Avoid oily fatty spicy meal for one day. Take boiled water thrice a day and sip it slowly. At night turmeric milk boiled you may take for two days. Semi solid diet you can take. Avoid constipation,

Yes, Daily exercise of 40 minutes keeps body healthy and you can keep sugar in check. Secondly, eat a healthy diet - Do not eat fried, junk and white foods. Eat whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables.

1. Avoid exposure to cold 2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day 4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on 6. No smoking 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food. 8 more warm liquids 9. you are not suffering from any mental disease. It is just stress. Start taking tab mentat 2 tablets after food twice a day and syrup saraswatarishtam 15 ml while sleeping with water. Practice meditation and pranayama. it will help a lot.

Exercise regularly for fitness. Avoid outside food as much as possible. Eat your meals at regular timings. Sleep at regular timings. Practice meditation for mental fitness also. Always have freshly prepared food. All this will keep you positive and healthy.

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.
