Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day.

Probiotics might be helpful to you. Get ur liver function tests, cbc, ultrasound abdomen, stool culture done. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat fresh food. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Hope this helps u. If required, consult with reports.

Therefore you should be able to control your sexual desire through other diversifying activities like sports, games, physical exercises, entertainment, your job etc. You can masturbate thrice in a week, but definitely not more than that. Other than that you do not have any problem. Curvature of penis is normal. Your penis size is above average. Take care.

it may be due to infection advice her for betadin wash .Take in 5-6 litre warm water and 2 table spoon of betadin put on them and sit on tub and wash properly atleast twice a day.keep dry and clean vaginal portion always.

I am 55 year married male. Since last several years, after shower, my fingers and palm of both hands (front and back) becomes very dry and it shows white patches. After applying coconut oil/body lotion/etc, it matches the natural skin colour as patches are gone because of application of oil/lotion/etc. Also, my skin colour is very dark below my finger nails (till the end of fingers and knuckles) compared to rest of the skin. You could be suffering from eczema. However, I can not confirm me without seeing the photos of the area. If you have eczema, it is important to take good care of your skin. Take warm (not hot!) baths on a regular basis and immediately applying moisturizers afterward will help keep your skin moist. •Moisturize every day. •Wear cotton or soft fabrics. Avoid rough, scratchy fibers and tight clothing. •Take lukewarm baths and showers, using mild soap or non-soap cleanser •Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel – do not rub. •Apply a moisturizer within 3 minutes after bathing to “lock in” moisture. •When possible, avoid rapid changes of temperature and activities that make you sweat. •Learn your eczema triggers and avoid them. •Use a humidifier in dry or cold weather. •Keep your fingernails short to help keep scratching from breaking the skin. •Some people with allergies find it helps to remove carpets from their house, and give pets dander treatments.

The easiest way to obtain this is through the regular consumption of milk, cheese, and yogurt i.e. 3 servings each day from the milk group of foods. Teenagers and pregnant women need five servings each day.

A serving is equal to:

A glass of milk
An ounce {matchbox size} of cheese
A carton of yogurt

Tips to boost calcium intake
Dairy products are extremely versatile and can be included in the diet in many ways. Cooking does not destroy calcium, so it could not be easier to get your recommended number of servings each day. Serving suggestions include

A bowl of breakfast cereal with milk
Cheese on crackers or toasted cheese sandwich
Fruit salad with yogurt
A slice of pizza or lasagne
A fruit smoothie or milkshake
A frothy cappuccino or mug of hot chocolate
Baked potato with grated cheese

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Mr. Lybrate-user, you have to adjust your diet and do regular exercise so that blood sugar levels are maintained with in normal limits. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables and salads, permitted fruits about 100 g a day and avoid high calorie foods and deep fried foods.

Hi 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Hi, my first question to you is do you have dandruff? and ahs any doctor advised you anti dandruff shampoo till now? if the capsules contain isotretinoin they are bound to make our skin dry irritable and sensitive to sunlight. The dose of these capsule will need to be titrated according to your body weight. Are you using a sunscreen? and the face wash is aha glow or aha glows?
