to illness. Being that there are thousands of natural, protective antioxidants in fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based foods, a pill or processed food will never come close to what youll get from the whole food. 3. Focus on omega-3s Studies show that diets high in omega-3 fats improve mood, memory, and thinking, which are related to focus and energy. Try to get at least one excellent source of omega-3 fats a day: fish, flax seeds, flax oil, hemp seeds, hemp oil, leafy greens (think big salad), or walnuts. Omega-3 supplements such as fish oil can help but they should never replace a healthful diet. 4. Make breakfast a priority Yes, its easy to skip breakfast, and we even may feel virtuous doing so, as it appears to be a way to save calories. But it hurts us in the long run. Studies show that a good breakfast not only gets your metabolism going, but it will help keep you alert and satisfied until lunch. Bonus: healthy breakfast eaters set the stage for a full day of healthy eating. Swapping out processed foods like donuts, pastries, white bagels, cereal, and waffles for healthier options including fresh fruit, whole grain hot or cold cereal with nuts/seeds, whole grain bread with nut butter, or even last nights casserole are all good options. 6. Say yes to snacks Getting a near-steady supply of food energy throughout the day helps keep your blood sugar level and your energy level up. Letting yourself get too hungry causes your blood sugar to crash, leading to feelings of sluggishness and, often, cravings for junk food. But of course it is important to choose your snacks wisely. A smart snack will not come from a vending machine or in a 100-calorie pack; in fact, these foods typically do not provide the mental boost in energy that youre craving, and youre often left feeling even more tired than before. Real food is the best source of real energy. Combining complex carbs with protein and fat provides lasting energy, because the fiber, protein, and fat slow the release of sugar into the blood, helping to prevent energy dips and overeating. 7. Drink for energy Being properly hydrated is a very easy and effective way to keep your energy high. The body needs water, and lots of it, to function optimally. You can skip the vitamin waters and energy drinks which, unless youre an endurance athlete, just add unnecessary calories and expense. So keep a fresh and ready source of water by you at all times, and sip at least 1 cup every 2 hours. Tote a reusable bottle with you wherever you go. Bonus: all those extra trips to the restroom help you to move more. 8. Become the designated driver more often Since alcohol is a depressant, it can contribute to low energy. Ironically, it can also act as a stimulant several hours later, which can disrupt your sleep cycle and cause fatigue the next day. If you depend on a nightly drink to fall asleep or overindulge over the weekends, you may find that cutting out or down on alcohol improves your energy considerably. 9. Use caffeine wisely or not at all After a cup of coffee, it certainly feels as though youre getting an energy boost. But it really is not true energy—its a drug effect. So although youll feel a short-term boost, it will backfire when it wears off, because at that point the body realizes it has no real energy source and the result is exhaustion and hunger, typically followed by overeating. 10. Choose power foods 1. Almonds (or other nuts) 2. Avocado 3. Watercress (or arrugula, kale, collards, spinach, etc.) 4. Quinoa (or other intact whole grains such as millet, amaranth, brown rice, etc.) 5. Flax seeds (grind them before adding to foods) 6. White beans (or lentils, white beans, black beans, etc.) 7. Dates (or other dried fruit – in moderation) 8. Blackberries (or strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.) 9. Sea vegetables (nori, dulse, hijiki, etc.) 10. Edamame (young whole soy beans) U need to take a balanced diet Do yoga.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hi, I am very happy that you have accepted the situation and have decided to face it. But ichthyosis (if the diagnosis is right) can be manged very well with ayurveda. It need not destroy your life. But unfortunately I really can not prescribe medicines for skin problems without seeing it. So please do consult. Home remedies may not produce great results but it can certainly give you some relief 1. Curry leaf powder - 1 spoon everyday 2.1 teaspoon of cows ghee - consume it daily with warm roti or with warm rice 3. Add 2 tablespoons of pure sesame oil to your bathing water and use it to wash your skin.

I had my lmp on 13th october, thn on 12th nov only some spots of blood is seen but there is no flow of blood. On consultation I took meprate twice daily for 5 days and again on 8th dec only few drops of blood is seen but no proper flow of mensuration. Is there anything serious to be worried about? Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Include protein rich food in your diet.
