Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. I am 40 years and having ankylosis 15-20 years back. Taking no medicine & no problem in day to day activities. I have a restricted movement in neck & spine. Can some massage treatment (with some oils) can help to recover movement (spine bones that are fused)

Fused bones can't be separated but some oils give relaxation and strengthen muscles. Mahavishgarbh and mahanarayan oils of ayurveda are excellent. Do hot fomentation on neck area and then do gentle massage all around rigid area. Again may do fomentation if possible. But one major thing which is very important to adopt. Do yoga postures for neck and vertebral columns at least. Learn these. Slowly flexibility will come. Keep doing oils. Smell may be not so good but oils are very effective. Otherwise rumalaya liniment may be used. But I still prefer former ones. Orally: shigru capsules, rumalaya forte 1 bid each may be taken for four weeks. Report for further directions. For gut cleansing take 1/2 tsp of taruni kusumakar churna every night with warm water. It is essential for expelling aam in intestines.

Hello, You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Always think in long term strategy which keep you fit and slim always so first doing regular exercise starting from 15 to 30 minutes regularly do not bother about your diet, once you dedicate yourself and able to continue regularly for atleast six month then next gradually increase your timings to 1 hour and find whether you can dedicate 1 hour regularly unless you dedicate your self for 45 to 60 minutes for excercise regularly do not bother about your diet it will take atleast 1 year then gradually start to reduce the number of intake because 1st six month you feel hungry when you start doing exercise it will come down after words use this long term strategy it has helped lot of person to maintain their fitness for a long term it is a practice to your mind and your day today activities, without prior planning most our body will not cooperate.

Scientists now know that the body does not register liquid calories in the same way it does solid calories. Drinking a grande caffe mocha, for instance, won't make you feel satiated the way eating a bowl of pasta will. Which means that although the caffe mocha actually has a greater number of calories than the pasta, you're still more likely to want a second cup from Starbucks than another plate of linguine. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)

Hi headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take rest for 1-2 hours. 2. Distract yourself from tv/ computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take tablet paracetamol 500mg after taking food.

Oligohydramnios is the condition of having too little amniotic fluid. About 8% of pregnant women can have low levels of amniotic fluid, with about 4% being diagnosed with oligohydramnios. It can occur at any time during pregnancy, but it is most common during the last trimester. Method 2 Increasing Amniotic Fluid with Home Management Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Eat fruits that have water contents. Avoid herbal supplements that can dehydrate you. Stay away from alcohol. Do light exercise regularly if your doctor has not asked you to get bed rest. More items. If you are not yet in full term, your doctor will monitor you and your levels very closely. Tests such as non-stress and contraction stress tests may be done to monitor your baby’s activity. Your doctor may also suggest one of the following medical treatments listed in this method. Hi, you have sinus headache alongwith migraine headache. These two are closely related. Take following medicines nat suph 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 30days kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 30 days take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas. Stop using mosquito repellants. Stay away from bright lights, loud noise, too much spicy food, chocolates as these are the triggering factors in increasing migrainous headache. As these are the causes which worsen the headache. Don't take ashwagandha.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Please send photographs using online consult option for proper diagnosis and detailed prescription.
