You are in a very dicey stage in your life and it has to do with the hormonal spurt in testosterone, the male sex hormone, which has a duration of two years. Due to this chemical alone there are three identified features that present itself over which you will have poor control: you will be sexually active, aggressive and rebellious, and you will have acne and pimple problems. Then if you have unresolved childhood issues, they will compound the situation and fuel uncontrolled behavior. Please remember that you may not be aware of all this. You are still dependent on your family which means that you are finding it hard to cut the apron strings from your family. There may be reasons for that and you should explore that with a counselor soon. This separation is something you will get used to and over time you will enjoy the independence. You should make new friends and and socialize a lot and you will get close to someone who will make up the absence of your family. Group study is one way to kill two birds at one time: deal with the loneliness and help you with your studies! If you get into all the activities of the college and hostel you will make a lot of friends and someone will become so close to you that you will then feel at home away from home!!!

I am 24 years old. My weight is 50 Kg. By profession I am a full time Blogger/Internet marketer. Every day I wake up around 8.30 am and go for bath. After that I take my meal which is mostly an Omlete with rice (I start my day like that and I don't eat breakfast so you can call it breakfast too). I can't eat much so early morning but try to eat somehow. I feel like I am going to vomit if I eat. After that I go to office at 10 am and have my lunch at 2.00 pm. On lunch I eat noodles/fried stuffs mostly and drink some cold drinks after that. Then after lunch again I comeback to office and keep on working till 7 or 8 pm. Then I comeback home and watch TV or play games on mobile and after that around 10 pm I have my dinner. After dinner again I sit with my laptop and work or browse internet till 1.30 am or 2 am. Then I go to sleep. That means I sleep for 5 to 6 hours daily. As I said I am blogger/internet marketer that's why I have to sit on desk and work on my laptop all the day. Sometimes I feel sleepy specially after lunch. In this way my life is going. Problems: I am underweight and very skinny. I have all the responsibility of my family and that's why most of the time I remain in stress. I have stamina but I can't lift heavy things as I am skinny. I can't eat much whether it is breakfast or lunch or dinner. I want to gain muscle, I want to touch 60 Kg at least as soon as possible. I feel ashame for my body type. Because none of my friends or colleagues are like me and they are healthy and once upon a time they were like me but they have changed overtime. I know my routine life is not perfect. Can you please suggest me or schedule my day how should I spend my day? I mean which things I need to change. And which habits I should avoid? How to start gaining muscle slowly? What I should eat and when? Which exercises I should do? Please help me and schedule/ make a routine for my day (in detail).

Hello I understand your concern. Nutrition and exercise can make you strong and fit internally. Change your lifestyle as you know you eating crap (sorry for my language. But you need to Eat healthy food throughout day like 5 to 6 small meals that must contain Healthy fat, complex carbs and enough protein. If you not doing it properly tou are inviting diseases like heart problem, artory disease, stroke etc. You must feed your body to healthy food .Make sure you workout/exercise 1 hour from your busy schedule. Consult with us for proper diet chart according to your need etc.

How to get rid from dandruff, I have tried many shampoo but still my dandruff is not going. What else I can do?

Leave overnight-------------------- venome shampoo (biovalley) -----apply twice weekly (if you do not get this shampoo im mkt then 2nd option is anti-dandruff shampoo (wilmar schwabe india)------------------------ bloome -201 soap (bioforce) use on face ---------------------- report me back positively after 15 days----there we will take a review for any changes---------------------------- getting rid of seborrhic dermatitis-------- 1. Use less shampoo. If you use too much shampoo, you increase the chances that residue will be left behind. Failure to thoroughly rinse out shampoo of the hair causes scalp irritation and flakiness. 2. Exfoliate your scalp. Getting rid of dry, dead skin cells is just as good for your dry scalp as it is for your face. Mix a tablespoon or two of sugar with your shampoo and gently work it into your scalp with the pads of your fingers. Avoid using your fingernails when lathering up, which can cause nicks or cuts. 3. Avoid extremely hot water. Hot water can dry out the skin and aggravate a dry, flaky scalp. The same is true for heat styling products such as a blow-dryer. Excessive heat can cause the scalp to become irritated and dry. 4. Give yourself a scalp massage. A scalp massage causes blood to flow to the scalp, and helps clear any blocked pores that may be interfering with sebum production. Sebum is the oil produced in the sebaceous glands of the scalp. Massaging the scalp also loosens excess dead skin and dandruff, making it easier to wash away. Give yourself a scalp massage before or during your shampoo, or even when you're relaxing in front of the tv. Putting olive oil on your fingertips before the massage gives your scalp added benefits. After the massage, continue with an olive oil treatment.

Stimulating and salty foods do not find favour with skin. Tip is highly adorable. If you keep gut clean and do pranayam, it will bring glow to skin. For complexion, raw milk to be applied on face which everyone does but extra edge is if you add'varnya' gana herbs powder pinch to it.

Some people are white, some are brown, some are black, some people are tall, some are short, some are thin, some are fat. Some people like sweets, some like spicy food, some like boiled food. Similarly some are heterosexual, some are gay, some are bisexuals. Unfortunately, in india, people are not aware and are not open about their sexualities. And this creates a huge stress on people who are gay/lesbians/bisexuals etc be causing being gay is considered bad in india. But it is not so. If you have realised that you are getting attracted to other men, then probably you are gay. But to confirm, speak to a doctor or a counsellor about it. They will help you in understanding and accepting you sexuality and help you in leading a happy life. Please remember, if you are gay and if you keep denying it, it will create problems for you in future. It is very important for you to understand your own feelings and needs. First step is to meet Gynecologist and then if required Sexologist. Question of pregnancy after that. Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials before you need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist. As PCOD may have some problems of ovulation along with age of 30 you may meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist early.

Follow these simple home remedies to balance oily skin and reduce pimples: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. LEMON JUICE: Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area with a cotton ball. Leave it on for around 10 minutes then rinse with cool water. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. CHAMOMILE STEAM: Make 2 cups of chamomile tea and add fresh rose petals to it. Then take this soothing steam while it is still hot. (Put a bath towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping) MINT LEAVES: Blend fresh mint leaves with some water to make a paste (pudeena ki chutney). Rub the paste on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then wash thoroughly with cold water. PAPAYA: Mash up the flesh of a fresh papaya and apply to your skin. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse off completely with warm water. BESAN: Mix 1 teaspoon of chickpea flour (chane ka atta) or gram flour (besan) with enough water to make a paste, and wash your face with this mixture. Follow with almond powder mask and a moisturizer. ALMOND POWDER: Mix almond powder with a little water, and apply the paste to your face. Let it dry and remain on your skin for up to half an hour, then rinse it off. (You can easily make the almond powder yourself in a grinder.)

Swirling water around your mouth can drastically help clear away the acids or staining. This simple step is free and easy, and can drastically help reduce tooth discoloration. 1. Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 4. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment 5. Have bland diet. Avoid oily/spicy/friedd/junk food 6. Consult me for further advice.
