Hair problem is not always related to menses. Please follow instructions given below. Apply oil and wash your hair three times a week. Use ayurvedic oil n shampoo such as of himalaya company or vasu pharma for eg. Anti hair fall oil and shampoo of himalaya. After shampooing you can apply dove conditioner for shiny look. Or you can use triphala to wash your hair. Eat healthy food. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and salads. Avoid eating junk foods. Mix following powder and take 2spoons twice a day with warm water. For 3 months bhringraj +brahmi+ neem+ rasaayan. Apply hairzone spray on scalp every night.

Avoid potatoes, mustard, cauliflower, cabbage, radish and turnip. Eat frequent and small meal. Go for morning or evening walk. Do not eat processed or packaged food. Eat healthy.

I'm losing hair from past 3-4 years, it's diffuse not confined to single region. I've tried Minoxidil topical application, but it didn't work. I've also tried dove hair care but it's of no use. What could be the possible reason. And is there any home remedy or shampoo for this?

Hello from your clinical history, it seems that you might be having one or more of the following clinical presentation: 1. Decreased density of hair in scalp 2. Thinning of existing hair 3. Visible scalp skin 4. Receding hair line from front and crown area reasons for above mentioned problem can be genetics (hereditary), stress, chronic medical illness like typhoid, jaundice, nutritional deficiency etc so, first of all, it's important to find the cause of your problem to decide the treatment protocol. Minoxidil is fda approved medicine for hair loss and it helps in improving density and thinning of hair, only if it is used regularly and minimum for 6- 9 months continuously. It is very rare to see positive results in just 3 months of minoxidil application. So, you can continue applying minoxidil another treatment options include, oral medicines, peptide therapy, prp therapy etc. So, better is to consult a dermatologist to decide for other treatment options.

Madam this may not be related to dental problem coz no where you mentioned any dental related problem. I suggest you to visit gen. Physician or a dermatologist.

Change ur profile if possible because once u get trapped in depression ur work will be affected. if not possible then increase your stamina n wipl power to handle ur work. U can have avena sativa Q in water at night . Kali phos 4 tab 6 times aday.

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

I am 40 year old lady and have diabetes from last 7 years my diabetes goes 300 up so what should I do?

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for more than 2-3 hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.
